Sound quality is really awesome. But there is sound lag while playing a video. Didn’t expect this from bose.

Bose is boss.Good ones ,best sound ever heard in ear pods. Good noise cancellation. .The ones delivered to me had a defect, the left one discharged in 30-40 mins only even after full charging.I have send it back for replacement, and I am waiting for the new ones, hope this time I receive a product with no flaws.

First off the sound quality is great. But then why only 2 stars? Inspite of saying it’s a wireless speaker integrated with Alexa, if you open Amazon music or even Google play music app or any other music player you cannot cast music to the Bose soundbar 500. (You can obviously connect your phone to the soundbar via Bluetooth to play music from your phone, but any Bluetooth speaker can do that, what’s the point in having a WiFi speaker?) If your just going to use it as a speaker for your TV then buy this product, else look for something else until Bose brings in connectivity options.

Can hardly fill medium size drawing room. Battery backup is around 6 hrs.USB Cable would have been better.Volume and other indicators would have been useful. Needs a lot of work on Bluetooth, Syncing, Updates and level of loudness.

Bit expensive, but worth it.no problem o f disconnection. No pain in the ear.absolute melody.fits perfectly doesn’t fall of the ear unless u take it out from your own hands or you get robbed while jogging on the trail !!!!! Pun intended!!

I have been again asked to send it back to the gurgaon repair centre . In addition i will bear the cost of courier + repair charges.5. MAJOR DISADVANTAGES OF BOSE (a) They do not have customer support like other companies. (b) They have most unprofessional customer support. Writing this review after 2 weeks of use:Lemme say , the technology has improved over years just like smartphones, I guess. My list of pros and cons:Pros:1. Sound: This time, Bose did tweak the volume EQ a lot. You can hear tracks from various genres, with the right flavour you want. For instance, these wireless earphones will adapt to each song, no need to set your own eq, or raise the volume to listen to your piano or any favorite part of a track.2. Volume: one thing I dislike about noise isolation or other wireless headphones is volume. It varies with Android and iOS. Even calls. Clarity is so good, I now keep the volume around 60 percent, as compared to jabra elite.3. Connectivity: It pairs before you prompt your Bluetooth. No need to scan devices , which is so cumbersome.Cons:1. Weight: a bit on the heavier side. You may feel fatigue around earlobes, which is not seen in jabra or jaybird. Maybe, the main earpiece is heavy. Also hangs around the ear a lot. Looks ugly!2. App: No use of bose connect app.3. Sound cancellation: None. Not even isolation.4. Charging: would have loved a case, rather than cable.

I had bought this product to pair it with my existing Speaker. Never expected BOSE to make such a product . Following is the list of issues :Cant pair the speaker with Bose App downloaded on IphoneWhen Manually paired, the bluetooth disconnects automatically when volume is increased.Pairing disconnects when the distance is more than 5 feet.Cant play in Stereo mode

Pro: Sounds really good at whatever level of loud it can play.Looks sleek. Easy to carry around.Con: You pay primarily for Bose brand. Quality doesn’t justify the price. The difference in sound quality between this and other brand of lesser price is hardly distinguishable for common folks.Volume level has decreased just in three months. Can hardly fill medium size drawing room. Battery backup is around 6 hrs.USB Cable would have been better.Volume and other indicators would have been useful. Needs a lot of work on Bluetooth, Syncing, Updates and level of loudness.

The sound quality is pretty good but there are issues in bluetooth connectivity. I have been using this product for a while now. Initially there were no problems but after a couple of months, it developed connectivity issues. I have been using iphone 6s, Samsung S8 and One plus 3 and i have to try multiple times before either of these device connects with the speaker. Disappointed!!!

I had taken this as a possible upgrade to the Bose soundlink 3 , but after using it for a day , I found that the sound quality on the SL3 Was better than this . Bose is promoting this as a revolve 360 degree sound provider as compared to the forward shooting sound of the sl3 , but the audio output is laughable compared to the previous version. The sound gets dissipated in all directions rather than focused in one area. I’d prefer getting the older version if u want higher quality sound and audio output

I love this speaker for its size and sound quality.The price is a little high but the sound quality justifies it.The speaker is perfect for small room quite songs listening not for too loud party.It is so small that you can even fit in your pocket.I used to buy products from boat & Jbl so I was confused to buy this speaker from new brand or not.I completely satisfied from my decision. I would give a Thumbs Up!
