Product not working properly.. i brought it just last month. Waste product

This is one of the best as per money spent. Go for it.

Everything is good about it but it is bulky in size you can’t carry in pocket than power bank 10000 mah battery otherwise all is good and perfect go for it.

Its a nice product Mi 10000 2i power bank..very elegant design sleek,slim ,may be easily be kept in pocket but slightly heavier so practically not easy..however the working capacity looks pretty good as of now..it is getting fully charge in around 5 hours n charging my Iphone 5S(battery capacity around 1570mah) for about 4 & half times that makes its productive capacity to around 7500 mah,,(i dont know that this much of capacity is good or bad)..a more marked feature of this powerbank which I came across is that it is neither heating up during charging nor heating the phone when it charge..really a nice mi product actually a made in India product which is worth the price..

It’s a power bank, with two outlets as compared to one outlet in previous generation. Output and charging are good. Longer then the previous version but that isn’t a concern for me, might be for some who move ultra light, not much noticeable difference in weight from previous generation and still lighter then a few others in the market, or maybe its a form factor that has an effect that it is light. Takes about 5 hours to charge from 0 to 10000mAh. And those were the 3-stars. A major let down for me is, it discharges very very quickly. I used have an Ambrane 10000mAh power bank and it used to retain charge for good 4-6 days! But this one will loose charge in 2-3 days MAX. Maybe its this model or this particular article I received has this problem but its kind of unreliable if you haven’t charged in last 24hours. This wasn’t as much a problem in previous generation just for reference, it wasn’t still as good as Ambrane, it got stolen in my last office, yuppp.

Nice product but size is different… If you buy for 10,000 mah it is actually fits 20,000mah and if you buy for 20,000 mah it actually fits for 10,000 mah so buy alternate product and quality is good

I called the customer care number and was told that since it is in warranty it will be replaced post checking at the service center. Service center first said. It’s charging. I told them to keep it on charge for a bit and see, it would not go beyond one light out of 4. They realized I was right and then proceeded to tell me that since there is a small dent in the corner on the body of the power bank they cannot replace it! Really? How come the dent didn’t matter before they realised it was charging? On asking for their opinion on the situation in writing, they refused. Really bad service from Mi. Am never buying another Mi product again. They are cheats of the first order.

By mistake i throw the packing after opening the powerbank. And when i start to charge the powerbank it get charged continuously for hours and days.Now i am unable to return this product coz i threw its box….so what to do

Great product and portable to carry. Only one issue it wasn’t turning on and off automatically.. then i asked for replacement and now this is perfectly working.

I have purchased the product on 05/11/2018. After using for only few days (7-10 days) the switch on/off button was not working. The button went inside and I could not use the product to charge my phone. Though the power bank can be charged but it is of no use now as I cannot charge any appliances through power bank. I had complaint twice and got reference ID and upon showing to service centre they said u email to Syska. They r not resolving the issue also. I bought this power bank from a lightening deal hoping it will offer basic portable power support. Not only it offers dual charging , this power bank is so light to carry around. The price point is a steal for a 10000 mAh powerbank with LED Display! I am very satisfied with my purchase.

At the first look the case gives a great look but the trouble comes when you try to put in your MI 2000 mah power bank. Its slightly small for the first generation power bank due to which the case stretches to the maximum. Further the phone holder becomes quite tight due to the extra bulge of the power bank. It can fit upto 5″ phones but anything more than that is a different struggle. I have show both looks with iphone se and one plus 6 to show the difference in size.Needless to mention the heaviness the co relation becomes.Therefore I guess it’s best for MI 20000 Mah 2i powerbank onlyFurther review on 16.09.2019 post trying with Power bank 20000 mAh Mi Power Bank 2i. This is definitely not the cover as the power bank simply won’t go in. The power bank ia way oversized for the cover.Therefore at most you can use the same with 20000 mAh Power Bank 2 which is also quite tight

This cover for MI powerbank fits it perfectly and also my phone can easily go inside the cover this provision of of putting the phone inside the cover with the power bank is very useful while travelling as carrying the power bank separately is a very big hassle especially while charging it talking about the sturdiness the power bank will never come out of the cover accidentally and even if the power bank falls with the cover nothing will happen to the power bank as it is very sturdy and build quality is also very good, the ports which are given in the cover to charge other devices is very helpful also.

Perfect fit for mi batt bank 10k mh.Gives much required grip else the batt charger is very slippery.Makes the batt charger stand out in the bag as well and don’t have to rummage through stuff.Durable, value for money.
