Worst product. Received defective product with incomplete accessories. I have generated the return request.

All parts delivered as featured.installed easily. Working fine for 3 months now. Better half very happy!! I feel metal Sheet too thin. But then very thing is thinner now-a-days.

The place where the rubber hose connects with the stove was damaged. A few days back the 3rd burner stopped functioning, although the ignition spark was coming. Then after 2 days it started working again. The design is good, but i did not find the product worth. Better go with prestige (or some other brand) as one of my relatives bought a prestige stove & that does not seem to be having any issues.

It looks good and works well, but Elica’s so-called modern factory in Pune needs to learn how to properly tighten small nuts on the underside of the stove, the ones that hold up the metal gas pipe. One of them was missing right from the day it got delivered, and the other ones keeps coming loose every few weeks. Because of this, the knobs move up and down when operated and feel cheap and flimsy because of the missing left side nut (viewable by lifting the stove and looking at its underside. Tightening the right side nut at least keeps the right most knob from vertically moving when operated. The right side brass burner looked like it had been dropped on a concrete floor because it has several small dents on its top edge. However the dents don’t affect the functioning of the burner. Had this stove about a month now and it’s OK for the Rs. 6000 I paid for it. Definitely not worth the original price of Rs.13K though.

Not good at all the gas is not working properly..the size is also small..i ordered first dt tym also d gas was nt working den again i exchanged d product came woth a smaller size but the model number was same..i am not satisfied

Received this product 4 days ago and problems observed.1) Very weak burner flame is observed from one of the nozzles.2) The smaller 2 burners when kept on SIM(low), the flame goes off. This doesn’t happen with the large burners.3) Don’t know how to contact vendor of the product for service.

WORST PRODUCT – NEVER BUYI had the worst experience of my life with this Gas stove. I bought this 4 months ago on April 2 2018 and started using it in May 2018Today when my wife and mother were cooking in kitchen and my 1 year old baby was nearby playing, the glass top blasted and the glasses were scattered all over in the kitchen.Luckily no one got hurt but this was a major incident and really disappointing with such a brandI launched a complaint with prestige and they said they will send an electrician asap. No one came even in 4 hours and after multiple followups a guy name ‘Amin’ finally came to check. This guy started putting blames on us and said we dont know how to use a gas properly. I dont know how many ways you can use a gas. We were just using all three stoves at same time. If that is not the way then the company should put this on the description. Then the guy when told that he is not right he started misbehaving and arguing in high pitch trying to act oversmart. Obviously he didnt had such incident in his house so i dont expect him to understand but for all of you who are even thinking once to buy this product, please dontI am going to consumer court now as i dont expect any help from prestige anymore but i wish amazon to remove and ban this product from purchase as these things are spoiling their credibility

Great Product …Delivered Timely by Amazon ..Installation was arranged by calling Elica Toll Free Number and Next Day Technician showed up and installlation was done …Rs 200/- for regular installation but I was charged extra Rs 300/- since we have Natural Gas Pipeline and some additional adjustments needed …but since then we have no issues ..Stove working as expected and working very well …very easy to clean… Good Produnt Overall

This product was delivered in a perfect no damaged stage and i found this value for money in flash sale of AmazonIt has enough gap between burners for big utensils and is a definite buy for those looking at a product which is value for money

I wanted to try something different than a Prestige stove and hence I bought this. Though it looks sleek and durable, it has few issues. Firstly, Elica’s customer care number is very difficult to reach. I even sent an e-mail which no one has responded to, in 2 months.Secondly, about the product, the flame goes out when you rotate the knob towards SIM. The installation guy told me it will sort out on its own. I don’t know why I believed him. This can be dangerous coz while you believe gas is on on sim but it is actually leaking.Another issue is that the flame across burners is really low. My old Prestige’s smallest burner gave better output that the Jumbo burner on this one.If these 2 issues are not there in the stove you receive, then I think it is a great buy. I am asking for a replacement though.

Was delivered with rusted burners and one burner missing. Package was delivered open. But lifelong customer service was good enough to send 4 new burners as replacement

Guys, i know the offer looks attractive as compared to branded gas stoves. But trust me the product is worst. Within a month of purchasing gas stove. So many issues started and gas stove started catching fire from below. I complaint 4 times and no one ready to help. Not even once tech was sent. So for safety of your family do not purchase this product. Rest is upto you.

Dangerous product. When we just started cooking after installing it for the first time, the glass on the cooktop started cracking and popping suddenly by broken glass pieces scattered in all of the kitchen. Luckily we were not hit by the popping glass pieces. And we were not there with our 6 month old baby. Im gonna file case in the consumer court against these guys.

I got this product in very good offer and it’s the best at its price.. It has a classic glassy look and easy to clean. I had complaint with the burner turning black and requested for a replacement and they did it.. I am using this for past 3 months and it’s working fine and good..

It is not an electronic gas stove. Only an ordinary gas stove. it’s style is good.dont pay this much amount for an ordinary gas stove. Maxim Rs 5000 we can get this tipe of stove. So think and plz don’t

The product is defective as the gas stove is having bend in the middle which can be easily visible.The height of the glasstop from the plateform/floor have a difference of almost 1 cm. between middle and corner position.At the time of delivery i asked the person to check the item but he denied.

This stove looks beautiful and attractive. Has schott glass with life time warranty. Definitely adds ambiance to modular kitchen. This stove is also ISI certified. Since prestige is a known brand in the market, without hesitation you can go for this. This will be a hob alternative for those who cannot cut RCC platforms with granite tops.Cons:Rounded edges are not perfect/well finished, could see glue around glass, product requires improvement around that area. Also for this cost, I see that auto ignition is missing.

Worked fine on the first day. After a day or two the gas started backfiring whenever we were closing the knob of the gas. Very dangerous. Called technician from Butterfly however he was no good. Couldn’t wxplain what this was happening and all he did was took out the knob and added a drop of oil and put it back. The issue still remains and the burner still backfired dangerously while switching it off. Not sure what to do. Now the return date has also passed. Please help!!! I am saddened and disappointed with the product from Amazon this time around. Please try and fix it 🙏

after 5 to 6 months of use the so called brass burners got dis-shaped, and after that the flame is very heigh on one side and the other side very low. I am not able to find the burners replacement. and flame even on large burners are not as much as required.my experence is not good with this Elica Four Brass Burner (Flexi Brass Hct 470 Dx)

It looks great in mobile but the reality is different. Eventhough it is having two great advantages . One is it’s flexibility it can be used as a conventional Gas stove or hob.And another one is the ignition is operated through two ordinary AAA batteries. After continuous usage for about an hour the glass heats. So, there is chance of breaking of the glass. Cannot be used for continuous cooking.

Did exhaustive search online and offline in well knowm retail outlets and finally opted for this one on Amazon.Was primarily looking for higher warranty on the glass. Elica offers 7 yrs. . Local retailers promote brand they get more margin out off and sales rep lack knwoledge and commit any thing Most of customer reviews of other brands complained about glass cracking up. Have used this full-blown for over a month now and found no issues.Preference was multiple size burners, spaced burners, with drip trays for easy clean and regulator pattern knobs. Got all in this model. Looks are good and installation was done at standard cost and satisfactory.( PNG) Found flames are good enough as per burner design Have also register on Elica site for warranty.

1st burner not working after 1months

Well built product. Has to pay extra for Granite cutting and installation. Around 2200 extra i paid for this. Glen should have good dealers for installation in Pune. The one who did the job at my place was worthless. He messed the product which we have to clean for a week to get the looks.About the product -Glen Hob is good. Solid made. The weight of each brass burner is heavy as compared to Elica that we saw in shop. Cleaning is easy. Flames are consistent. Cooks well. Remember this hob comes with wire connection for Auto ignition. So i have to spend extra to get electricity point below my Granite top.Gas consumption is on higher side as compared to my earlier gas burner. So im assuming around 100-200 more gas bill then usual. Lets wait and see. We use MNGL connection and while fitting the person will make provision for this.The toughned glass is of very good quality. If someone is looking for a better hob, go for it. Looks premium and changes the looks of your kitchen. It cooks well and quickly due to Indian style burners.The hob buttons are also good. They are not metal but made of Strong Plastic/Fibre. So they dont get hot while cooking (thats a plus).Overall satisfied with the purchase.Amazon delivery was very quick and the product was packed very well.

Writing this review after six months of use. Excellent product, damage free delivery by cloudtail and adds a beautiful look to the kitchen. My only complaint is that the knobs are set quite close to each other which makes cleaning them a little difficult but it’s really nothing that should deter you from buying it. Just follow the handling instructions and there won’t be any issues.

Device is faulty… 1 burner not working.. leaking gas… no support from amazon and prestige… I had to get someone from outside and paid 700 for his visit and replacing parts

Product looks great and beautiful. Placement of burners are meticulously done . Knobs are smooth to handle. Flame is uniform so cooking gets faster. Only hitch is that it is priced slightly high , better to reduce the rate by rs1000.

Brass Burner shining is faded little bit and big burner having some black patches on it

 Lot of issues with the with the stove. Importantly Dangerous, *** Event after the gas is turned off there was flame underneeth the stove, which we did not observe for almost a month. we I reported it to customer care and ask them to fix, they say they will check in SLA time.

Received this product 4 days ago and problems observed.1) Very weak burner flame is observed from one of the nozzles.2) The smaller 2 burners when kept on SIM(low), the flame goes off. This doesn’t happen with the large burners.3) Don’t know how to contact vendor of the product for service.

Flames – very goodCleaning – easy like any glass top stoveBlack frame paint came off within 1 week of using the stove. Very disappointed about that. Otherwise, good purchase. Worth money.

Item is defective and facing problem with the burner and please help us

Very low quality product, this is my 4th stove i ordered its the same issue of burners. please dont buy

Complete Marvel glass broken into pieces within 27 days after receipt 12.7.18 despite 2 year warranty & now you are telling that return window closed on 22.7.18 and Prestige personal are telling that it’s Amazon responsebility not mine.It’s Totally fraud to customer on the name of On line warranty certificate.Please do needful & justice to be ensured.Regards,Sushma Tiwari

Don’t buyUpper glass blast surprisingly

WORST PRODUCT – NEVER BUYI had the worst experience of my life with this Gas stove. I bought this 4 months ago on April 2 2018 and started using it in May 2018Today when my wife and mother were cooking in kitchen and my 1 year old baby was nearby playing, the glass top blasted and the glasses were scattered all over in the kitchen.Luckily no one got hurt but this was a major incident and really disappointing with such a brandI launched a complaint with prestige and they said they will send an electrician asap. No one came even in 4 hours and after multiple followups a guy name ‘Amin’ finally came to check. This guy started putting blames on us and said we dont know how to use a gas properly. I dont know how many ways you can use a gas. We were just using all three stoves at same time. If that is not the way then the company should put this on the description. Then the guy when told that he is not right he started misbehaving and arguing in high pitch trying to act oversmart. Obviously he didnt had such incident in his house so i dont expect him to understand but for all of you who are even thinking once to buy this product, please dontI am going to consumer court now as i dont expect any help from prestige anymore but i wish amazon to remove and ban this product from purchase as these things are spoiling their credibility

Price too much high 5525rs. Weghit light 2kg only Big joke corners made plastic. After 2 months see photos .Stove fire touching stove on off button. Worest better go for local stove

All parts delivered as featured.installed easily. Working fine for 3 months now. Better half very happy!! I feel metal Sheet too thin. But then very thing is thinner now-a-days.

I was just open this product for use and got Minor break/crack the product in side cornerAlso product is heating abnormally during folding(not only glass top is heating during use it’s cause full body heating )I was upset with product heating behavior and I have no service center in my areaAlso the invoice of the product is not okI request amazon to send me a GST invoice in my email id.

after 5 to 6 months of use the so called brass burners got dis-shaped, and after that the flame is very heigh on one side and the other side very low. I am not able to find the burners replacement. and flame even on large burners are not as much as required.my experence is not good with this Elica Four Brass Burner (Flexi Brass Hct 470 Dx)

It looks great in mobile but the reality is different. Eventhough it is having two great advantages . One is it’s flexibility it can be used as a conventional Gas stove or hob.And another one is the ignition is operated through two ordinary AAA batteries. After continuous usage for about an hour the glass heats. So, there is chance of breaking of the glass. Cannot be used for continuous cooking.

Dangerous product. When we just started cooking after installing it for the first time, the glass on the cooktop started cracking and popping suddenly by broken glass pieces scattered in all of the kitchen. Luckily we were not hit by the popping glass pieces. And we were not there with our 6 month old baby. Im gonna file case in the consumer court against these guys.
