Items received in very good condition with quality packaging. I have gifted it to my mom on the eve of ” Mothers’ Day”. This set of 3 cookware was purchased at INR 1099/- in lightning deal. These items have been manufactured using high quality materials that can withstand rough handling and high temperatures during cooking and washing. I have been looking for such a product which fitted my budget and delivered good service in the long run. Overall the wait was worth it. I am delighted at “Lifelong’s”quality product and Amazon’s fast service.

The coating is solid and has not come off yet. Pretty good for the price. The only issue is there are some dents on the sides of the pans. But not on the cooking sides.

The nonstick coating is of very poor quality. After using it the other day the coating started coming off. The Dosa tawa became red from the centre after heating it on induction and while cleaning discovered lines over quoting. It was in used condition that’s why I was not able to return it. But my money has gone after this purchase. Now it’s no more nonstick it’s just a Kadhai and tava! Please improve on your quality as per price commitment and Brand!

These three products of lifelong are very useful for smooth cooking as these products are nonstick and both induction and gas compatible. And the biggest thing I liked its colour which makes it more stylish and beautiful.The only drawback I found that size of the product should be littlebit large as compare to present.

UPDATE: 4 Jan 19So finally I have received a replacement of the defective jar ! I am not sure if This is the result of my review or their good customer service. It could be both or the review so friends I will suggest to never hesitate to voice your complaintBut at the end of it all I am a satisfied customer since my complaint was resolved. So I am going to add two more stars.This product is between 3 and 3.5 stars, if I consider the price at which it is available in daily lightning deals. I will give 1 star extra for their CC. It is an average quality product but if their customer service is good it is an good option in the budget section.My original review 👇I am writing this review after using the mixer grinder for the past 3 months.At the price it is being offered regularly in lightning deal almost daily, I wasn’t expecting great quality and the set actually looks like a budget category mixer grinder.The grinder is average in build quality.The lids of the jars are medium quality plastic. The rubber seal is below average and has rough unfinished edges. You need to press the lid down while grinding happens or else be ready for some splashes and a painted kitchen 🙄The steel body of the jars has sharp rim and is ok in thickness.The first few times I used it, there was lot of burning smell and I washed and rinsed it many times to get rid of the grease in the rotating blade.The motor is powerful but noisy.I used the wet/ dry grinding jar more frequently and after 3 months some metal part started breaking off and coming into the batter.When two huge pieces of yellowish metal came out and the rotating blade became loose and I couldn’t use the grinder I contacted the customer care.Since there was emphatic assurance of support from the CC i had called up their number and I was told to send a mail to their official email IDThere was a prompt reply and somebody came to inspect the damage.But after that there were two to three calls from their end and they kept enquiring if someone had come.And then I received a mail that my ticket has been closed as my complaint has been resolved.Well, nothing ever was done to correct the problem or replace the unit and the ticket was closed.There has been no response ever since I replied to that mail and requested to open the ticket again and asked for an appropriate action.So friends, the customer care support is just a gimmick and no resolution happens to issues if any.Also, they tempt the customers with an offer for extension of warranty for another 6 months if we give them a five star rating !!The ratings you see here is the result Of this marketing strategy for a below average product.Hope my review is helpful to you.Thanks for reading it.

I seriously thought that I will be able to cook 1.5kg of chicken atleast, or curry for 4 person, but the size is small and will not be sufficient who are planning to cook for 1 time to meet the needs of two times. Disappointed only with the size. Rest, as always, Futura is near perfect. One wooden spatula is included with the package as well.

Kadai is very good 👍👍👍I have already used 2.5l earlier. Now wanted small one. This one is 1.5l.

The Handle damages the black outer paint finish so the pans look battered very early on in their life. Also lighter weight than I would have liked.Easy to lean and very clever idea . Attachment of handle secure.

I am writing this review after two or three months because I didn’t want to comment on the product unless I use it personally. So far I have not seen any issue with the pan. I believe it also depends on how you use it and when you wash it post cooking on it. I have tried to follow the instructions as per the manual and so far haven’t found any problem. The coating has not come out yet which usually is an issue with non-stick frying pans.

Finishing of Joint surface was not done properly. It looks like a local product. Hawkins is a famous brand, but there is no logo on the product. Product photo on the Amazon website clearly show the logo stamp on the Lid as well as on Lid haldle. Unfinished Lid with missing of Logos make it doubtful brand.Purchased again. But this time colour and shape was different, looking ugly. First time bad experience.
