Very bad experience…..After using the sennheiser headphones for hardly a month , i observed that the voice from the right side earphone was almost zero whereas the left side earphone is working fine. This hardware issue wasnt expected from one of the best brand.

The best earphones in this price range. Awesome sound. The sound is close to apple earphones. But my problem is this.I have bought 4 of these because 3 of them got lost. (not the products fault, I know) the left side of the earphones tends to distort after use. I don’t use it on full volume with that extreme bass so 4/4 earphones had these problem. I don’t know if it’s me or the earphones but I would like to know if anyone experienced this problem?

The product didn’t came in new packaging and product is not working like normal sennheiser cx180 Street 2 earphone. Ear phones in Brand new condition… Satisfied…. But some items are not there like.. 3.5 jack adaptor, 1 pair ear buds of 3 pairs, Pouch…

Here’s the TLDR: gets uncomfortable after about an hour of use if you have big ears like I do. Sounds pretty good considering the price, slightly on the bassier side, but fairly neutral overall. Best in the price range I think, at least compared to the offerings from JBL. The marshall major 3 wireless has better sound, build quality and comfort but doesn’t have the voice assistant support. Skip to the last for the scores.Allow me to explain in detail:THE SOUND:It sounds good. I love Sennheiser’s sound signature and this one has been tuned to have a very slight bassier curve. Bassheads won’t like it i suppose. Upper bass range sounds a bit muddy to my ears, though only when listened very closely. Most users won’t notice it i suspect. The lower highs could use a bit more punch. It does struggle a tad to produce the very high frequencies (12khz+). I’ll be honest, i do like my listening headphones to be a bit on the beassier end but I absolutely hate the way Skullcandy, Beats etc achieve that. These, however, have quite an enjoyable sound signature, especially once you tweak your eq. The headphones respond really well to eq tweaks, especially inside the Sennheiser app (the app doesn’t offer a parametric eq but it does have a eq thing that lets you move around a dot and tries to adjust the eq accordingly.)The sound stage is okay and the imaging is quite good. Instrument separation is fine for the price.COMFORT AND BUILD:The build quality is good. It’s all plastic but the plastic feels solid. No complaints there.However, the headphones are small for overheads. It might be just me though as I’m only really familiar with overhead headphones like the M40x, M50x, some AKGs, Beyerdynamic etc, all of which go well over the ears and are incredibly comfortable (the ATH M series NEED the Brainwavs earpads though) and all of them have a nice and gentle clamping force. Anyways, back to this pair.The earpads are not memory-foam and the sides are unnecessarily wide, thus doesn’t leave much room for the ears inside. Since I’ve big ears, the pads rest somewhat toward the ends of my ears, which makes them uncomfortable for longer sessions. However, the clamping force is not bad and that makes the pair relatively pleasant. I say relatively because the JBL LIVE 500BTs have a clamping force of 0.7kg (vs only about 0.2kg of these. as per testings of rtings.com), which feels like getting crushed under a rock.The earpads are replaceable so I’m hoping that brainwavz will release some really nice and plush pads for these headphones, which should improve the comfort further. These aren’t bad the way they are though. If you have smaller ears, i think you’ll be perfectly happy.UPDATE: The regular brainwavz pleather pads do fit these just fine. It makes them incredibly comfortable. Although the earpads are a tad oversized but it doesn’t come off or wiggle or anything like that.Tip: turning the earpads about 30° (may vary) clockwise may improve the comfort dramatically.MISCELLANEOUS THINGS:Battery life seems to be excellent. Noise isolation is passive but it does a decent job.VERDICT:I think they’re worth the price and better than the competition. They’re built well and they sound decent. They don’t have some bells and whistles like audio passthrough but it has either better comfort or better sound quality compared to those. The inclusion of a type c port is nice. AptX low latency support is great for Android users. My Sennheiser cx 300s is far better than this it costs 3.5k also it is an earphone.HD 350BT sounds low and lack of bass.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve bought two of these and haven’t been disappointed.The sound quality is good, but for me, the best feature no one seems to talk about is the mic. I take a lot of calls, and though this doesn’t have noise cancellation, it works very well for making calls in noisy environments. I rarely get complaints that others are not able to hear me or of traffic noise disrupting calls (a perennial problem in India). I’m able to take conference calls when travelling, which is a huge plus. The build quality is good. There is a problem that the wire connecting the audio input is weak and tends to break if not stored carefully. I’ve had that problem once, but Sennheiser replaced this without question. I’ve started storing the pair in the pouch they supply and have not had issues later.The pouch really keeps things secure. A couple of days ago, I forgot to take it out of my shirt before putting it into the washing machine. I later realized this and picked it from the shirt pocket after the washing cycle, dried the pair and found that it worked as usual – a huge relief.I’m not a huge audiophile and don’t wax eloquent on basss/treble reproduction and the like, but for me, this is a great pair for my use cases – good music playback, great service and ability to make calls on the street. I find very few reviews focussing on these, so wanted to highlight these for prospective buyers.

I’ve received these pair of earphones last saturday and been using it continuously ever since.The sound is just great, while my CX 180 had trouble with the vocals having clarity when my bass knob was on 60% on my equaliser the CX 300 faire way better, providing a great mix between clarity in vocals and bass that just tickles your ears the right way. The sound isolation is just wonderful as the only things that I heard while wearing them home were finger snaps directly next to my ear and loud motercycle silencers while riding on the bike.Overall a great product and hoping it’ll last as long as my previous earphones. Would recommend 8.5/10

These headphones sound very cheap and no clarity at all. Disappointing. I should have sticked to my Sennheiser bt 6.0

Pros:1- Light weight2- Ear cap/bud is soft and big. My ears are big, they got perfectly fit inside it. Finally got headphones which are not creating any pain in my ear while using for 6-8 hours.3. Length of wire is somewhere around 3-4 meters, which is really nice to use on desktop computer.4. Sound quality is great for vocals. I recommend for content creation enthus and gamers who need to hear clearly.5. Noice cancellation is not the best but it is far better than any other headphones in the same price range.6. If you want to learn any new language, these are the headphones for you.Cons:1- For people who want to listen music only on these headphones will be disappointed because it has very low bass.PS: Previously I used “Motorola Pulse 3 Max” as compared to that, these are light and ear cup is not making any pain in my ear. I always try refurbished products as you can get them on discounted rates and they are mostly returned products by customers. It’s always hit or miss! If you missed, you can anyways return the same.This was my 4th pair of CX180, and since I had lost 3 other pairs, this time, I bought a refurbished one, and hola! It was a BRAND NEW product, with box opened once. All the pairs of earbuds were present. Totally satisfied with a product.

as the pioneer in the audio industry Sennheiser is always there for delivering the best sound product in the range . this is like a modified cx3.00 which are one of the best. the only difference is this has a mic with this. the cable is not braided. for 3.5 k we expect a little more . the audio quality is really good but i am little concerned about the pricing. if it was for 2.5k it would have been a satisfying product . overall impression is good i hope there will be many offers in the future.

I was a Sony MDR xb75ap user which i lost it recently and ended up buying Sennheiser CX 300s after going through so many.Build quality:Wire is flat, tangle free and sturdy. Ear buds and 3.5mm pin also feels made of good material.Comfortable:I feel this one so comfortable than my Sony xb75ap as it is light weight. I’ve been using it for hours now and not felt a pain wearing them.Sound:Sound is so balanced. Though the bass is so awesome compared to Sony xb75ap it is punchy to the extent that doesn’t disturb other instruments clarity. To get this bass u must burn the headphone drivers for few hours. Check YouTube about burning headphones. Trust me the headphone sounds great after burning.Overall a good headphone for 2588rs.

I just got the headphone and the left earpiece doesn’t work. I didn’t expect Amazon to trust such selles. I’m very disappointed. Go for the original one.Update: I claimed for a replacement and got the replaced item. Now the new one is good and even the sound is louder than the original one.

Just after a month this headset got failed, there is an issue with the jack, voice, music gets distorted.

Since I’ve big ears, the pads rest somewhat toward the ends of my ears, which makes them uncomfortable for longer sessions. However, the clamping force is not bad and that makes the pair relatively pleasant. I say relatively because the JBL LIVE 500BTs have a clamping force of 0.7kg (vs only about 0.2kg of these. as per testings of rtings.com), which feels like getting crushed under a rock.The earpads are replaceable so I’m hoping that brainwavz will release some really nice and plush pads for these headphones, which should improve the comfort further. These aren’t bad the way they are though. If you have smaller ears, i think you’ll be perfectly happy.UPDATE: The regular brainwavz pleather pads do fit these just fine. It makes them incredibly comfortable. Although the earpads are a tad oversized but it doesn’t come off or wiggle or anything like that.Tip: turning the earpads about 30° (may vary) clockwise may improve the comfort dramatically.MISCELLANEOUS THINGS:Battery life seems to be excellent. Noise isolation is passive but it does a decent job.VERDICT:I think they’re worth the price and better than the competition. They’re built well and they sound decent. They don’t have some bells and whistles like audio passthrough but it has either better comfort or better sound quality compared to those. The inclusion of a type c port is nice. AptX low latency support is great for Android users. Really comfortable to wear for long time in office or air conditioned rooms. The sound is good and balanced with a good amount of bass. The build quality is excellent. The only drawbacks are that it doesn’t have NFC and an audio input. Best headphones under 10k.

Sennheiser is known for its crispy sound quality. While the other focusing on bass. But cx300s provides you a crisp sound with bass punch. This product is definitely not for those who listens music while traveling. Because its noise cancellation is bad. The pore on earphone to increase bass effect extracts the surrounding noises. But when you are residing somewhere it definitely offers you the delightful music. Yup it’s a good product.

Just after a month this headset got failed, there is an issue with the jack, voice, music gets distorted.

It worked well for me for a couple of months and suddenly the sound of one side became too low. I sent it to Service Center for Repairs/Replacement and to my surprise they said Warranty Void and Replacement Can not be given without even providing a valid reasonProbably all REFURBISHED products are like this. Certified refurbished product purchase is total waste of money. Because spending money but not getting the actual quality os waste. Close refurbishment and sell original brand new product and ask for actual money customer will pay for it but refurbished material at low price is totatly waste of money

Classic sound… It’s really awesome.. I also use cx180, cx212, cx275, HD 202,,,but this one supper sound clarity,, I use this in my apple ipod shuffle, sony xa1 ultra, Don’t think.. Go for it.

As compared to New CX213, It is far below. I purchased, compared with new and returned this product. Sound quality is okay. If u’ll compare to a market available earphone worth rs200, then this cx213 loses the race.

Very bad experience…..After using the sennheiser headphones for hardly a month , i observed that the voice from the right side earphone was almost zero whereas the left side earphone is working fine. This hardware issue wasnt expected from one of the best brand.

Ear phones are so small for your ear and no bass no high sound I have used on iPhone 7 plus but on the full sound they sound too low you can go for CX180 instead which is far better than this

as the pioneer in the audio industry Sennheiser is always there for delivering the best sound product in the range . this is like a modified cx3.00 which are one of the best. the only difference is this has a mic with this. the cable is not braided. for 3.5 k we expect a little more . the audio quality is really good but i am little concerned about the pricing. if it was for 2.5k it would have been a satisfying product . overall impression is good i hope there will be many offers in the future.

Sennheiser is known for its crispy sound quality. While the other focusing on bass. But cx300s provides you a crisp sound with bass punch. This product is definitely not for those who listens music while traveling. Because its noise cancellation is bad. The pore on earphone to increase bass effect extracts the surrounding noises. But when you are residing somewhere it definitely offers you the delightful music. Yup it’s a good product.
