Sound and picture quality is great but the only thing I didn’t like is the usb and hdmi slots should be in side so that we can insert and remove wires easily

Guys haven’t you watched the launching event?? they told they are working on it and soon those two apps will be available. then why all the negetive reviews because of that? this tv is awesome and has great feature. and FYKI you can side load those two apps and it worked fine. just for the tv os experience I’m giving 4/5. otherwise it is great.connectivity- wifi Bluetooth work great. I’ve 20mbps broadband connection and everytime I play from Amazon prime, voot or youtube it loaded full hd content. so no wifi connection failed issue for me like the other guys commented. 3hdmi and 2usb is more than enough. no 3.5mm jack. I don’t need that either. because the sound of the tv is awesome.I don’t need external speaker and for the earphone I’ve Bluetooth earphone. which is wireless and easy to use. so it won’t bother me. 5/5 for meoverall it’s a best buy at 27k. Update 4- On 30th October it got the Android pie update. And all things have been changed. Now there is no connection problem. Also we get official prime video and Netflix app. Now I’m totally satisfied with this tv.Update 3- after the last update the delay between wifi connect and power on tv is fixed. I thought wow!! Now it is working correctly. But wait,they just not only fixed that issue but also gave a very major issue. Like seriously, what are you guys doing?? I’m very angry right now. The new problem is sometimes when I’m watching youtube videos or online content, thr wifi got disconnect. And then no way I can connect to the wifi again unless power off the tv. And then when I power on the tv it goes into recovery mode and force me to reset all the data. I thought this was a normal when it happened 1st time. But in one month it happened 4 times. I’m very much frustrated. I call mi service centre, and told the problem. The service guy came and told me you have to record the problem. So, I waited and the installation guy came 5pm yesterday 22nd oct. so, I’m pretty much happy. He is also very nice. did his job in 30-35 mins. also show me some features of the tv and told me if I face any problem I can call hime regarding to the tv. so I’ll give 4.5/5 for the installationTv and remote – when I saw the tv it’s huge and looking awesome. remote is very small and looking kind of cute. I really loved the looks of both tv and remote. no battery were include. MI is became very stingy on this. giving 2 aaa size battery would not cost that much. the tv build is solid. yup if you press the corner it’ll go inside. which is negetive point but hey, it’s a tv not a smartphone which you’ll touch all the time. so, it won’t bother me. I wall mounted it and the ports on side is accessible. so yes u can connect to pen drive and hdmi port even it is wall mounted. very nice build , good looking and easy access to the ports which leads to 4.5/5picture quality – picture quality is great when you play full hd content. don’t expect an awesome quality but you won’t regret. I’m watching the tv from 9ft distance and experience is great. no complaint. viewing angles are awesome too. watching it from side and down won’t feel much difference. but if the contents are not full hd then it is very uncomfortable to watch. only because of that I give 4/5.sound quality – I’m very very happy with the sound quality. it’s very loud, bass are there. I’ve booked the date for 21st oct sunday 6-8 pm. then no one came. the number provide by the company was switched off every time I’ve tried to call. then I call mi customer care. they said due to sunday it could not be possible and 22nd oct the same time slot you got it installed. So, I waited and the installation guy came 5pm yesterday 22nd oct. so, I’m pretty much happy. He is also very nice. did his job in 30-35 mins. also show me some features of the tv and told me if I face any problem I can call hime regarding to the tv. so I’ll give 4.5/5 for the installationTv and remote – when I saw the tv it’s huge and looking awesome. remote is very small and looking kind of cute. I really loved the looks of both tv and remote. no battery were include. MI is became very stingy on this. giving 2 aaa size battery would not cost that much. the tv build is solid. yup if you press the corner it’ll go inside. which is negetive point but hey, it’s a tv not a smartphone which you’ll touch all the time. so, it won’t bother me. I wall mounted it and the ports on side is accessible. so yes u can connect to pen drive and hdmi port even it is wall mounted. very nice build , good looking and easy access to the ports which leads to 4.5/5picture quality – picture quality is great when you play full hd content. don’t expect an awesome quality but you won’t regret. I’m watching the tv from 9ft distance and experience is great. no complaint. viewing angles are awesome too. watching it from side and down won’t feel much difference. but if the contents are not full hd then it is very uncomfortable to watch. only because of that I give 4/5.sound quality – I’m very very happy with the sound quality. it’s very loud, bass are there. Update 4- On 30th October it got the Android pie update. And all things have been changed. Now there is no connection problem. Also we get official prime video and Netflix app. Now I’m totally satisfied with this tv.Update 3- after the last update the delay between wifi connect and power on tv is fixed. I thought wow!! Now it is working correctly. But wait,they just not only fixed that issue but also gave a very major issue. Like seriously, what are you guys doing?? I’m very angry right now. The new problem is sometimes when I’m watching youtube videos or online content, thr wifi got disconnect. And then no way I can connect to the wifi again unless power off the tv. And then when I power on the tv it goes into recovery mode and force me to reset all the data. I thought this was a normal when it happened 1st time. But in one month it happened 4 times. I’m very much frustrated. I call mi service centre, and told the problem. The service guy came and told me you have to record the problem. I’ve took one picture and show him, he said may be a software update can fix this. And guess what they don’t have the software for this tv. Like really?? The product is released more than 3 months ago, and still you don’t have the software for this. You should shutdown your service centre and lie down to gutter!! I would never buy mi tv again. And after this issue I won’t recommend anyone to buy this tv again. Mi yout TV’s are sucked, your software sucked. You guys just sucked. And also one thing I want to add. I’ve 20mbps broadband connection and everytime I play from Amazon prime, voot or youtube it loaded full hd content. so no wifi connection failed issue for me like the other guys commented. 3hdmi and 2usb is more than enough. no 3.5mm jack. I don’t need that either. because the sound of the tv is awesome.I don’t need external speaker and for the earphone I’ve Bluetooth earphone. which is wireless and easy to use. so it won’t bother me. 5/5 for meoverall it’s a best buy at 27k. Update 4- On 30th October it got the Android pie update. And all things have been changed. Now there is no connection problem. Also we get official prime video and Netflix app. Now I’m totally satisfied with this tv.Update 3- after the last update the delay between wifi connect and power on tv is fixed. I thought wow!! Now it is working correctly. But wait,they just not only fixed that issue but also gave a very major issue. Like seriously, what are you guys doing?? I’m very angry right now. The new problem is sometimes when I’m watching youtube videos or online content, thr wifi got disconnect. And then no way I can connect to the wifi again unless power off the tv. And then when I power on the tv it goes into recovery mode and force me to reset all the data. I thought this was a normal when it happened 1st time. But in one month it happened 4 times. I’m very much frustrated. I call mi service centre, and told the problem. The service guy came and told me you have to record the problem. I’ve took one picture and show him, he said may be a software update can fix this. And guess what they don’t have the software for this tv. Like really?? The product is released more than 3 months ago, and still you don’t have the software for this. You should shutdown your service centre and lie down to gutter!! I would never buy mi tv again. And after this issue I won’t recommend anyone to buy this tv again. Mi yout TV’s are sucked, your software sucked. You guys just sucked. And also one thing I want to add. I really loved the looks of both tv and remote. no battery were include. MI is became very stingy on this. giving 2 aaa size battery would not cost that much. the tv build is solid. yup if you press the corner it’ll go inside. which is negetive point but hey, it’s a tv not a smartphone which you’ll touch all the time. so, it won’t bother me. I wall mounted it and the ports on side is accessible. so yes u can connect to pen drive and hdmi port even it is wall mounted. very nice build , good looking and easy access to the ports which leads to 4.5/5picture quality – picture quality is great when you play full hd content. don’t expect an awesome quality but you won’t regret. I’m watching the tv from 9ft distance and experience is great. no complaint. viewing angles are awesome too. watching it from side and down won’t feel much difference. but if the contents are not full hd then it is very uncomfortable to watch. only because of that I give 4/5.sound quality – I’m very very happy with the sound quality. it’s very loud, bass are there.
