It looks the same as cheaper ones but i couldn’t trust the cheaper ones with my camera worth 35k hence bought this. Used it while riding, jumping, as a tripod and also underwater. No issues encountered. Using it as a tripod you will have to make sure it is properly balanced as it will be heavy at the top and high wind speed can easily make it fall (dont risk this on any wall where it may go down and never come back). The safety lock is also good so you dont accidently chp your fingers off setting the camera to its journey to the ground. Overall you wont regret buying it. (I had those selfie stick types ones but those used to rotate the camera when they encountered jerks and this one solved that issue of mine. If you dont have such issue and wont be doing any activity then save your money and buy cheaper ones)

After reading loats of reviews i thought of buying this product for my hero go pro 5 ,but this product is not even of 1star .first of all the back screen guard does not even fit the screen properly and the condition is same for the front lens.After the screen guard my gopro touch sensitivity has been down by 80 percent 😖It may fit other action camera but a complete NO NO for grp so don’t buy this product👎👎

GoPro produces the best image and video quality of all action camera’s out there.If you are interested in this camera, it is important to know that regular class 10 SD cards that works with smartphone is not enough. GoPro needs high quality SD cards and only few models on SD cards work with Hero 7 Black.You can see list of compatible SD cards on official gopro site.If you use any other SD cards, recording will be terrible and the camera will heat up and freezeThe new HyperSmooth stabilisation is amazing. The shakes are very minimal and when I recorded running while holding it easy on my hand, the footage produced was very smooth and rich.The TimeWarp feature is amazing, it is something that no other hardware in the market can do at the moment. You can make easy hyperlapse right within the camera. No need for extra editing softwares.It is also perfect for slow motion. You can record at upto 240 fps.Waterproofing also works good.Only con I find is that is battery life is around 1 – 1.5 hrs. Stupendous product minus battery life and over heats on using

The GoPro hero 7 black is awesome. I still have my old GoPro hero 4+ and this was primarily an upgrade. Great camera and with this kit you really don’t need anything else. The 3 way grip is very practical and useful and the chesty mount is also impeccable. Quality is excellent but the footage in low light is very poor. I would suggest loooking at the video reviews on YouTube to know how you can get the best out of this camera and the additional kit. The 3 way grip has a few pleasant surprises. Battery life is not great but was sufficient for my usage. I would suggest buying an extra battery and charger for those long days that you are out with no charging points. This is best for video footage during the day and not so sure about the pictures as such. Your phone camera will deliver better still pics. The time lapse is another very interesting feature. And with so many settings to play with the videos can look amazing. But the most commendable part of the whole camera is the new image stabilisation. It is awesome and makes your videos look so much better no matter how badly the mount or your hands shake. Truly worth buying the camera just for that!

The other problem was the charging point cover came out every time I charged it and then it became lose. Now my cameras screen has blanked out because of so,e water leakage.

Just ordered this right before leaving on my trip to Bali, while it worked just fine for the first 2 days and even helped me film footage of river Rafting.The Lens protector built into the camera broke, not while going through any activity but when I was filming with it on the streets using a handheld tripod attachment, couldn’t find any replacement protectors, the hero7 black protector won’t work on the 7 silver and now I’m stuck with a camera that can’t do underwater recording might have to rent one for scuba diving tomorrow, isn’t being rugged and hardcore the whole point of go pro’s !? What the actual Frick ?!Also experienced too many firmware crashes while using it, the camera would just freeze and not respond unless you restarted it.While the shots and videos are great, it’s a useless little gray brick that cost me 20k for 2 days worth of use 😑I’m gonna be so mad if this isn’t replaced or I receive a full refund on the product soon as I’m back from the trip.

Picture Quality and Video quality is excellent. 4K videos are crisp. Battery life is pretty good too. I was on budget hence went for Silver, its a value for money product. Didn’t wanted to spend 30k plus on a action camera. GP7 Silver video stabilization is above average not as great as Black !, however it meets my needs as i use the cam for my personal trips. If you have that extra 10k you can go for GP7 Black if you want that hypersmooth stabilization.

I am very happy to use this wonderful action cam.Handy and having good option to capture best moments of ur lyf. The Quick app is amazing to edit video for publishing in a short period of tym. The only problem i am facing while using this cam that it hangs sum tym when taking it out while using inside the water.Its small stick and cover i am not finding worth money wise.As i purchased on combo and offer so i also found sumwhr not worth of it. Otherwise its a wonderful camera. Be a hero and enjoy 👍😊

I got the Hero 7 Black and used it to record 4k Video at 60 fps (that why I purchased this gopro) and it heats very badly uncomfortable to hold like. I just recorded a 2 minute video and the return window is closed. The whole idea of me to purchase the Hero 7 Black is to record videos on 4k at 60fps. The videos in you tube promotes the product with people using the camera for surfing, biking , i am sure they are recroding 4k videos for more than 2 minutes, may be one has to use it under water to keep it cool . Major wrong decision by me of buying a gopro 7 black and have invested in so many accessories for the go pro from Amazon now. I should have stuck to my Sony alpha .really disaapointed when you purchase something so expensive and it does not perform as advertised.

Night lowlights image quality is fine within the city because of street lights otherwise image can be hazey.Battery life sucks. But it is possible to power it directly.Image stabilization is class leading. I would turn it off if and when I’ve mount it on a motorcycle helmet for better image quality.Accessories from third parties saves a lot of bucks for the same usability.No con other than battery life and overly expensive accessories by the manufacturer.

Camera is excellent.Image capture is much good.Hyper smooth stabilization does a grate job.Cons:Battery can last up to only 1hr 10 mins.Video lag while playing recorded pan shot on system, hope GoPro will fix this in the very next firmware update (verified the video lag on 3 different systems with good graphics capacity)No memory card with it for Indian sellers as GoPro official site giving memory card with it.

I don’t need to write a review on the product. We all know how a GoPro camera works. Hero 7 Black is no exception to that. Killer product with really good features.But what disappointed me was the packaging. The mount on which go pro was mounted on top of the box was broken and my goPro was running inside the box. Otherwise I would have rated this product 4.5 out of 5.Thanks,

More than what i had expected from the performance of the camera. I really like. I have one complain though, i received an unopened box but the go pro mount plate on which it stands inside the box was broken while shipping and I’m still very sceptical of its wellbeing. however it is working well and smoothly. Just ordered this right before leaving on my trip to Bali, while it worked just fine for the first 2 days and even helped me film footage of river Rafting.The Lens protector built into the camera broke, not while going through any activity but when I was filming with it on the streets using a handheld tripod attachment, couldn’t find any replacement protectors, the hero7 black protector won’t work on the 7 silver and now I’m stuck with a camera that can’t do underwater recording might have to rent one for scuba diving tomorrow, isn’t being rugged and hardcore the whole point of go pro’s !? What the actual Frick ?!Also experienced too many firmware crashes while using it, the camera would just freeze and not respond unless you restarted it.While the shots and videos are great, it’s a useless little gray brick that cost me 20k for 2 days worth of use 😑I’m gonna be so mad if this isn’t replaced or I receive a full refund on the product soon as I’m back from the trip.

Picture Quality and Video quality is excellent. 4K videos are crisp. Battery life is pretty good too. I was on budget hence went for Silver, its a value for money product. Didn’t wanted to spend 30k plus on a action camera. GP7 Silver video stabilization is above average not as great as Black !, however it meets my needs as i use the cam for my personal trips. If you have that extra 10k you can go for GP7 Black if you want that hypersmooth stabilization.
