One assist is fake company. They never provide any clam. I took their plan twice. Always they deny by stating thier bogus and hidden conditiins. Avoid Oneassit plan for any device. Acko is better.

I had bought one assist TOTALy (zero) PROTECTION plan for my fire tv stick.. My remote wasn’t working so i called them up and to my surprise they said the remote isnt covered in the above policy.. I falled for TOTAL PROTECTION..Besides I feel amazon should BLACKLIST ONE ASSIST from its market place to avoid spillover effects on amazon brand.. I got my device replaced as luckily it was in AMAZON WARRANTY
How Amazon can appoint/sell this type of insurance?When I approached OneAssist for my firestick which is not working they said remote of firestick is not covered, but still I don’t know wether stick is not working or remote is not working.
There should be zero star rating too.Cannot activate online.And customer care is pathetic.Not able to respond even after two days.Returning the product.

However I got the call from one Assist customer care more than once, asking for enrollment at the earliest. When I filled the online enrollment form They had asked me to enter invoice date which was 15/10/2017, after that I got message saying my warranty period is from 15Oct17 to 14Oct18. However manufacturer warranty is already there for the same period. So I am not sure about, should we go for this extended warranty, which covers same period of manufacturer warranty. One Assist call center people should give their customers proper instructions about the activation period.
I wanted to lodge a claim for repair om my my Micromax Tab. Could not ppen its App since26/05/2019, tried its toll free phone , the personnels attending calls , cut off the call after a while.Finally,talked today. I am given a list of documents to be uploaded on their site (which never opens) and complete a few further formalities and then by 15 days they will get the phone attended!Pray God to save us from such ‘solutions’ which desolves online customers

They fulfilled it in i think 5-6 months’ time when the promise was for 15 days or max a month as far as I can remember after numerous calls/complaints/escalations I made. Every time they had a (apparently false) story to tell why request was delayed for so long. They never did stick to their words. i placed the order for my iphone because it clearly states that it is compatible for apple iphone 11. and both times i have recieved a non apple plan and now my date of purchase is mopre than 10 days. both amazon and one assist have been un able to help me .
THE REPAIR AMOUNT IS 2300 Rs and they are asking me to pay 2000 Rs. I mean wtf, there are no laws to protect us from such a cheat company

Their Customer Care number will take a long time to connect and once you go through their IVR (always select 1 for existing customer regardless or it will not connect) 1st person will pick up and transfer to their ‘Amazon Expert’ who I am pretty sure does not exist because they will not pick up and the 1st person will apologize and cut your call.2nd. Their OneAssist App for Android is pathetic to say the least as it gives errors ‘Put invoice amount within device price range’ (see screenshots) when you try to activate (and they do not have a Customer Care Chat which they advertise)3rd. They have 3 different numbers on their website ‘Customer service 1800 123 3330, 0 8080 333 333’ and ‘Product enquiry 1800 266 9930’ but none of the people I spoke to on each of their numbers has any idea of this product existing for Kindle!Please call their numbers and see for yourself.

On activation screen online, they ask for a whole lot of personal information that amazon /one assist has no right or use for. This is for a product that I have paid for. Disgusting
Received the OneAssist 2 Year Total Protection Plan for Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (WiFi) promptly.Now, begins my hour long challenge with OneAssist in Activating the 2 YearMembership for the purchased OneAssist 2 Year Total Protection Plan for Kindle Paperwhite WiFiRegistration for OneAssist – 2 Year Protection Plan for Kindle Paperwhite is a HUGE hassle.1) The SMS message/package’s back side instructions, have asked me to visit oneassist website with the “Unique Activation code” available in the Shipment and fill out the information in the page for Activation of Membership2) The “Device Invoice Amount” is not allowing me to enter the value of the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite WiFi, insetad it is giving the error message (Ref. How Amazon can appoint/sell this type of insurance?When I approached OneAssist for my firestick which is not working they said remote of firestick is not covered, but still I don’t know wether stick is not working or remote is not working.
There should be zero star rating too.Cannot activate online.And customer care is pathetic.Not able to respond even after two days.Returning the product.
i placed the order for my iphone because it clearly states that it is compatible for apple iphone 11. and both times i have recieved a non apple plan and now my date of purchase is mopre than 10 days. both amazon and one assist have been un able to help me .
THE REPAIR AMOUNT IS 2300 Rs and they are asking me to pay 2000 Rs. I mean wtf, there are no laws to protect us from such a cheat company

One assist is fake company. They never provide any clam. I took their plan twice. Always they deny by stating thier bogus and hidden conditiins. Avoid Oneassit plan for any device. Acko is better.

I received was just a. brochure and. no Activation code.One Assist did not pick up the phone for repairs in spite of giving time.Customer service escalations give templated email responses and could not help. with. activation code.I think it is bad for the reputation of Amazon to have such sellers who instead of providing documentation about policy. and. T&C and signed agreement – do. not. bother to. even. send activation code and just. wish. to. fleece customers.
Activation is so lengthy and troublesome and the call centre is same. Hang on for 15 mins but nobody talked. Do not know what will happen if any claim will come on the way. Amazon should not the up with such party.

I had bought one assist TOTALy (zero) PROTECTION plan for my fire tv stick.. My remote wasn’t working so i called them up and to my surprise they said the remote isnt covered in the above policy.. I falled for TOTAL PROTECTION..Besides I feel amazon should BLACKLIST ONE ASSIST from its market place to avoid spillover effects on amazon brand.. I got my device replaced as luckily it was in AMAZON WARRANTY

It’s a fake!! Please be aware. It’s just an printed card to mimicking the original one. MRP written on the same is 999 as well and there is nothing from where you can register the same. Attach is the image of the product.

Not worth the purchase,They send the product without voucher id, which is required to activate the product.

Product registration is a pain and too bureaucratic. I gave up after a few attempts & will try to get a refund. I don’t recommend wasting money on this at all.
