since the kaunch if the product there is an issue which Bose team is unable to fix. the left ear piece suddenly stops working abd after charging it fully and clearing all the paired devices will work. Seriously this is not expected from a brand like BOSE. These earphones are otherwise very addictive. Best partner while working out, beware it slips if you are sweating heavily. if using on bike better wear a cap covering them, afterall you cant affort to lose such an expensive earphone. There are lighter wireless alternatives out there and work as good as this one. Jabber for example. That is it for this review.
