Very poor quality of rod. Within 15 days of use the 3 separation points in the rod got loosen up and can’t be tighten. Whenever I try to use it, the mop is getting detached from the rod automatically. And it can’t be fixed.

Good replacement rod. Saves you from buying the whole mop again. The original mop’s locking switch is not that long lasting so one would really need this part in future. A little fade mark was there in the item I received but nothing major. Would recommend and buy again if required.

Spring goes off easily. However you use or follow instructions to use. Pros -Good build quality.Easy to operate.Cleaning is perfect.Wheels to roll on floor. Extra handle to pull it.Cons -Overpriced.Carrying handle is bad. Balancing with full bucket is a problem.Pulling handle is too low.Changing the mop is slightly difficult. Feels like it will crack.Verdict -You can avoid this and go for Milton one at low price.

 I purchased Scotch – brite twin bucket spin plastic mop 2-3 months back and I’m using it … I got a twin bucket and two refills the plastic is good ,, mop has very fine cottony threads ,, and spin also working good … ButBucket doesn’t have wheels n it doesn’t have outlet drain these two are odds for this but at this price you can’t expect all these facilities 😔 overall I would recommend it for young people (20-35age)cause you have to lift the bucket every time 👍

 I brought this innovative product which occupy less space and the product is from 3M, a trusted brand. Initially it was working good, but on a longer run we had the below practical problems.1. The round refill mop fitting mechanism is not strong, the locking pins break which makes it useless .2. The dirt is accumulated at the bottom of the bucket and it is not possible to take it out. The assembly is fixed and non removable making your hand unreachable to the bottom of the surface.3. Finally, after few months of usage the mechanism fails and the spinner will not come up thus putting an end to its life.Don’t waste money on this product…

The new handle is quite stiff… So when I have to rinse the mop, I need to put in a lot of force to push it down… So by the time I rinse it, say 3 times, my arm starts to pain… The basic Gala spin mop bucket also has a design problem… The white agitator head/plate becomes weak with time… So rinsing becomes difficult as the mop head keeps slipping from the agitator plate… So, this problem plus the new handle being stiff – is making my Gala spin mop bucket experience a really bad one nowadays… I think newer models of Gala spin mop bucket- like the Gala Rhino or the Gala Aqua do not have the agitator plate…they just have the agitator rod at the base of the bucket…this should eliminate the problem of the mop head slipping off the agitator head…. Also, other brands like Prestige, Scotch Brite etc also do not have agitator plates, may be for the same reason…

We received the product intact and it was delivered on time in February 2018. The quality and built is better than Gala. Firmer and steady. Living in a large Bungalow with a Battalion of household help, it continues to remain intact and function. Of course experiences differ and therefore every purchase is a Gamble. 🙂 :-)Refill mops are wee bit expensive @ 400, but its worth changing them every month, depending upon the wear and tear. Refills are easily available on Amazon. For the driveways & external staircases: it’s best to stick to the old fashioned mops wrapped around a Wiper.From experience we’ve discovered, that with constant use (twice a day), the bearings have started giving trouble (after 6 months). A Change is needed. Every man made element has a life span. 🙂 :-)Please keep in mind experience differ.

It is good only for few days. After everyday use, approx 30 days , the spinner broke and then the mop handle.I thought it’s a good product because it was branded and few reviews were good.But it is very bad. Please don’t buy. No warranty is available for exchange or repair

Mop stick became loose after 2 months usage. And no response from gala customer Care, Even with warranty.

I bought this stick on Feb 09, 2020 and it broke already. The system is not giving me an option to return as well. Worst product!

We bought it during lightning deal so we got it a bit cheaper than usual buy but still worth every penny! My mom and dad also conveniently use it for daily household cleaning. You can go for it without further thinking. The cheaper ones wear out in a yr and you will have to rebuy them better to go for a bit expensive one which is worth the money and lasts longer.

There is colour difference between new one and old one, old one was dark blue as mentioned in the Amazon display and new one is sky blue as shown in my snapshot also twisted the stick in locking position, packing was broken already no sealed pack. Considering above all i doubt about the product’s originality.

Mop’s handle gets broken easily at it’s joint. already bought twice and had the same issue. I think this defect is purposefully introduced to increase their sale. Also this model doesn’t have wheels on it.

The new handle is quite stiff… So when I have to rinse the mop, I need to put in a lot of force to push it down… So by the time I rinse it, say 3 times, my arm starts to pain… The basic Gala spin mop bucket also has a design problem… The white agitator head/plate becomes weak with time… So rinsing becomes difficult as the mop head keeps slipping from the agitator plate… So, this problem plus the new handle being stiff – is making my Gala spin mop bucket experience a really bad one nowadays… I think newer models of Gala spin mop bucket- like the Gala Rhino or the Gala Aqua do not have the agitator plate…they just have the agitator rod at the base of the bucket…this should eliminate the problem of the mop head slipping off the agitator head…. Also, other brands like Prestige, Scotch Brite etc also do not have agitator plates, may be for the same reason…

We have been using this mop for a year now and it still works like new. The product reached in perfect packaging and great condition. No wear and tear even after 1 yr use. We bought it during lightning deal so we got it a bit cheaper than usual buy but still worth every penny! My mom and dad also conveniently use it for daily household cleaning. You can go for it without further thinking. The cheaper ones wear out in a yr and you will have to rebuy them better to go for a bit expensive one which is worth the money and lasts longer.

There is colour difference between new one and old one, old one was dark blue as mentioned in the Amazon display and new one is sky blue as shown in my snapshot also twisted the stick in locking position, packing was broken already no sealed pack. Considering above all i doubt about the product’s originality.

Mop’s handle gets broken easily at it’s joint. already bought twice and had the same issue. I think this defect is purposefully introduced to increase their sale. Also this model doesn’t have wheels on it.

Mop stick became loose after 2 months usage. And no response from gala customer Care, Even with warranty.

The quality of the product is very poor. I was under the impression that the product is of original Gala manufacturer. It should have been mentioned clearly that it is not a original Gala product. Regarding quality of product is very poor, not sure how long it will last, it’s made up of very thin pipe and delicate the handle on day to day usage.
