I give 2 stars. The tab’s functions are excellent and it looks great. But after 3 months it suddently stopped charging, got the problem fixed in the service center for free but the screen is not properly attached. 47k is not a small number. So 2 stars from me.

if you dont need the stylus, go for the tab s2. Tab s2 is much lighter and sleeker and easy to carry around. if you must must must have the spen, this is your only choice in samsung tablets. the downside is that the pen cannot be inserted in the tablet or automatically attached, so i always fear i am going to misplace it somewhere. i end up keeping the spen separate at home while i travel and that makes me wonder, if i should have just gone for the tab s2. overall, the performance is good, there are no overheating issues, the tablet is heavy and bulky and you would not like to hold it for long duration.a kick stand would be a good investment , which again adds bulk. the screen is just marvelous and if you dont have a sim inserted and watching movies on this, the battery just seems to last and last. i was amazed while i watched my series on a 4 hour flight, the battery just went down by 25% (airplane mode). the Spen does come in with variety of tips (and a tip remover tool) so if you place a tempered glass or screenguard on it, you can change to the hard tip for a more smooth experience. overall. i like it!

Having used generic keyboards including Apple Bluetooth keyboard with the Galaxy tab s3 for over a year, I finally decided to go for this. Despite its somewhat steep price, this is the most compatible cover cum keyboard for the aforementioned tab. If you have the money, this is the best choice.

This is very convenient cover , the tab can be used for watching movies or writing, typing, or painting at ease with the help of the cover. However a S pen holder could be provided for holding the pen. I made it myself.

Purchased the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and got it delivered to me within 30 hours. I have been using iPad since EON and I must say, this tablet doesnt come even near to any of them. But, My review is not going to be biased but purely based on my initial impression as I am writing this after 9 hours of usage.Purchased on 27th June 2019 at 10 AM and Delivered to me (HYDERABAD) on 28th June 2019 around 3 PMAs far I know, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) (Wi-Fi) tablet was launched around February~March 2019 in Europe and not officially launched yet in India. I was surprised to see it listed in Amazon from Appario being the seller and I immediately placed the order online. The tablet comes with a 10.1 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1200×1920 pixels. Not that great or vivid but watching Netflix and Prime Videos on UHD / HD surely gives a nice treat to the eyes. Samsung is not mentioning an IPS screen, it seems to be one. Viewing angles are wide and stable. I also like that the screen is fully laminated, Unlike iPad. Aspects like contrast and color reproduction are good. It is bright enough and I’d say it’s usable outside. It has a 2GB RAM and 32GB memory. I heard that you can insert up to 400GB MMC and if you want, you can move apps to the microSD in the settings as well. (never tried it yet though) The device is on the slower and slightly on the laggy side compared to the iPad (6th Gen) that I currently own but being Android, Its completely understandable. The more you use the device, the smoother it gets as the RAM gets adjusted accordingly.Device doesn’t have any physical buttons on the screen (home button) but on the right side you have a volume rocker, power button and memory card tray. On the top you have a 3.5 mm headphone jack and on the bottom you have dual speakers (For Dolby sound as per Samsung) Sadly, we just get two speakers and they’re placed on the same side. That means you won’t get any kind of stereo separation when watching movies. Samsung is advertising big Dolby Atmos surround sound for big movies. But well, that’s just marketing. Anyways, if you consider how cheap this tablet is, the sound quality is good and a USB Type C charging port makes it future proof. The left side of the device is empty without any buttons. This tablet has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and the 8-megapixel camera on the back take pretty decent photos. Even iPad sucks in photos department of the iPad (6th Gen)I happen to purchase the black color variant and I must say, the metallic back body has a premium feel and look to it. As the device is quiet new to the Indian Market, I couldn’t find a suitable case for this as yet,.It runs on Android 9 (Assuming its Android Pie) and supports Bluetooth version 5.0 with WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.I connected the device to my Alexa and external bluetooth speakers and it works flawless with no laggy-ness in music/sound transfer .I havent tested it for gaming yet. Not that I am a gamer but I am sure it will do a pretty good job considering it has an Exynos 7904 octa-core processor.Well, This is my First Android tablet. So far, So Good. I shall update after 15 days of usage.Update: 14 July 2019 — After Two Weeks of UsageOne thing which “SURPRISED” me the most is the battery life which is too GOOD.Not that I am a heavy user but a full charge and about 4~6 hours of screen on time per day gave me about 3+ days of battery backup.Tablet takes time to charge from 0 to 100% but that doesnt matter. The screen gives out Vivid colors and High Def clarity when you play UHD, HD Videos (Prime, Netflix)Its a little bit on the slower side but that can be ignored.Camera could be better, doesnt impress me much.Over all, I am satisfied with the device. At this price point, This is indeed a good buy if youre looking for a tablet.

Getting back to tablets after some years.. last one I owned was a flawless Nexus 7This is a good tab.. great looks..Android 8 to start off with… Not a lot of preloaded crap apps which can’t be uninstalledSome niggles..1 there is no light sensor.. so auto brightness doesn’t work.. irritating to manually adjust brightness up or down2 I notice some lag.. at times it’s butter smooth.. at times isn’t.. I don’t play games…so can’t comment on gaming performance3 Speakers are nice… but poorly placed on top.. could have been on sides or bottom… Would recommend headphones anyday for any mobile device4 Not too many accessories at the moment… Only ACM brand comes up.. I ended up buying a case and screen guard and promptly returned both …case was of horrible quality, screen guard of a diff designBought a universal case for 10 inch tablets from emartbuy brand.. far far better quality.. just that it’s bigger and not custom fit…as it’s a universal caseAll in all..am not disappointed with the tab..but for 19k would expect a little better performance

Don’t buy this product, it got only 2gb ram, os consumes 1.4 gb ram, left only 400 mb which is not enough to run apps smoothly, and also amazon won’t take back the product. Fully disappointed with product.

This is very convenient cover , the tab can be used for watching movies or writing, typing, or painting at ease with the help of the cover. However a S pen holder could be provided for holding the pen. I made it myself.

Pros:1. The price. For this range, the other options available are too old to soon become expensive photo albums,or not upto the mark.2. The screen, though not amoled, has a crisp feel about it. I think its IPS…nevertheless its more than enough for reading, watching videos and other regular stuff. Though not a top notch screen for first person shooter games, it works just fine for all your other stuff. I’m not a avid gamer,so it doesn’t really matter to me.3. The dual speakers are pretty loud and has more than expected crispness to the audio. There is a con though with the speakers, that I’ll talk about later.4. Near stock android , and not overloaded with changes. So, it has a nice , easy to use , feel to it.5. The metal back and the compact size:screen ratio, makes it look and feel pretty premium .6. It has a nice big battery. Lasts me through the entire day, with casual use, with some to spare.7. 3.5mm Jack. ‘Nuff said.8. No physical buttons. Really makes the tab , look and feel that much better. It has a power and volume buttons on the right..Cons1. 2gb ram, handicaps the device at times. Can’t overload the phone. Can become slow to respond at times.2. Both the speakers are one single side. Seriously?! No stereo separation at all. Can be really annoying at times.3. A fingerprint reader would have been nice.4. The camera is underwhelming..meh!I’ve been using the tab for only a couple of days now. I’ll update the review after 3 months. This was just my initial reactions.

if you dont need the stylus, go for the tab s2. Tab s2 is much lighter and sleeker and easy to carry around. if you must must must have the spen, this is your only choice in samsung tablets. the downside is that the pen cannot be inserted in the tablet or automatically attached, so i always fear i am going to misplace it somewhere. i end up keeping the spen separate at home while i travel and that makes me wonder, if i should have just gone for the tab s2. overall, the performance is good, there are no overheating issues, the tablet is heavy and bulky and you would not like to hold it for long duration.a kick stand would be a good investment , which again adds bulk. the screen is just marvelous and if you dont have a sim inserted and watching movies on this, the battery just seems to last and last. i was amazed while i watched my series on a 4 hour flight, the battery just went down by 25% (airplane mode). the Spen does come in with variety of tips (and a tip remover tool) so if you place a tempered glass or screenguard on it, you can change to the hard tip for a more smooth experience. overall. i like it!

  74. Bought a Samsung Tab S3 from Amazon which was delivered along with the other ordered item (Tempered Glass). Tab was delivered on 10.11.2018 with the return window closing on 21.11.2018.1. The Serial Number on the Invoice was different from the Serial Number displayed in the tab. When I tried to convey this to Amazon the issue would be listed under the Tempered Glass.2. The Return / Replacement window closed on 21.11.2018 and on 25.11.2018 the Tab stopped charging. Now I have a TAB that is NOt Charging.Contacting Amazon. Hoping they would offer a replacement.

This is an outstanding tablet and worth every penny I spend on it. I was lucky enough to get a refurbished 32GB Verizon cellular unit on sale for $399 (insane price!) and have no regrets. Here’s a quick list of Pros and Cons:Pros- Absolutely gorgeous OMLED HDR display (2048 x 1536 resolution; 264 pixels per inch); even better than my iPad Pro’s 10.5 inch DCI-P3 True Color IPS HDR Promotion (120Hz) display, which is something to be said!- OMLED display screen brightness much improved; over 30% brighter than my ‘old’ 2014 Samsung Tab S- Expandable memory (up to 256GB); the total amount of expandable memory may increase with future Android OS updates…- More powerful processor and more RAM vs. the older Tab S2 (and my much older Tab S)- Fantastic sound from the quad-stereo speakers; tuned by AKG (in partnership with Samsung) and you can really hear the difference- Fast charging is really FAST with the right AC adapter (my unit included a fast charger in the box)- S pen included and works flawlessly with the tabletCons- Price of this tablet brand new is just too much ($599); I don’t recommend buying this tablet at full retail; wait for a sale or buy refurbished/used!!- The display’s 4:3 aspect ratio is not ideal for watching most TV shows and movies which now have a 16:9 aspect ratio; because of this you will have to view almost all TV shows and movies in letterbox or zoomed format :(- Doesn’t have a 16:9 aspect ratio display – see above for why this is bad (my opinion)- Hard to find a nice keyboard case; all have nearly identical designs – no clamshell cases yet available (i.e., incipio ClamCase – unfortunately only available for Apple iPads)Other thoughts:1) It is truly mind boggling that not one manufacturer has designed a keyboard clam case (with hinged design) for the Tab S3. For now, you are stuck with only basic case options until some ingenious manufacturer wakes up and starts making the same kind of case designs already available for the iPads :-/2) The OMLED display in itself in my opinion is worth buying this tablet. Watching movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Movies Anywhere, and other media apps is absolutely amazing. Amazing colors, insane contrast ratios that just make everything look better. Even the iPad Pro 10.5 inch doesn’t match this incredible OMLED display. Seeing is believing. Don’t listen to me – go to a Best Buy or other electronics store and test drive the Tab S3 for yourself. Bring whatever tablet you have and compare them side-by-side to see for yourself. You will become a believer!Bottom line: I highly recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a premium tablet for regular media consumption (movies, mobile games, etc.) who either don’t like Apple iPads or already have an Apple iPad and are still looking for something ‘different’. Just try not to pay full price if you have the choice!

Absolutely loving this tablet for pdf viewing, e reading, streaming videos, browsing the net and media software. It’s fun and intuitive. The stylus has a very fine point and even detects before you touch the screen, with a little hovering circle icon that let’s you know where you’re about to touch down. Very accurate. The ram and processor are efficient enough to hop back and forth between about a dozen different pdfs or programs without any noticable slowdown, and I dont get those “fuzzy loading” issues reading large pdfs from external flash like I did with Kindle tablets. Screen quality is crisp and vivid. The battery is very good for a tablet, and it charges quickly with the USB-C fast charger. I mostly use this to juggle Shadowrun, DnD and Pathfinder rulebooks in pdfs, quickly searching keywords for rules lawyers in game and lore errata. Also very fun editing and designing photos and art with the stylus, a few good android based video editing programs, watching Netflix and Hulu on the fly, browsing the web and playing some pretty hardware intensive android games. It’s the first tablet I’ve owned that’s faster than my Galaxy phone. I haven’t even bothered getting a SIM card because the wifi is pretty fast and reliable, and I can always tether that to my cell phone and use my regular plan data in a pinch. (Check your cell settings for mobile hotspot) Overall this has been the best device purchase in a long time. The only negative is that I wish it was easy to shrink the keyboard to make it cellphone sized as the wider spaces throw me off a bit. Easier to type on a 2×3″ square than a 10″ spaced row. But if I want to sit down at a table to type, I can always use a stand and a standard bluetooth keyboard.

  87. I have to first give credit to KLAMP, the sellers, because I had an issue and they were very, very fast at fixing the problem and now I’m good to go.Second, if you are looking for a great tablet for your Phantom 4 Pro, this is it! No problem seeing the screen, I was able to add this tablet to Verizon as an additional line and now my maps auto update with out having to hot-spot my phone. Huge time saver! Also, this tablet fits perfectly in the holder on the remote control. Not enough room if you put a protective case on it, but by itself, it fits.No lag when running Airmap and DJI apps, no video flicker when the drone is far away. I would definitely purchase this again.

  88. Quality is not so good…. After using it for 2 months…. It started cracking at the hinge…..moreover when I try to incline it using support grooves while watching videos…..it keeps on falling flat at the slightest adjustment. And whenever I open it marks can be seen on screen of the support grooves.

  89. perfectly fitted for samsung tab s3.. I opted for black .pricey..should below for the qualityrorating strip very loose. No slot for s pen, should be include..overall quality good…sustified

Don’t buy this product, it got only 2gb ram, os consumes 1.4 gb ram, left only 400 mb which is not enough to run apps smoothly, and also amazon won’t take back the product. Fully disappointed with product.

if you dont need the stylus, go for the tab s2. Tab s2 is much lighter and sleeker and easy to carry around. if you must must must have the spen, this is your only choice in samsung tablets. the downside is that the pen cannot be inserted in the tablet or automatically attached, so i always fear i am going to misplace it somewhere. i end up keeping the spen separate at home while i travel and that makes me wonder, if i should have just gone for the tab s2. overall, the performance is good, there are no overheating issues, the tablet is heavy and bulky and you would not like to hold it for long duration.a kick stand would be a good investment , which again adds bulk. the screen is just marvelous and if you dont have a sim inserted and watching movies on this, the battery just seems to last and last. i was amazed while i watched my series on a 4 hour flight, the battery just went down by 25% (airplane mode). the Spen does come in with variety of tips (and a tip remover tool) so if you place a tempered glass or screenguard on it, you can change to the hard tip for a more smooth experience. overall. i like it!

Before reviewing this device, one should not compare it with iPad. That is of a different league but this is not bad at all either. One may feel the price range is a bit high before buying, but once you get to use it, you’ll definitely feel it’s worth it!PROS1. Excellent Display.2. Battery Life3. Smooth functioning without lags4. In the world where iPad’s have gained dominance because of its great hardware and due to Android’s own incompetence of producing a better tablet OS, Samsung has finally managed to nail this one. With exceptionally great hardware to smooth software integration, Samsung was able to keep this at affordable price.Let’s begin with the Pros of this device as the cons are few to none.1. Display: This is where your most of the money is going in. That large 10.5-inch super AMOLed panel with 16:10 aspect ratio is a treat to your eyes while reading on Kindle or binge watching on Netflix. It has deep blacks, great contrast and accurate color reproduction. For the outdoor people, the tab is very much visible under direct sunlight and can be used without any issues.2. Speakers: With great display, you need greater speakers. And Samsung delivered it. The ever loud quad speaker setup tuned by AKG with Dolby Atmos provides you best portable media consumption combination.3. Design: This is the thinnest tablet or mobile device I ever held in my life. My already slimmest Galaxy S10 feels thick now after using this tab. And with slim profile, the lighter weight makes it easier to hold for long your long Kindle or Netflix sessions.4. Battery: All that great display and loudspeakers need power to run for long sessions. Needless to say, huge 7040mah battery with power efficient processor is the perfect combination you needed, and Samsung delivered it. No complaints here whatsoever. This tab hardly runs out of juice even after deliberate attempts.(01-Aug-19) Note: After 15+ days of vigorous usage, it’s safe to conclude that battery lasts for weeks on standby as idle drain is 0.1% per hour. Results are calculated manually as well as AccuBattery results. Also, the On Screen Usage time is almost 12-13 hrs which is outstanding for such big bright display. Overall exceptionally power efficient.5. Price: This is definitely an affordable tablet considering that ultra-immersive big display along with great speakers and best in class battery. No android tablet or even iPads can compete with these factors at $400 price tag.Neither a Pro nor a Con:Performance: Sure, the device has a mid-range processor to keep that affordable price tag, but the Snapdragon 670 is no slouch in any way. Coupled with 4gb ram and 64gb storage with room to expand it upto 512gb, it’s clear that Samsung’s focus was more on making it media friendly and less as productivity tool.Yes, the tab will suffer occasional stutters with lots of apps opened in background but if you’re an avg consumer you’re good to go. Gaming with realistic expectations is very much possible with medium to high graphics on popular games. Now the Cons, else people will consider this review as biased or paid.1. No headphone jack: A media focussed tablet with no headphone jack is a bummer and can be deal breaker for some. To keep that 5.5” slim profile, Samsung decided to embrace the current market trend and it was a terrible move.2. Not that I can think of any other. You tell me in the comments below. In the already slow-paced tablet industry and almost dead for android, this tablet definitely feels like a superhero risen from ashes to serve the needs of an average consumer at an affordable price.Edit: Purchased the Samsung’s Book Cover Keyboard with it at an offer price of Rs. 3499 (normally sold at Rs. 7999) and it’s totally worth it. Writing this edit portion with the keyboard cover and external mouse attached to it is lot more easy and productive than using on screen keyboard.

Pros:1.

And the camera is decent enough to take photos of written notes as well. Netflix is fine as well. And multitasking is a breeze. But i wont be playing any games so for me 2GB ram is enough. Screen is excellent as well. Amoled is not missed here. And i dont care about fingerprint sensors.
