I Bought this Earphone on Jun 25 After one month One Side of earphone Stopped working..

Strange but the sound quality is nowhere near 500 to 1000 mark; its way above. Average bass, clear sound and decent build quality is what everyone expects from a average priced earphone and thats what this delivers. Believe me when I say all this because I have used from rs.300 to 3k in ear earphones and have decent understanding of sound and build quality of earphones.The reviews down below where some have mentioned of fake product, it is not, it’s the same as detailed in mi india site.Update:It’s been quite sometime now. I bought 2 pairs some time in September 2018. I still stand by my words as mentioned above. The headphones are now fully burned to give optimum sound. Still my go to pair of headphones as an alternative to full headset.

Well to be honest the audio good but not better than JBL. But if you use equalizer the audio comes out great . The USP i felt of these earphones is that these are very durable , the wire is thick and strong enough and the earpieces are made out of metal which looks and feels strong enough .Well in this price range i have used all the earphones including the JBL C100SI , the Senheiser CX180 , The house of Marley Smile Jamaica even the Boat ones. These arr the best you can get if you want Durability. But if you want better audio quality , go for the JBL ones. I posted because i felt i should share this information as i have used all of the earphones in this price range.Update :7 months and they are still working great . No complaints till now.

I used spotify equalizer and mi equalizer together and the bass was soo deep. the earphones handled it really well. also you can’t hear anything else than the music. the design is just awesome. buy the red one. looks awesome. the quality is just right. right for the price. for this price I’d recommended this. I’m a bass lover. at first I was like ok. but then I’m satisfied now

I have used the cheaper 399 earphones from MI before I misplaced them. I loved those. I decided to get the pricey 699 option. And I don’t regret my decision at all. Let me first qualify – I use this with my OnePlus 6 – yeah the last one which had a headphone jack. I prefer using wired ones for taking long calls. And this is just perfect. Call me old-fashioned. I do own many BT headsets as well (which I love) but the simplicity of a wired headset cannot be beaten.Are there better options out there? Yeah probably yes. Like skullcandy, JBL etc. But I had my reasons for choosing this over others. And this review will list those reasons.What did I like/love:- Overall built quality & finishing is fantastic. I took the Silver over black because the silver polish shows well & contrasts nicely with the black wire. The frosted polish & metal looks classy- The kevlar wire feels very reassuring and casual yanks will not lead to damage- The 3.5mm jack is angled at 90 degrees. This makes it easier to use & the plug isn’t just jutting out once connected- Sound quality of course. This might be subjective to most people. But I found the sound signature neutral by default. However if you have a device which supports EQ, then these can pump out very decent levels of bass. Voice clarity is solid. You will find other customers complaining since by default, these earphones are neutral. But with a bit of adjustment, the neo-dynium drivers are fairly capable.- The inline controls are really nice. Volume up/down and a primary action button for call recieve/cancel. The metal finish around it is also very nice. The buttons are clicky with ample feedback.- Mic picks up voice very well. And it works perfectly on MacBooks.What could have been improved?- Tangle-free cable. It does not tangle as much as other earphones. But it’s not without problems of its own. Occasionally it gets tangled- A clip would have been nice to keep these in place. Especially if you want to use just the right earplug.- The packaging is basic but clean. Not a complaint. But it feels a little less premium.Overall – for 699, it might feel pricey given BT earphones are costing around this price now (cheap entry level ones). But what you get is great quality & durability. In my opinion, these are fantastic & will last a long time. Listening to music is also a pleasure. I am glad I bought these.

Sound quality is awesome but in just 8 days the earphones stopped working

Got this in lightning deal for Rs.379 and for the price this is the best earphone you can buy right now- Everyone have different different taste of sound so will depend on personal preference- The main thing is the sound it is really good and clear , bass is a bit high but it is really good- built quality is also pretty good it is made of plastic and wire quality is very good it is very thick and can easily last for a year and more- I am also using Sennheiser CX 180 but it cost almost 700 and this one is for half the price- Best thing this earphone having 1 year of replacement warranty- Mic performance is good on calls- Wire length is also very good- The best thing is the design it feel really comfortable after 2 hours also- One of my friend is using RHA MA390 earphone and I showed him this earphones he was also very surprised that at this price also you can get really good earphones- The repair process is hassel free as I have changed the earphones for once the courier person visits the registered address and after pickup and successful checkup by boat team they send brand new earphones to same address within 10days which is great 👌Overall awesome purchase in terms of price to performance and sound quality, Go for it without thinking twice 🙂

It works perfectly while listening to music and for movies.->Verdict:- If you are looking for a good earphones and from great company for less than ₹1500 then you can definitely go for this earphones as the audio quality is perfect and the bass is also great in this earphones.Thank you for reading my review.

I gave these earphones a fair chance…Used them for close to 3 days – despite being highly uncomfortable i still used them, thought maybe i am doing something wrong.But NO, the upper part of my ears hurt so much and the right ear actually has a blister now because of these.The volume is also not what you would expect – its low.>> on phone i need to keep it 95-100% to listen to music properly.>> On my laptop its 85%+I am obviously going to return this – BUT i am highly disappointed in the Brand as well.Marshall is a brand thats known for their audio stuff and this earphone is such a disappointment that I am thinking if they even tested it.

One word..its marshall and the name says it all!!

NOTE:@ There are thousands of reviews for this product, but surprisingly there’s hardly any review explaining its performance in long run and comparing this earphones with similar ones available in market.@ I am using these earphones since last one year and in the meantime I also happen to use JBL C100SI and Sennhesiers CX180, so I would be comparing all these 3 earphones in this review.@ You get a ” L ” shaped connector in these earphones, so note that.I am dividing this review in several subtopics directly stating my user experience and stating which is the Best earphone in that subtopic,BUILT QUALITY :——————● boAt – Flat cables which is tangle free in true sense. Metal housing holds up good, but colour sheds off after 5-6 months. Perfect “L” shaped connector which is apt for using with laptops while resting.● JBL – Small round cables, shredding off after 7-8 months of moderate usage. Plastic housing doing great so far.Connector is bent, but not in perfect “L” shape, so its quite pain to use while resting.● Sennheiser – Small round cables, holding up good after 1 year of rough use. Plastic housing has become slick, as rubber coating on it has shredded off. Perfect “L” shaped connector which is apt for using with laptops while resting.●● WINNER- boAt 225 ●●COMFORT :————● boAt – comfortable enough when used while in upright position. These are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE when you use them while resting on couch or bed for watching movies or so. Has very long earphone head.● JBL – Comfortable enough in upright position. Slightly uncomfortable using while resting, as these have offset opening.● Sennheisers – Comfortable in both the position. These are apt for long duration usage.●● WINNER – sennheisers cx180 ●●LOUDNESS :————-CX180 > boAt 225 > JBL CS100SI● boAt – tends to distort above 75% level of volume.● JBL – Crystal clear even at full volume, but has least sound level in all of three.● Sennheisers – tends to distort above 75% level of volume, but has greater sound level of all.●● WINNER – sennheisers cx180 ●●SOUND QUALITY ( Bass, mids & lows ) :———————————————I noticed that all of them have almost same Mids & lows, which are strong & Crisp. But bass levels are different.● boAt – has average bass, I am very disappointed with it, since these earphones are marketed as bassheads.● JBL – has least bass of all, I felt treble is high in these.● Sennheisers – ton of bass and when used proper eartips, its just a treat for bass lovers.●● WINNER – sennheisers cx180 ●●SOUND QUALITY OVER CALL :———————————-● boAt – I noticed in early few months, quality over call was great, but started to deplete after 5-6 months. But its still good, not as good as new. Noise cancellation is good and noticeable by person on other side.● JBL – its quite average and has maintained the quality over a year now.● Sennheisers – their NO microphone, lol :PNOTE: boAt & JBL both’s mics works with android and iOS perfectly.●● WINNER – boAt 225 ●●CUSTOMER CARE :——————–● boAt : 1 Year warranty. Had no issues till date, so didn’t got chance to check it. But some of my friends who ran into issue had mixed experiences.● JBL : 1 Year warranty. Had issue with one ear piece and was replaced within 2 weeks after contacting nearest service center.● Sennheisers : 2 Years warranty. I had 2 of these and one pair stopped working after a year and half, was replaced immediately within a week after contacting nearest service center.NOTE: I first contacted the company via mail with my product details and I was given all the required details for service. I would suggest this to all.●● WINNER : sennheiser cx180 ●●CONNECTIVITY :——————All the earphones have 3.5mm connector and works perfectly with both android and iOS devices.VERDICT :———-I don’t think I need to explain anything else now, since I mentioned all the points of all these earphones. To sum up, I would say boAt 225 are good, if you are going to use the mic alot and not going to use these earphones while resting on couch for watching movies. If you want mic and even want to watch movies resting, then go for JBL CS100SI. But if you want the earphones only for watching the movies and listening to songs like me, then certainly go for Sennheisers cx180.Hope this review helps you make sound decision.

It worked fine for around 1.5 months and thereafter sound from one of the speaker became almost nil.Two more negatives1) Does not contain volume control2) Identifier to distinguish between left and right speaker is not easy to find and read on day to day basis

If you need to listen in clear sound then this one is good. It comes with three earbuds size which your replace and select a comfortable one. I personally like red one which looks good on me.It comes with three button which makes it easy to operate while doing work. It is supported various known devices. While looking at the price it is worth spending.

I have used the cheaper 399 earphones from MI before I misplaced them. I loved those. I decided to get the pricey 699 option. And I don’t regret my decision at all. Let me first qualify – I use this with my OnePlus 6 – yeah the last one which had a headphone jack. I prefer using wired ones for taking long calls. And this is just perfect. Call me old-fashioned. I do own many BT headsets as well (which I love) but the simplicity of a wired headset cannot be beaten.Are there better options out there? Yeah probably yes. Like skullcandy, JBL etc. But I had my reasons for choosing this over others. And this review will list those reasons.What did I like/love:- Overall built quality & finishing is fantastic. I took the Silver over black because the silver polish shows well & contrasts nicely with the black wire. The frosted polish & metal looks classy- The kevlar wire feels very reassuring and casual yanks will not lead to damage- The 3.5mm jack is angled at 90 degrees. This makes it easier to use & the plug isn’t just jutting out once connected- Sound quality of course. This might be subjective to most people. But I found the sound signature neutral by default. However if you have a device which supports EQ, then these can pump out very decent levels of bass. Voice clarity is solid. You will find other customers complaining since by default, these earphones are neutral. But with a bit of adjustment, the neo-dynium drivers are fairly capable.- The inline controls are really nice. Volume up/down and a primary action button for call recieve/cancel. The metal finish around it is also very nice. The buttons are clicky with ample feedback.- Mic picks up voice very well. And it works perfectly on MacBooks.What could have been improved?- Tangle-free cable. It does not tangle as much as other earphones. But it’s not without problems of its own. Occasionally it gets tangled- A clip would have been nice to keep these in place. Especially if you want to use just the right earplug.- The packaging is basic but clean. Not a complaint. But it feels a little less premium.Overall – for 699, it might feel pricey given BT earphones are costing around this price now (cheap entry level ones). But what you get is great quality & durability. In my opinion, these are fantastic & will last a long time. Listening to music is also a pleasure. I am glad I bought these.

But what you get is great quality & durability. In my opinion, these are fantastic & will last a long time. Listening to music is also a pleasure. I am glad I bought these.

Hey you… you a budget buyer? good thing you’re reading this review. I wanna say that this piece here gives you more that what you pay. if you use mi phone you can use the enhancer and add in extra bass. I used spotify equalizer and mi equalizer together and the bass was soo deep. the earphones handled it really well. also you can’t hear anything else than the music. the design is just awesome. buy the red one. looks awesome. the quality is just right. right for the price. for this price I’d recommended this. I’m a bass lover. at first I was like ok. but then I’m satisfied now
