I bought it to gift my sis-in-laws as return gift of my in-lows 50th marriage anniversary. I made it personalise by contacting the dealer. I got the response quickly. When the first time the product got delivered it had one of it’s main item i.e Thali was missing. I asked for return which I got very hassle-free but second time also it was not up to expectations. The thali was chapped from one corner and had several scribble marks. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I needed it for Diwali and that’s the only reason I am not returning the product as I know it won’t get delivered by Diwali. And after these experiences I am sure I am not going to order anything further as everything is available in the market and as I feel cheated on.
I am a regular customer of Amazon and have never been disappointed any time… I was a bit in doubt initially about ordering this product after reading some of the reviews… But I can safely say that this product was just awesome!! It came packed beautifully… On time and the quality of the product inside was awesome.. I gifted it as a wedding present and have got a very positive feedback from them.. They just loved it… Thank you once again Amazon!!!
