i was worried about the damaged items as per other reviews..so when i recieved it, i immediately checked..and thank god there are no damaged item..so kind of happy to get it at a good price..though after one week it was selling rs 40 cheaper ..but thats how online works[Updated after use of six months] the lid does not fit properly. The tawa is bended and become uneven after moderate use. So, looks like product cheaper in price and durability is an issue. Next time, planning to buy better product which may be expensive but durable.

The product itself is good and sturdy . The issue I have is with the glass lid not fitting into the pot , as the rim of the pot was dented! the packaging looked secure , so I don’t know if the storage has caused this problem . I had to return this back , as the product was pretty useless without it’s lid fitting it properly.

One of the biggest disappointments from Prestige…. Product does not look as described…lid was not fitting.. handles were not fastened properly…. Decided not to buy Prestige again.. Mom always felt Prestige products especially the handles are sturdy and long lasting but after buying this product, lost faith in the brand

Please don’t buy this product online. All the pans has corner side down and middle uplifted issue. So when you pour something it goes to corner. No quality check. And later they might say call prestige customer care, which won’t help your buying experience.

No doubt Prestige granite series coating are the best in market which lasts longer..easily two years if we follow instructions.. Like wooden spatula and not to put cold water when it’s hot.. Secondly it’s German greblon c3+ coating..One of the toughest coating in world.. Google it for more information.. Or check weilbuger website.. good one. but middle surface is somewhat higher than the corner of the platter, so that oil will go to edges directly, it wont be uniform

The PAN is.the worst PAN ever. Water,.milk absolutely anything that you will try to pour out of it will spill off. The PAN has no beak,as shown in the image. Due to which it’s impossible to our the liquid with spilling it.

It stopped working after a month. Warranty is of no use as they don’t have any customer care number. You will need to write an email to the. They will then share their local engineer’s number. The engineer will charge you 150 rs for the visit. Have a back up because the whole process will take 3 months.1 month to register a complain.1 month for engineer to visit your place.1 month or a half to get the faulty part replaced.Buy at your own risk.

The size of the pot is nice but the material or manufacturing is very poor. After using the pot for 1 week the knob on the top broke off and I tried gluing it, but it didn’t work. I should have returned it but I had thrown away the packaging.
Believe my words please don’t buy this product you will cry . Within 20 day it surface get crack while cooking and they they will charge for everything. 150 visit charge 300 for part to replace in warranty period

A little product detail. The 240mm kadai is 6 cm depth from inside. Its quite enough for a small family. The 240mm frying pan is 4.25 cm depth from inside. One glass top lid is provided for both. And the last 280 mm Omni Tawa. Now I ordered these for using on my induction stove. But only the bottom of Tawa I received is curved means not flat at bottom and can’t use on induction stove. So im returning the product. I don’t know why the prestige company packed these damaged pieces to market.

hi,i have purchased it, but within 15 days body has been cracked, i discussed with customer care of pigeon but they are not supporting and demanding 500 rupees to repair it, then what is the meaning of one year warranty??please never select pigeon product.
I purchased the Prestige Omega nonstick set in October 2018. It had come with a guarantee of 2 years. As visible, the condition of the kadai is pathetic, the fry pan’s coating is also wearing off. Wasn’t this kind of cheap product from brand like Prestige and Amazon.

Valur for money, it is for the 3months..Utter disappointment.. In 6 months had to change 2 times.. People in the prestige showroom saying online has different quality but took the 2nd one from showroom.. Still the same.. After 2-3 months of usage, the coating is coming off even when religiously using wooden yhings to cook with.. Never took Prestige for such a sucker.. Such bad quality.. Polymers coming off..
After you cook this product changes colour so this will not stay this much shiny it’s going to get black for maroon colour product is good but don’t trust the colour

Scratches found in all 3 sets…(i.e paint is removed in some parts)..Bolt nuts are very loose…Often we have handled it carefully because of the bolt nuts.

A little product detail. The 240mm kadai is 6 cm depth from inside. Its quite enough for a small family. The 240mm frying pan is 4.25 cm depth from inside. One glass top lid is provided for both. And the last 280 mm Omni Tawa. Now I ordered these for using on my induction stove. But only the bottom of Tawa I received is curved means not flat at bottom and can’t use on induction stove. So im returning the product. I don’t know why the prestige company packed these damaged pieces to market.

I purchased the Prestige Omega nonstick set in October 2018. It had come with a guarantee of 2 years. As visible, the condition of the kadai is pathetic, the fry pan’s coating is also wearing off. Wasn’t this kind of cheap product from brand like Prestige and Amazon.
The tava is bend from one side , n the box was tampered from all the sides, want it to b replaced.

Valur for money, it is for the 3months..Utter disappointment.. In 6 months had to change 2 times.. People in the prestige showroom saying online has different quality but took the 2nd one from showroom.. Still the same.. After 2-3 months of usage, the coating is coming off even when religiously using wooden yhings to cook with.. Never took Prestige for such a sucker.. Such bad quality.. Polymers coming off..
After you cook this product changes colour so this will not stay this much shiny it’s going to get black for maroon colour product is good but don’t trust the colour

After you cook this product changes colour so this will not stay this much shiny it’s going to get black for maroon colour product is good but don’t trust the colour

Secondly it’s German greblon c3+ coating..One of the toughest coating in world.. Google it for more information.. Or check weilbuger website.. But I don’t recommend the tawa product at all because it’s not at all flat.. The center part is bulging out (concave towards us).. So it does not serve the need for what it’s made for . Like if you put eggs it would go at sides and rest.. Other than that it’s coating is the best in market.. Secondly it’s pfoa free.. Not ptfe free as per German weilbuger website site but according to My knowledge it’s safest till date for health.. I replaced two tawa products but each time I got similar.. Many people too faced same problems.. Even if someone got flat one, on heating it loses its shape with time mostly on induction.. Avoid induction high temperatures if you use it..attaching the picture and official coating technical information.. And it comes with two years warranty whereas others 1 years.. I cannot blame anything about prestige . I ordered this during the national lockdown . I got a very very defective peice which I returned . Amazon should double check before dispatching the products . You people cannot dump anything onto us presuming we will not take effort to return the products due to lockdown.

I bought this Prestige Omega Fry Pan a few days back on Amazon. I used it and washed it (only 2 times) and I find the handle nut at the back coming off. I had to tighten the nut with a screwdriver after each use.Also from the picture on Amazon website I didn’t realize that the pan is not flat and curved up in the middle.So while frying the oil floats around the pan and none remain in the middle.I didn’t use the product for a few days after purchase as I didn’t find anything wrong about it at the first look. So I didn’t ask for replacement with Amazon.Now I hope to get a replacement of the product either from Amazon or from the manufacturers.

Size is good. But the centre of the pan has a rise and eggs tend to flow to the sides as a result. The nonstick ability is mediocre at best. The eggs tend to stick to the pan. Wouldn’t recommended buy again.
Too good. Cooked twice in it so far. Really happy with the quality. The kadhai is more than 3.5 litres capacity. May be around 3.7 litres approx. Very happy with the capacity. Good for cooking large amount of food. Glass lid is very good and convenient. Highly recommended.

I had gone through a few reviews for the product and was apprehensive about buying this. Nonetheless went ahead and bought it, but was disappointed when after pulling it out of the box I saw that coating had started to come off from the edges of the pan even before it had been used. The finishing of the product is poor.hence returning it.
Exactly 1year completed…and m using it without any issues . But now suddenly it started bending on its own and the shape is changing slowly.Wish to understand the replacement policy.Otherwise I use all kitchen appliances of Prestige only and m very very satisfied.

This product doesn’t provide the functional benefit of being a non stick cookware. Whenever I cook anything on this it gets sticked to the base. I would have loved anything in cheap but alas the return window closed within a week and I started using this product only after a week of receiving. Don’t buy this product.
