Product was delivered on time with a fully assembled cycle.From the beginning the chain comes out frequently. Had to go to a cycle mechanic & spent another Rs.600/- for repair.The braking mechanism is not so good. It gets loose even if you service it.Last but not the least, similar type of cycle you can get it for 5k to 6k through online.
Nice Product, I get satisfied on buy this model of Hercules cycle, care must be taken on package because I want to say one wheel cover was damaged during transportation. Over all good.

Cycle was not neatly packed due to which there were many scratches and dents in frame and stickers were torn. It was soo difficult to assemble by cycle mechanic especially brakes. I had to change the brake to old model. The model is good but quality of cycle could have been better for the price taken.
