Please don’t buy it.It has only past only one month from purchase.Mop wash spinner is not working properly.It appears to be heavily pressurised which will cause you shoulders to pain. I called up Gala and mailed as my product is in warranty for 6 months but they have not entertained my action.Worst customer Service I have ever seen in my life.Please don’t buy the product instead go for other one. But not Gala.I would appreciate if amazon could help in this problem. Only selling should not the the Moto but customer satisfaction and experience is very vital.
Mop stick became loose after 2 months usage. And no response from gala customer Care, Even with warranty.

Worst quality microfibers… Nd bucket quality was also… Bucket was used already somewhere nd microfibers are got dirty Holi pink colour on it… Just making fool… Bt my other products on Amazon was too good so am giving Amazon 5 star nd this product really don’t deserves a single star also
The mop quality is extremely bad. The mop gets accumulated in the form of a cotton ball when immersed in the bucket of water and does not spread at all while mopping making Cleaning impossible. It’s just a lump of very low quality, light cotton.
Hello beautiful and active people!Since you’re here reading reviews, then most probably you’re doing your house chores by yourselves, just like me. I’ve been using all types of floor cleaning aids during a decade of my housewifing career. Cleaned with steam vacuum, with Scotch-Brite Flat Mop, with self-squeeze cotton mop stick etc… Recently I’ve decided to order GTC set as my GALA bucket broke down after 1.5 year of extensive use. Before Gala I had foot pedal spinning bucket , which served me only 1 year. however I have feeling that this one will serve me even less (( let me tell you what ANNOYS me about GTC 360:1. white plastic rim around spinner keeps coming off almost each spin (thinking to melt and reshape plastic clips on entire perimeter with a help of a candle )2. holding part of the stick is too big/fat for my hands, unlike GALA stick (pls, I am NOT ADVERTISING GALA brand!)3. plastic parts of the stick is very weak, I can’t apply pressure while mopping – it slightly bends unlike other brands (compare pic attached. the top one is GTC stick holder)4. mop refills become terribly thin after you wet them (buy ordinary refill from market – they are available, better quality & thicker )5. wastage of money, energy, time and nerveswhat SATISFIES me:1. the size of the bucket only (taller than the ones I used)Verdict: Pay additional money and get better mopping set.oh one more thing: try not to get paranoid rubbing your floors, remember NOTHING IS PERFECT )) take it rather as an exercise and enjoy your clean floors !
I bought this product the second time … The first one was working very well and my second purchase also met my expectations to the fullest. A must buy product for the families living in big houses as it really lessens down the work load of every morning. 👌👌
Not very good. Very light weight. Plastic of bucket is thin and handle is also lightweight. Working is just O K. Seems not very durable. No extra mops with this. It is imported item from China not made in India. As I purchased in sale for Rs 799 so not bad considering price.

I purchased Scotch – brite twin bucket spin plastic mop 2-3 months back and I’m using it … I got a twin bucket and two refills the plastic is good ,, mop has very fine cottony threads ,, and spin also working good … ButBucket doesn’t have wheels n it doesn’t have outlet drain these two are odds for this but at this price you can’t expect all these facilities 😔 overall I would recommend it for young people (20-35age)cause you have to lift the bucket every time 👍

The cheapest and best in quality Mop available On Amazon.inI had delivered a baby girl 6 months ago and it was a C sec delivery.We live in a government quarter’s and family is in paternal village.Thus no one was there to help and no maid was available.I was told to use a long stick Mop for cleaning and not to sit and clean floors. Like we all are used to clean our houses.It is in tradition.At first I thought wiping with a mop might not give that much cleanliness that a manual one gives.Still I had to try a Mop so after surfing many mops on different sites.I got on Amazon and this mop by Smile Mom.The brand name actually conquered.I bought this in December. And writing review in February.After using it for 2 months.1. It even cleans better than manual cleaning.2. Can clean under bed, sofa, table fridge and other furniture without moving them.3. Uses less water. Manual cleaning consumes more water.4. No Backache. You don’t have to bend yourself that much. Just stand and use.5.No need to wet your hands. I used it in winters. And in winters we all get a bit uncomfortable to wet hands every now and then.6.Anyone can use it. I bought this product a few days back for my mom as she was suffering from back pain, so it was difficult for her to bend. Due to flexibility of mop it was easy to get to the corners. It can be use on any surface like marble, laminate, hardwood for cleaning. While using there is no strain on Back and Arms.

Handle is too bad quality it stops spinning after 1 month only and this is my second mop from gala ☹️
The new handle is quite stiff… So when I have to rinse the mop, I need to put in a lot of force to push it down… So by the time I rinse it, say 3 times, my arm starts to pain… The basic Gala spin mop bucket also has a design problem… The white agitator head/plate becomes weak with time… So rinsing becomes difficult as the mop head keeps slipping from the agitator plate… So, this problem plus the new handle being stiff – is making my Gala spin mop bucket experience a really bad one nowadays… I think newer models of Gala spin mop bucket- like the Gala Rhino or the Gala Aqua do not have the agitator plate…they just have the agitator rod at the base of the bucket…this should eliminate the problem of the mop head slipping off the agitator head…. Also, other brands like Prestige, Scotch Brite etc also do not have agitator plates, may be for the same reason…

It is good only for few days. After everyday use, approx 30 days , the spinner broke and then the mop handle.I thought it’s a good product because it was branded and few reviews were good.But it is very bad. Please don’t buy. No warranty is available for exchange or repair

Ordered green colour but received blue which is a very minor thing not a big deal…I’ve purchased this product earlier also on 2017 and it was very useful for me as I would use it to mop floors when my maid took leave I.e atleast 3 to 4 days a month…floor gets cleaned well…since I dint use regularly it lasted so much time but now rod got stuck up and not rotating…parts got rusted also…its ok for the price as its reasonably priced compared to other brands…quality ok…bucket could have been fitted with wheels that would have made more comfortable to use.. overall an alright product for occasional use if not using extensively…have ordered same product again hope it turns out good. Will update as and when I use it…

I got it for 2000rs earlier and now i bought this for 500rs.. as price z low, d quality z acc to that only.. if it works for 1yr properly it’l b enough.The main difference z tht the mop dsnt rotate in the bucket water, only in the spinner it works.

I would like to give feedback 4 or more but for two reasons, I gave 31. It seems one small piece which holds the mop upright when not in use is missing. There is some protruding shape in the bucket for the same but does not hold the rod upright2. The rod spin and release is by rotating the middle portion which is a tedious thing causing inconvenience to do it frequently for repeated rinse and squeeze of the mop. A simple Clip up & down facility should have been very handy

Ordered green colour but received blue which is a very minor thing not a big deal…I’ve purchased this product earlier also on 2017 and it was very useful for me as I would use it to mop floors when my maid took leave I.e atleast 3 to 4 days a month…floor gets cleaned well…since I dint use regularly it lasted so much time but now rod got stuck up and not rotating…parts got rusted also…its ok for the price as its reasonably priced compared to other brands…quality ok…bucket could have been fitted with wheels that would have made more comfortable to use.. overall an alright product for occasional use if not using extensively…have ordered same product again hope it turns out good. Will update as and when I use it…

I got it for 2000rs earlier and now i bought this for 500rs.. as price z low, d quality z acc to that only.. if it works for 1yr properly it’l b enough.The main difference z tht the mop dsnt rotate in the bucket water, only in the spinner it works.

Extremely frustrated. I ordered thos mop set twice but both the time got defective product. Bucket is leaking continuesly. Other item seems to be fine but bucket is terrible, also notice the for second order replacement and on top of it, when we recieved replacement, delivered product was used as it was wet when we unboxed.
Product is OK when compared to prestige brand which is really good. The plastic quality is not as good as prestige. Also the mop stick is not as strong as prestige brand. NOTE: I HAVE BEEN USING PRESTIGE FOR MORE THAN 1YEAR AND THAT’S WHY COMPARING THIS BRAND WITH PRESTIGE.

After first use the spinning stopped. In simple words it’s not working. Also there is no such option to open the spinner inside the bucket. It’s not moving. So it’s a waste of money.
Mop when we put in water side and try to rotate it, it do not rotate properly ( mop gets free and loose and do not rotate to clean it properly in blue side of bucket in water side) But it works fine when we try to squeeze in white side of bucket. Hence please either refund my money or replace it so that mop can rotate properly on water side of bucket.

I would like to give feedback 4 or more but for two reasons, I gave 31. It seems one small piece which holds the mop upright when not in use is missing. There is some protruding shape in the bucket for the same but does not hold the rod upright2. The rod spin and release is by rotating the middle portion which is a tedious thing causing inconvenience to do it frequently for repeated rinse and squeeze of the mop. A simple Clip up & down facility should have been very handy

Usually the Amazon brand Products offer great value for money. Good quality product at reasonable price. But this one did not meet my expectations. The package says weight 2.5 kg but it was 1.8 kg. The plastic was cheap so are the mop. Not a good buy.

I have in last 10 months purchased pelethora of Spin Mops from Amazon ( Right from scrotch Brite to many). As I have pets at home, there has to regular cleaning of floors of rooms at least 3 times a day. All product purchased went in for rigorous test and most of them just couldn’t go beyond certain period ( almost all had problem with the Mop Rod which gets jammed after few weeks and months).Bathla beats them all in quality. Be it size of the Micro cloth attached to the Mop Head or the rod hydraulic system. Top class quality product. Hence 5 out of 5.
The packaging is very neat. The product is been carefully packed to avoid any damage during transit. Easy instructions which takes less than a minute to use. The Bright colour is indeed very attractive. Most importantly the maid is the most happy person. Easy of use and handling of the bucket is made easy with wheels and a convenient handle to move it around. What used to take the maid to clean the entire house was 45 minutes before, and now with Bathla Ultra Clean, it is reduced by 1/3rd. Plus the floors are much more cleaner. Bathla has really worked hard on the design keeping in mind the Indian conditions and challenges thereof. Superb Product. Must for every Indian Household to fulfil the “Swachh Bharat” mission in the true sense.

Mop and microfiber head are of different size , you need to use lots of force and trick to fir them together. In end it is value for money

Before using: The bucket looks too old with lot of dirt and scratches. The bottom has holes provided for wheels but no wheels were provided. There is no hole for water outlet. We bought this product on 2 March 2020, we barely used maybe three to five times.The spinning motion of mop is good, however, the design of the mop lock is not good, it very tight and plastic is very poor quality, it can break very easily. Mop lock needs to be improved and also very hard to make 360- degree rotation.

Mop stick which is of two part. You joint those two and mop disk to complete the mop.Quality:The plastic is weak and thin but not necessarily of bad quality. You might break it if you drop water filled bucket from height. The wheels are almost useless since they’re very small. Mop heads are of good quality. Also the mop stick is of good quality.Ease of use:It’s very easy to use. Bucket is ready out of the box. You joint two mop stick parts and mop head to it and you’re good to go. Worst Product. Locking system of its rod is very poor. While cleaning it unlocks automatically and the part of its rod gets separated again & again.
