Bought this product but couldn’t yet get it installed. Eureka Forbes probably has the most pathetic after-sales support. Have been trying for 3 days for an installation request. Literally wasted hours on phone talking to the morons. But they lied quite confidently. Definitel don’t buy this product.

The sizing of this Amazon laptop sleeve is totally incorrect. I ordered 15.5inches sleeve for my 15inch laptop and I got this 18inches laptop sleeve, which is way too big. I sent it back for exchange thinking they have dispatched the wrong size. But, even after exchange I got the same piece with exactly same measurements. Which means you have to order 3 inches smaller than the actual laptop size. This sleeve is huge… I can use this as my weekender… Sizing gone wrong totally. Wasted my time.

One of their dealers came and installed it with the installation charge @ Rs 400.After 1 month of usage, it’s not properly functioning, so I messaged may time and finally, I was on the call with customer care and they told me there is visiting charge @Rs 350.The technician came and diagnoses the RO and told me the membrane is damaged, you need to replace this talk with customer care he took the money and left. Again I called the customer care and they told me apart from electronics part there is no warranty on consumable parts which are I am mentioning below# Pre Sediment Filter# Pre Carbon Filter# Ro Membrane# Fr# Uf# Mineral Cartridges Filterabove items are Not Covered Under Warranty. After Installation Every Visit Chargeable @ 350rsApart from this thing only Electonic Motor and Electonic few parts are covered under warranty for 3 months only. BE AWARE@ One Year Warranty On All Electronic Item Offsite One Service Free In After 6Month(All Electronic Item Except Uv Lamp Are Covered Under Warranty) –> major parts are not covered under warranty apart from motor only.@ Repair And Inspection Charges Will Be charged By Executive Whenever He Come For Repair –> if you are providing warranty then why visiting and repairing charges is there?@ RO MEMBRANE IS IMPORTED AND OF BEST QUALITY –> they are mentioning that but it will fail with in 45 days of usage and needs to replace this.I need to purchase membrane from this vendor @ Rs 700 without any warranty.Item is labelled as AMAZON CHOICE and this kind of service I am getting from the vendor which is not acceptable. I had been wanting to buy a kindle for a long time after seeing many of my friends using it and absolutely loving it. The moment I came across the 10th Gen Kindle Paperwhite, I bought it. It’s been around one month since I have been using it and I’m in love with it. Please note, I have charged it only once in last one month (and I pretty much read daily). The battery life is awesome. Easy to carry and has enough space to store all the books that I love. Give it a try if you’re a book lover and don’t mind reading your favorite stories/authors on a digital medium.

Edit- I washed the pouch with mild detergent and let it dry overnight. The smell is gone. And now it is a perfect case for my Kindle Paperwhite 10th genAn acceptable and sturdy product except for the strong pungent smell which I hope will go away after few days. The smell seems to be from the dye that was used to color the fabric.Kindle paperwhite fits perfectly.First I thought of returning it due to the smell but then there are actually no other better options for kindle within this range.Other options either don’t have multiple pockets or are too expensive or are of not good enough quality.The inner and outer fabric seem to be same and are wrapped around a sheet of sponge like material to give cushion. It’s smooth enough to keep the Kindle safe though.I would recommend it if ur not willing to spend more money on something as rudimentary as a pouch for a device and just want basic convenience and protection.

The reading experience with this device is unmatched. If you are an avid reader, then this should be in your backpack. I heard some people tell that when they try to flip the page to the left side with a touch, it actually goes forward instead. Even I face this problem. Looks like a software bug. If you need to flip your page backwards, you may swipe on the left side instead of a touch. This way the pages flip backwards.

However, currently this is the only case that supports auto sleep / wake for the Kindle Oasis 10th Gen and it also has the back magnet.The finishing and detailing is good. The case covers only a portion of the aluminium frame and the screen cover has a nice cushion covered by microfiber to protect the screen and maintain the aesthetics of your premium Kindle Oasis.

The case is padded. Zips are of good quality. The main compartment holds my kindle.The zippered pocket on one side is big enough to fit my iPhone 6s and/or a boarding pass.The two small pockets on the other side are handy for storing earphones in one and a lightning cable in the other.It’s ideal for flights and daily usage with my kindle.

It’s been around one month since I have been using it and I’m in love with it. Please note, I have charged it only once in last one month (and I pretty much read daily). The battery life is awesome. Easy to carry and has enough space to store all the books that I love. Give it a try if you’re a book lover and don’t mind reading your favorite stories/authors on a digital medium.

After using the cover for some, my kindle device started feeling some issue like options are auto selecting. I am not touching the kindle screen but still, the options are auto selecting. This cover has some magnetic stuff. I am thinking that magnetic stuff in cover can impact the device functionality
