Using the mobile phone for last 3 months. I am a smartphone user but I purchased it as Smartphone is not allowed in defence area. But it is very disappointing that the calling voice is not clear. Most of the time you can’t hear the voice. So the Purchase was a Waste. Don’t purchase this mobile.

I strongly urge buyers not to buy this product. They are selling duplicate item. My battery didn’t come in the proper Nokia package. I got it in a small transparent box. There was no cover over the battery. The battery is is discharging very fastely and it has very poor performance. It is a complete waste of money.
No overheating or any abnormal changes on repeated charging, as one would expect from low-cost replacement batteries. Good buy.

Fits well as a replacement of Nokia’s original BL-5C battery. The battery life is decent, not as good as the original.Considering that it is the only replacement for the original, it has value for money.Not sure about the longevity, just hoping that it runs well for a few years.

My phone is not working for last 1 month, I have tried calling Amazon customer care they said that it is a service issue please contact authorised Nokia service centre. As per the suggestion I went to a Nokia care and after seeing the phone’s display problem and the bill they bluntly told that the phone is under replacement warranty and they are not supposed to give support. From there I called up Amazon customer care and narrated the same. The lady over phone also spoke with the Nokia care personnel but she also could not come out with any solution and insisted me to try other service centre. As per the discussion I showed the phone and the bill to another Nokia service centre which is almost 75 km away from the previous one. But the wording of the Nokia service personnel is same as before that this particular model is under replacement warranty and they are not authorised to do anything. Now I would request Amazon from whom I have bought the phone to give me a solution for this. Hope you understand my problem and resolve the issue.Thanks.

First off this product is a Beauty. Being an old Motorola Fan, I feel Nokia has done well w.r.t. this phone design.Many may complain, that build quality is not that great, but I beg to defer.I feel the build quality is superb for its price, the display is cool, that curve is sexy.Being so used Power Thirsty Mobiles, the new 3310 was charged to 100% a couple of days’ ago, and even after fiddling it, playing music, FM Radio, it still shows a full Battery. I am going to wait to see when I need to charge it next, will post that information in about a week’s time.So based on the price I paid, here is my overview of the product (I am not giving the specs here, that is available on the website.)That dual SIM + microSD card option is an awesome addition to this tiny phone. I have placed a 32GB memory card in there.Excellent – Build Quality, Display, Camera, Size, Weight, Keypad, Navigation, Voice reception, and mic.Good – Inbuilt speaker, Headset.Bad – Nothing (In my opinion, have everything I need in this phone for this price)

It is value for but the life of the battery doesn’t last for a full day. It drains much faster when the mobile is in no signal area. My suggestion is to not to go for it.
