Firstly I would like to appreciate Amazon.in for its amazingly fast delivery. The product reached in less than 24hrs and I opted for regular delivery.Now about the Product.I have used or still use products like Audio Technica ATH-M50X , Beats Studio, Powerbeats 2 , Jaybird X2 , Panasonic Extra Bass , Bose SoundTrue, Mi Piston3, etc .These Sennheiser earphones are firstly extremely comfortable and lightweight. They have a very loud sound output. The bass is 4/5, Treble is 4/5. The sound quality is rich and it doesn’t feels like a sub 2k earphone. The earbuds are small and therefore allow a comfort fit while listening lying down or sleeping and they do not poke or irritate while listening for long hours.I purchased it for Rs 1600/- , it comes with a leather case and a L – Shaped converter which is very thoughtful .Overall i would highly recommend.

Very bad experience…..After using the sennheiser headphones for hardly a month , i observed that the voice from the right side earphone was almost zero whereas the left side earphone is working fine. This hardware issue wasnt expected from one of the best brand.

I bought this product in april 2018,after 4 month one ear has stopped working ,i will try for claiming my warranty but no support given by senheisher.
Don’t buy.Not like as original. Poor sound quality.Not worth more than 200 RS.It can’t returned, only replace option.

Doesnt looks refurbished apart from the outer plastic cover. Earphones, extender cable, pouch etc everything looks brand new. CX275s is any time better than Sony headphones. Dont know why people question about lower bass in Sennheisers, I am happy with the clarity and bass. Thank you Amazon.
It is second time when i am being cheated by amazon. Earlier amazon used to be good and its services were amazing but now they have changed. The profuct sound is perfect but the mic is not working. I bought ant audio w56 which i returned and then bought this. Look like i will be returning this also. Please buy with utmost care or else you will be fedup with buy and return procedures

I take a lot of calls, and though this doesn’t have noise cancellation, it works very well for making calls in noisy environments. I rarely get complaints that others are not able to hear me or of traffic noise disrupting calls (a perennial problem in India). I’m able to take conference calls when travelling, which is a huge plus. The build quality is good. There is a problem that the wire connecting the audio input is weak and tends to break if not stored carefully. I’ve had that problem once, but Sennheiser replaced this without question. I’ve started storing the pair in the pouch they supply and have not had issues later.The pouch really keeps things secure. A couple of days ago, I forgot to take it out of my shirt before putting it into the washing machine. I later realized this and picked it from the shirt pocket after the washing cycle, dried the pair and found that it worked as usual – a huge relief.I’m not a huge audiophile and don’t wax eloquent on basss/treble reproduction and the like, but for me, this is a great pair for my use cases – good music playback, great service and ability to make calls on the street. I find very few reviews focussing on these, so wanted to highlight these for prospective buyers.

They’re super fragile. my pair broke in a week.
When my most loved headset PMX685 died I looked for the same. Just because I loved my PMX685, I used to run a lot. It is no longer available. This was the latest replacement for the same in the market. I thought it will be better and improved one. But I was wrong.The PMX685 design was very light and does not put too much pressure on the ear. This one puts too much pressure . May be an attempt to increase the bass response. That seems spoiled the whole comfort. The audio quality also is not as good as my earlier one.Treble and mid range is washed out. The bass quality also not very impressive.The remote buttons used are also not very intuitive . Typically the centre button used for call answer, pause playback should be either recessed or protruding out. This one is at the same level as volume buttons. When running changing tracks etc is tough.

Headphones are quite good with more than decent sound quality.Was a bit skeptical as this was the first time I bought a refurbished product, but absolutely NO complaints whatsoever.The piece is as good as new, no problems so far.Absolute steal at 499/-

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve bought two of these and haven’t been disappointed.The sound quality is good, but for me, the best feature no one seems to talk about is the mic. I take a lot of calls, and though this doesn’t have noise cancellation, it works very well for making calls in noisy environments. I rarely get complaints that others are not able to hear me or of traffic noise disrupting calls (a perennial problem in India). I’m able to take conference calls when travelling, which is a huge plus. The build quality is good. There is a problem that the wire connecting the audio input is weak and tends to break if not stored carefully. I’ve had that problem once, but Sennheiser replaced this without question. I’ve started storing the pair in the pouch they supply and have not had issues later.The pouch really keeps things secure. A couple of days ago, I forgot to take it out of my shirt before putting it into the washing machine. I later realized this and picked it from the shirt pocket after the washing cycle, dried the pair and found that it worked as usual – a huge relief.I’m not a huge audiophile and don’t wax eloquent on basss/treble reproduction and the like, but for me, this is a great pair for my use cases – good music playback, great service and ability to make calls on the street. I find very few reviews focussing on these, so wanted to highlight these for prospective buyers.

as the pioneer in the audio industry Sennheiser is always there for delivering the best sound product in the range . this is like a modified cx3.00 which are one of the best. the only difference is this has a mic with this. the cable is not braided. for 3.5 k we expect a little more . the audio quality is really good but i am little concerned about the pricing. if it was for 2.5k it would have been a satisfying product . overall impression is good i hope there will be many offers in the future.
Sennheiser is known for its crispy sound quality. While the other focusing on bass. But cx300s provides you a crisp sound with bass punch. This product is definitely not for those who listens music while traveling. Because its noise cancellation is bad. The pore on earphone to increase bass effect extracts the surrounding noises. But when you are residing somewhere it definitely offers you the delightful music. Yup it’s a good product.
I was a Sony MDR xb75ap user which i lost it recently and ended up buying Sennheiser CX 300s after going through so many.Build quality:Wire is flat, tangle free and sturdy. Ear buds and 3.5mm pin also feels made of good material.Comfortable:I feel this one so comfortable than my Sony xb75ap as it is light weight. I’ve been using it for hours now and not felt a pain wearing them.Sound:Sound is so balanced. Though the bass is so awesome compared to Sony xb75ap it is punchy to the extent that doesn’t disturb other instruments clarity. To get this bass u must burn the headphone drivers for few hours. Check YouTube about burning headphones. Trust me the headphone sounds great after burning.Overall a good headphone for 2588rs.

The best earphones in this price range. Awesome sound. The sound is close to apple earphones. But my problem is this.I have bought 4 of these because 3 of them got lost. (not the products fault, I know) the left side of the earphones tends to distort after use. I don’t use it on full volume with that extreme bass so 4/4 earphones had these problem. I don’t know if it’s me or the earphones but I would like to know if anyone experienced this problem?

An excellent product, especially when paired with the Sennheiser Binaural Headset with Xl Ear Cap (CC 550). I am hearing impaired and the phone and headset supplied to our office was inadequate. This one works perfectly. The clarity is excellent and for most calls I leave the amplification at the minimum. And I have never had to raise the amp to more than half way. This combo works better than hearing aids. I have one in the office and one at home.

When it states volume control it goes from really loud to instantly deaf. There is no way to get the volume to a reasonably low level that does not hurt the ears. If this had proper volume control that truly goes from 0 to loud in tiny increments this would be a much better product. At this time it is unusable for those with good hearing.

These are very treble high out of the box, but give some time and be patient to burn in then you can observe much good sound.. .you can feel almost balanced sound. All is good regarding sound, but I seriously think these not worth 7500rs… I’ve got refurbhished in 3k which is ok.. fine. In my opinion, buy “cx 3.00” in best deal which should be around 2k and buy mi blutetooth or some other bluetooth adaptor around 1k.. so u get same sound with bluetooth around 3k

Bought these to replace my elderly and much-loved CX200s,(which inexplicably lost volume in right side),and couldn’t be happier with these!Their slightly bulkier shape actually fits my ears even better,and the added bonus of the volume control is great;-saves messing with the “click-wheel”,which is a bit fiddly on my i-Pod Nano.How anyone can live with the rubbish “bundled” ‘phones supplied by Apple is beyond me.They are obviously not “audiophiles”or they would complain bitterly about the sound quality,and force Steve Jobs to up his game,and get his ‘phones from Sennheiser!Apple’s in-house engineering is definitely way behind on the earphone front!
I had a Sennhauser pair of headphones for a good 6 years when they were sadly destroyed by my dog so I bought these to replace them. The way the earphones connected means there’s quite a bit of weight on the cable so it’s not comfortable for exercise or walking fast. The sound quality was OK and the earphone pieces themselves fit comfortably in my ear canal, however the cables have now snapped (and are now completely useless) after getting caught – something that happpened to my old pair all the time but never caused them to break, so all in all very disappointed.
The Sennheiser CX 280 Ergonomic Ear-Canal Earphones with Clear and Detailed Sound is a good little runner, with ever useful in-line volume and noise isolation, so it’s great for those of us that listen while on the train or bus. They’re comfortable too, and stylish. But I only bought my last pair in January and now I find myself having to replace them in August. I’m a frequent but very careful user – 7 months use is not enough at this price.

As compared to New CX213, It is far below. I purchased, compared with new and returned this product. Sound quality is okay. If u’ll compare to a market available earphone worth rs200, then this cx213 loses the race.

Build quality is good. Sound is crisp. But lacks a bit of bass punch, not bad but a little punch would be great.
Refurbished products are a hit or a miss. This one was, unfortunately, a miss. The sound quality was bad, the bass kept tearing and even normal easy listening songs were not enjoyable. Ended up returning it and ordered a new CX 250 instead.

Ear phones are so small for your ear and no bass no high sound I have used on iPhone 7 plus but on the full sound they sound too low you can go for CX180 instead which is far better than this

Doesnt looks refurbished apart from the outer plastic cover. Earphones, extender cable, pouch etc everything looks brand new. CX275s is any time better than Sony headphones. Dont know why people question about lower bass in Sennheisers, I am happy with the clarity and bass. Thank you Amazon.

Neatly packaged and good clarity of music. No disturbances from outside when the volume is slightly dialled up. My wife hates it as am non responsive.
I’ve received these pair of earphones last saturday and been using it continuously ever since.The sound is just great, while my CX 180 had trouble with the vocals having clarity when my bass knob was on 60% on my equaliser the CX 300 faire way better, providing a great mix between clarity in vocals and bass that just tickles your ears the right way. The sound isolation is just wonderful as the only things that I heard while wearing them home were finger snaps directly next to my ear and loud motercycle silencers while riding on the bike.Overall a great product and hoping it’ll last as long as my previous earphones. Would recommend 8.5/10

(Unlike the cx275s available here)Cons:Expensive and has no button to change tracks/volume.Asymmetric cable is annoying at times (gets pulled out from the shorter side, and is an inconvenience while rolling the cable for storage).Cable is not tangle free.

With this much money I can buy one 32 in Thomson hd led tv, one Samsung M20 , and Mi earphone and some chocolates as well.
I had Bose Sound sport free for 6+months, but lost it. I loved the bose, but Sennheisers are class apart.Pros:- Far better sound separation and overall quality is excellent.- Noise Isolation is excellent. The ambiance noise control is very good- App really does wonders to your preference.. you can adjust to your liking- Touch control is helpful. may not get it right every-time, still works. Bose hard buttons are pathetic.- Call quality is good and can hear from both buds. Bose you can only hear from right ear and it makes almost impossible to use for important conference calls or office meetings.- No video sound lag. Bose is worst at it. So, bose is not very versatile, like you can’t watch movies or watch FB videos.Cons- Felt they aren’t as comfortable as bose. Edge touches ear and pains a bit. May not be issue for everyone. Bose is super comfy – major + for bose should be comfort- Sometimes they disconnect. But I noticed it only happens in certain areas, like my office washroom. No issues otherwise.- Pricey. may be around 20k is ideal- difficult to know how much charge left. May I need to research how to figure it out. Bose has 5 lights and very easy to knowOverall excellent product and if you have budget, go for it. Its super easy to pick up calls or activate Siri using touch controls. I don’t think anyone else can beat the sound quality that easily
Got this from Amazon for 24990.Prior to this was using Sony 1000X. Needed something that was ultra portable and carried in my pocket.These do not disappoint on the audio front. Audio quality is top notch and is better than my Sony 1000X. The sonic stage is very wide, which is surprising considering the size of the buds and the driver. The lows, mids and highs are very promiment. Everything is very pronounced without being over powering. Lows are just the right amount and tight, doesnt sound muddy.Battery lasts for about 3.5hrs on continuous use and they are pretty comfortable to wear for that long.The carrying case is a bit large as compared to few others, but its managable unless you are wearing really tight jeans.The biggest issue that I have had with these buds is that every now and then when you take out the ear buds, they will not connect back to your phone. Only way to connect them back is to remove the pairing with the phone (I have it paired with my S10+), and then put the buds in pairing mode and pair again. This becomes a pain in the wrong place.If you are looking for the best audio quality among the available buds, get this. You wont be disappointed.Update:Post the latest update for my S10+ which has some bluetooth stability improvements, I no longer face the issue wherein the buds had to be paired again.Hence revising the review to 5 stars.

Very bad experience…..After using the sennheiser headphones for hardly a month , i observed that the voice from the right side earphone was almost zero whereas the left side earphone is working fine. This hardware issue wasnt expected from one of the best brand.

It is second time when i am being cheated by amazon. Earlier amazon used to be good and its services were amazing but now they have changed. The profuct sound is perfect but the mic is not working. I bought ant audio w56 which i returned and then bought this. Look like i will be returning this also. Please buy with utmost care or else you will be fedup with buy and return procedures
Doesnt looks refurbished apart from the outer plastic cover. Earphones, extender cable, pouch etc everything looks brand new. CX275s is any time better than Sony headphones. Dont know why people question about lower bass in Sennheisers, I am happy with the clarity and bass. Thank you Amazon.
Ear phones in Brand new condition… Satisfied…. But some items are not there like.. 3.5 jack adaptor, 1 pair ear buds of 3 pairs, Pouch…
Neatly packaged and good clarity of music. No disturbances from outside when the volume is slightly dialled up. My wife hates it as am non responsive.
I’ve received these pair of earphones last saturday and been using it continuously ever since.The sound is just great, while my CX 180 had trouble with the vocals having clarity when my bass knob was on 60% on my equaliser the CX 300 faire way better, providing a great mix between clarity in vocals and bass that just tickles your ears the right way. The sound isolation is just wonderful as the only things that I heard while wearing them home were finger snaps directly next to my ear and loud motercycle silencers while riding on the bike.Overall a great product and hoping it’ll last as long as my previous earphones. Would recommend 8.5/10
Pros:Great isolation.Balanced Sound.Best sound quality for this price.90° angled connector prevents stress on the wire.Nice storage pouch included.Original product. (Unlike the cx275s available here)Cons:Expensive and has no button to change tracks/volume.Asymmetric cable is annoying at times (gets pulled out from the shorter side, and is an inconvenience while rolling the cable for storage).Cable is not tangle free.

Great fit. Great sound. Please don’t stop manufacturing hard buds. I hate the new soft plug-it-way-inside buds. Yes, I am not really fluent in technical terminology. But you get it.
The best earphones in this price range. Awesome sound. The sound is close to apple earphones. But my problem is this.I have bought 4 of these because 3 of them got lost. (not the products fault, I know) the left side of the earphones tends to distort after use. I don’t use it on full volume with that extreme bass so 4/4 earphones had these problem. I don’t know if it’s me or the earphones but I would like to know if anyone experienced this problem?

as the pioneer in the audio industry Sennheiser is always there for delivering the best sound product in the range . this is like a modified cx3.00 which are one of the best. the only difference is this has a mic with this. the cable is not braided. for 3.5 k we expect a little more . the audio quality is really good but i am little concerned about the pricing. if it was for 2.5k it would have been a satisfying product . overall impression is good i hope there will be many offers in the future.
I was a Sony MDR xb75ap user which i lost it recently and ended up buying Sennheiser CX 300s after going through so many.Build quality:Wire is flat, tangle free and sturdy. Ear buds and 3.5mm pin also feels made of good material.Comfortable:I feel this one so comfortable than my Sony xb75ap as it is light weight. I’ve been using it for hours now and not felt a pain wearing them.Sound:Sound is so balanced. Though the bass is so awesome compared to Sony xb75ap it is punchy to the extent that doesn’t disturb other instruments clarity. To get this bass u must burn the headphone drivers for few hours. Check YouTube about burning headphones. Trust me the headphone sounds great after burning.Overall a good headphone for 2588rs.
Sennheiser is known for its crispy sound quality. While the other focusing on bass. But cx300s provides you a crisp sound with bass punch. This product is definitely not for those who listens music while traveling. Because its noise cancellation is bad. The pore on earphone to increase bass effect extracts the surrounding noises. But when you are residing somewhere it definitely offers you the delightful music. Yup it’s a good product.
