Received the OneAssist 2 Year Total Protection Plan for Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (WiFi) promptly.Now, begins my hour long challenge with OneAssist in Activating the 2 YearMembership for the purchased OneAssist 2 Year Total Protection Plan for Kindle Paperwhite WiFiRegistration for OneAssist – 2 Year Protection Plan for Kindle Paperwhite is a HUGE hassle.1) The SMS message/package’s back side instructions, have asked me to visit oneassist website with the “Unique Activation code” available in the Shipment and fill out the information in the page for Activation of Membership2) The “Device Invoice Amount” is not allowing me to enter the value of the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite WiFi, insetad it is giving the error message (Ref. Picture) “Mobile Invoice Value should not be greater than 11499″3) At 28.11.2016 3.22 PM placed a customer service call to the number given in the top of the Activation Page “One call to live uninterrupted 0 8080 333 333” There were five individuals who have answered the phone of which one answered right away in Hindi (Note: No professional courtesy of any kind, whatsoever).4) Since then for about 20 minutes, my phone call to (0)8080 333 333 has either been transferred or put on hold or transferred back and forth between sales and Amazon related department.For clarification purposes, as a customer who have paid for the service, I would like to know the following1) Why am I getting error messages such as when I am registering a valid product purchased from Amazon?2) What is the OneAssist’s Customer Service Policy?3) Why Amazon is entertaining such ‘poor’, un-professional services with lack of interest in serving a genuine customer?4) Why am I being transferred back and forth between many customer service representatives?5) If they can afford to keep many people in their telephone service department, who are not ‘informed/trained/educated’ on basic customer service in Phone, can’t they affort to give these customer service plans for free?Looking forward for your proactive feedback in this regard,With frustration & lack of words to express my anguish,Amazon CustomerThe customer service personnel need to be trained properly, to handle the customer’s request.

    Very very upset about this. This is gross violation of personal information. Bought this as part of buying the kindle. On activation screen online, they ask for a whole lot of personal information that amazon /one assist has no right or use for. This is for a product that I have paid for. Disgusting

  13. Decent cover for the over priced Fire stick Voice remote. This is leathery feel and has transparent layer for the buttons and space for Mic.It would have been better if the transparent layer is a bit longer and the bottom end they key spacings are carved exactly inorder to use in dark.It provides a decent protection unlike a traditional remote cover which provided good protection

PLEASE PLEASE N PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT invest in this plan.Invasion of privacy because they ask too much of unnecessary information.Abmiguous claim and information.User interface highly confusing and incomplete.

  15. It’s a good case overall. The plastic covering the remote dial is a bit thick and if your thumb isn’t correctly positioned on the dial you could hit the wrong side of the dial and click on something else. I get it that the plastic is for protection but it hampers the use in some form.

I don’t know how good its service will be as it has not yet activated but what I disliked most is the customer service calls everyday multiple tines and they force you to write comment .very irritating and very bad approach by OneAssist.I will not recommend one Assist to anyone just because of disturbing calls they make to their customers.

I m fan of Korean brand LG n SAMSUNG when it comes to led, they r now market leader n offer best screen resolution. This sanyo match with high end brand when it come to color. Got 2 years extended warranty for 2700 for tv price between 25k to 30kFor voucher activation u hv to download app and on signup page u will see voucher activation.This 2 years extended warranty is not there in their website or app. So its better to purchase this from amazon and activate it via app, punch in details and upload invoice copy

  29. this is a total wastage of money . i got my mac insured under one assist . now i am calling them for a new extended insurance and the customer service is of no use . i have been tossed like a ball from one dept to other and even put on hold for 40 minutes many times but still they havent been able to help me . i can only imagine what people might go through while raising a claim . never expected this sort of response in a customer cenrtic era like this .

  39. My requirement was 1 year extended warranty i.e. after the expiry of manufacturer warranty of 1 year. However I got the call from one Assist customer care more than once, asking for enrollment at the earliest. When I filled the online enrollment form They had asked me to enter invoice date which was 15/10/2017, after that I got message saying my warranty period is from 15Oct17 to 14Oct18. However manufacturer warranty is already there for the same period. So I am not sure about, should we go for this extended warranty, which covers same period of manufacturer warranty. One Assist call center people should give their customers proper instructions about the activation period.

    I wanted to lodge a claim for repair om my my Micromax Tab. Could not ppen its App since26/05/2019, tried its toll free phone , the personnels attending calls , cut off the call after a while.Finally,talked today. I am given a list of documents to be uploaded on their site (which never opens) and complete a few further formalities and then by 15 days they will get the phone attended!Pray God to save us from such ‘solutions’ which desolves online customers

    I have bought this product along with my MSI Gaming laptop package, At the time of activation of warranty on OneAssist, i came to know that MSI laptops are not supported by One Assist and OneAssist team want me to opt for a refund and what mattered the worst was, Even Amazon team want me to opt for refund and they don’t want to provide alternative way to get additional warrantyNow i am left with MSI laptop and just 1-year manufacturer warranty

    Best to go for 2 year warranty, so you will get total 3 years warranty, one year from dell and 2 years from one assistant.

    Hello Amazon. I had taken OneAssist protection for a phone purchased 2-3 years back, and it was a nightmare to deal with them for my very genuine request. They fulfilled it in i think 5-6 months’ time when the promise was for 15 days or max a month as far as I can remember after numerous calls/complaints/escalations I made. Every time they had a (apparently false) story to tell why request was delayed for so long. They never did stick to their words. I really wanted to purchase this service for kindle oasis but knowing it is again OneAssist, I fear having to deal with them again in case I have to.Is there any other good protection/extended warranty service available?I posted multiple posts on their fb page in Nov-Dec 2016; here’s a glimpse:‎Shefali Gupta‎ to One AssistNovember 27, 2016 ·WORST service ever!I couldn’t find an option to give less than one star.One Assist request details:SR: #1604376Relationship No. is: 9102071. Horrible!I’ve bought it for kindle and then returned the kindle so i requested for return of this protection also but as it isn’t a physical order Amazon guy’s told that they don’t have any idea and i have to contact oneassist customer care and i did then those guys told to contact amaz0n customercare and this loop went for a while and finally oneassist guys agreed for refund. I’ve got my refund but it took hella lot of time

    Customer last on their mind. I bought a. new phone and . an . “insurance policy” against damage protection from this. company. What. I received was just a. brochure and. no Activation code.One Assist did not pick up the phone for repairs in spite of giving time.Customer service escalations give templated email responses and could not help. with. activation code.I think it is bad for the reputation of Amazon to have such sellers who instead of providing documentation about policy. and. T&C and signed agreement – do. not. bother to. even. send activation code and just. wish. to. fleece customers.

    I got my phone repaired under insurance but the quality of repair is even worse than the roadside repair shop. Further I have to spend some bucks out of my pocket for it.Waisted my money

    Hello Amazon. I had taken OneAssist protection for a phone purchased 2-3 years back, and it was a nightmare to deal with them for my very genuine request. They fulfilled it in i think 5-6 months’ time when the promise was for 15 days or max a month as far as I can remember after numerous calls/complaints/escalations I made. Every time they had a (apparently false) story to tell why request was delayed for so long. They never did stick to their words. Horrible!I’ve bought it for kindle and then returned the kindle so i requested for return of this protection also but as it isn’t a physical order Amazon guy’s told that they don’t have any idea and i have to contact oneassist customer care and i did then those guys told to contact amaz0n customercare and this loop went for a while and finally oneassist guys agreed for refund. I’ve got my refund but it took hella lot of time

The Protection Plan never got activated and their customer service people were not helpful at all.     I have bought this product along with my MSI Gaming laptop package, At the time of activation of warranty on OneAssist, i came to know that MSI laptops are not supported by One Assist and OneAssist team want me to opt for a refund and what mattered the worst was, Even Amazon team want me to opt for refund and they don’t want to provide alternative way to get additional warrantyNow i am left with MSI laptop and just 1-year manufacturer warranty

    Best to go for 2 year warranty, so you will get total 3 years warranty, one year from dell and 2 years from one assistant.
