Second time purchasing index tab, First I purchased 5years back @ city centre Mascut,Oman.Which is still working good. This was a regrettable purchase from the start. The LED light didn’t work – and that was the reason I bought this instead of other branded products. The Intex customer service was useless. I’m also sure that it does not hold anything like the stated 11,000 mAh.

The main camera does not work. On asking Amazon for replacement, Amazon is asking me to install an app for debugging. The app caused the phone to reboot, so Amazon asks me to go to Intex dealer and get a letter. What a rotten service.

very bad product, above all no service support, purchased 2 phones in one go, screen of one phone started fluctuating on the 4th day , went to intex service center in janakpuri, they are refusing to do it free of cost under warranty , charging around 1500 rupees to repair the mobile, called amazon even they could not help , they say contact the manufacturer , contacted the manufacturer they say contact the service center
the product is defective. some functions are not working properly. these are very basic functions like sounds. the mobile is automatically going to silent mode, after increasing volume it is not coming back to normal mode. there is issue with sounds. unfortunately this defect is figured out after the usage of 15 days. now return or refund period is over.
Processor is not up to the mark in comparison to other phone in this price but still good product for use .
