I would like to share the pros and cons of this wonderchef nutriblend product. It is compact, convenient to pickup and store and blends and grinds well under certain conditions but the problem is product is toooooo delicate, so It is way better to buy a mixie, as this product is far too expensive for its quality of operation. Initially I was very happy with product and it’s quick grinding, but in just six months it stopped performing so well which is a huge disappointment.The problems are1. We can run it for only one minute at a stretch followed by a 3minute rest so it gets tiresome, and there is no independent switch on the product so you need to off the main switch and on. And if you need to add water in between you need to stop, open the jar and pour which again unlike a mixie is inconvenient.2. The blender blade after six months started leaking with black liquid leaking from the jar, drop of which are shown in picture3. No email complaints were addressed. Customer support had to be called thrice before they send their technician.4. The warranty is only for the motor, so though the problem was with the washer, I had to pay 150rs for change in washer, I have got mixie washer replaced for lessSo my suggestion for those who would like to buy this product are1.for light use and for very lesss quantity grinding2. do make sure you never overload it actually better to keep it even less than the max mark3. Follow instructions of 1 minute grind and rest 3minutes and wait few seconds after it stops before you remove the jar. And ensure jar is closed right before you put it on the motor. 1 week ago i had purchase same product with 2 jar, and result was superb , jar quality, plastic was so tough and i was really impressed and very happy. so i booked this product with 3 jars and yeasterday got delivered and found cheated. the quality of jar is really cheap, if u fall he jar by mistake i m sure it will be break. in my 2 jar product on blades there is (blend) and (grind) written which is absant in this blades.i m sure this 3 jar product is duplicate. wondershef kindly look into this mal practice hapenning at seller side, this ruin your brand. and i m planning to return this.

Just received the product.Looks like it’s used. There are scratches on the jars. The box was not sealed. It was open inside.Returning the product.Disappointed!

Hello All ,The only reason i bought this product was for making my protein shake (which is just protein , banana and few other things so there was nothing that was too strong or hard for blender) .Now only after use of 6 months or so (as i was not in the country for few months and not using it at allI see following issues :1. I see smoke coming out from the blender (with smell of rubber and motor )2. Power button is stuck and doesnt work3. My protein shake get spilled to the motor while blendingHowever customer care of whip sip was being good and I was being contacted by them . They mentioned that the product holds warranty for 1 year and 3 months and they will get me the replacement in 2 days (which sounds good ) . I am happy to post a review/feedback again when i get a replacementWHIPSIP customer care was good and they replaced my product with a new blender which works fine , i am happy with how they deal with there customers and give prominent feedback . Based on that i am gonna change my rating from one star to five for good customer care service and providing replacement

Alrighty, so when you buy an appliance this cheap, you usually expect some stuff to be off, but you don’t expect it to be fundamentally dysfunctional. This thing can’t even blend anything without leaking like a sieve if its life depended on it. I guess, the manufacturer and “brand” didn’t want to spend the extra amount on a good rubber seal for the jars. You know, just exactly the kind of quality you’re looking for in a product that’s going to handle your food. Got it delivered a week ago (3k).Pros1. looks2. Comes with chopper and juicer that works pretty well.3. Light weight.4. It will save space in your kitchen. 😊5. Less noise as motor is just 400 watt.6. Easy to clean.Cons1. Delicate.2. Motor is just 400 watt ideal for small family.3. Price tag of 3k is bit higher for 400 watt grinder but if u see the design look and juicer chhoper seems ok for 3k.

The lock of the motor base is broken over a use of 1 month and now I have to compulsorly stand and hold the jar then I tried to call on the helpline no, I wrote mail on given address and my complaint was resolved.

Actually i ordered because of its aesthetic nature.. The product is fine.. But don’t interchange with the blades..2 blade for dry grinding and other for wet grinding.. Basically don’t put any item which requires more grinding.. It’s told on the book that it should be operated for 30 Sec continuously, not more than that.. Motor will become hot.. Good for making tomato sauce, smoothies etc.. Dry jar is also good.. i grinded flax seeds.. It was coming good.. But. For coconut chutney it did nt grind well.. This is my experience

Paid extra for juicer n juicer doesnt work

It’s easy to use but there is no option of controlling it’s speed like other grinders..There is should be a knob so that I can fix the speed as per my wish. I am not sure about its durability but yes ofcourse it’s not bad… But the amount which I paid it doesn’t worth that price… Rest it’s an ok product I would rate it as 2 n half stars out of five

Good material and very sturdy. Blades are well designed and does the work. The string also has a good mechanism better than PIGEON.I had a PIGEON which was first in the market, I again made the work easy but the lower bowl in which the upper portion locks in, that lock broke within 10-15 days. As of now this brand has amuch better material used. Using it for more that 20 days and no issues at all.

Easy to use. But need to chop the veggie bit before putting it in. Helps in fine chopping of onion, cabbage, carrots etc

Got it delivered a week ago (3k).Pros1. looks2. Comes with chopper and juicer that works pretty well.3. Light weight.4. It will save space in your kitchen. 😊5. Less noise as motor is just 400 watt.6. Easy to clean.Cons1. Delicate.2. Motor is just 400 watt ideal for small family.3. Price tag of 3k is bit higher for 400 watt grinder but if u see the design look and juicer chhoper seems ok for 3k.

The lock of the motor base is broken over a use of 1 month and now I have to compulsorly stand and hold the jar then I tried to call on the helpline no, I wrote mail on given address and my complaint was resolved.

Only good for preparing smoothies or products which has water or liquid to be added, other items like chilli paste, garlic paste are difficult to grind. Also juicer is not working.

I wanted to let everyone know, that this is a very cheap/ poor quality version of a Nutri-Bullet. The jars and motor is very low in quality and not at all durable. I am shocked, Sanjeev Kapoor has launched such poor quality cheap product in the market. This is a waste of money as it does not deliver performance which has been advertised. My order was missing the Juicer attachments. The juicer is poorly designed where the pulp and juice stays together. No way to extract the juice out. This product should be removed from Amazon site as it is spoiling the trust of so many amazon customers. PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS A BIG WASTE. Go for original NUTRI-BULLET by spending extra bucks and getting the satisfaction.

Durability of the plastic for all pots is poor compared to expected, as it cannot take any falling from hands to the floor. Will definitely crack if it does.The usage is a bit awkward as there is no button on the motor machine which we are generally used to. It works entirely on the pots being twisted ( or juicer rod being pushed in ) for the motor to function.The juice separator is tricky, since we arent able to remove the pulp till all juice is taken out or they mix and need to be strained.Quality of grind and paste achievable with this is very good.Same for vegetable shredding.Box comes with a product registration bar code to be sent to a whatsapp number for customer registration- which is useless as no one responds to it, and neither does it show as read.

This was my second purchase as the earlier one was good in terms of usage and quality. But this one is extremely bad quality product. The plastic quality is so bad that you feel like you are holding a toy and it squeaks when you twist it. Apart from this, the inner plastic rim comes out while blending liquids and it jams! The most dangerous part was what I discovered today – I had blended milk for my son and after he drank it, I noticed the leftover had small very small plastic particles of the blender. To my shock, my son has ingested this plastic and I’m so so worried. Amazon needs to ban this product and brand for good and I need to figure a way out to sue the company. Pic for reference. My product is purple in color, see the tiny purple specks and something else that I don’t recognise.

Actually i ordered because of its aesthetic nature.. The product is fine.. But don’t interchange with the blades..2 blade for dry grinding and other for wet grinding.. Basically don’t put any item which requires more grinding.. It’s told on the book that it should be operated for 30 Sec continuously, not more than that.. Motor will become hot.. Good for making tomato sauce, smoothies etc.. Dry jar is also good.. i grinded flax seeds.. It was coming good.. But. For coconut chutney it did nt grind well.. This is my experience

Very low quality. Large mixer jar got burnt in first use only. Even wonderchef team refused to replace the jar. I paid extra for additional jar. Not recommended to anyone to buy this. Be careful they are fooling people with warranty as its on motor not on any other part.

After grinding juice or butter milk I spotted leakages in the base. Is it manufacturing defectHere adding photos. This product is only for advertise. No for kitchen use. While making juice or buttermilk leaking starts. If electric shock accurse who will responsible. Even small jar not grinding to our extent. Totally loss product. I never advice to buy this Wonderchef. Wonderchef ‘s account is inWhatshap only for their advertise purpose,. There is no response from the Wonderchef group or from amazon .

Always used to read reviews and think, may be this happened only for one of the users and I might get a good product which will last long…But the same happened with me,Stopped working on its first use.Not a good feeling to have it.

Juicer not working properly
