I purchased the product in the month of April, 2017. The Power Bank is having one year warranty. But is a matter of great regret that the power bank is not functioning from the month of July, 2017. No return policy for this item.. be aware, if u got defective item then u have to post by self, no pickup available for this item.

Usb cable not found inside the box. There was only the powerbank inside the box. No user manual nor usb cable.

After delivery charged to FULL & then used to power my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge having 3600mh battery. It charged the phone twice, but failed to do much on the third attempt. This would suggest the capacity is certainly not more than 10000 mh. This item is very heavy too. Now let us about durability / life – will have to wait for that.

I have been using this power bank from months its working good, properly charging the devices but i believe the power bank is not of 20000 mah as when i charge my phone of 2500 mah battery from 4 or 5% to 100% the power bank’s battery is almost half drained out it flashes only 2 led out of 4 leds of power bank which is half charged power bank indication……..So, the 20000 mah backup of power bank is not true for me

Realy very dispointing after one month of use…getting power loss regularly….even one time 3300mah also not able to charge fully…am getting it in intex service centre soon….

I got one for my brother. It was nice. Still going strong. This one is for me. I love the design. It’s really clean. The charging lights are very satisfying how they indicate the charge level. It torch led it quite bright. Charge lasts a long time. It can power a usb fan all night and still have enough charge to power my phone twice. For it’s rating it’s very sleek and looks really beautiful.
