On the very first day when I tried setting my work profile on phone but this phone got hanged up I tried everything by which that can stop so I reset the phone, but when I setting my work profile again it got same problem. No face unlock option is visible anywhere in this phone. If mine case is exceptional for these two problems then this will be the best phone in this price range.

I bought it for INR 8200/- exchanged my 5 yr old grand 2 & also got 10% discount on sbi card.Camera is averageSound is good with headphone but speakers are average.Display not full HD but still good as it helps itslatest powerful processor to run pubg, asphalt 8 & other heavy games easily.Phone doesn’t heat up even at heavy gaming uses. This latest processor consumes less power which helps battery last longer.Phone is just of150 gm.I recommend to buy this phone only if u get a deal under10k.

I got this phone @ very good cost after exchange.. merely 7000… I haven’t had read reviews as well.. There was nothing to think, i directly purchased it.. to my surprise, this phone came out to be exceptional.. Very good battery life, display, sound quality.. The only thing which needs improvement is the camera quality – not sure if Vivo can still improve the same via System Updates. Considering the price range, Portrait mode still delivers good pics. Face recognition & touch sensors are fast.. Don’t forget you also get NOTCH display in this price.. No heating issue.. Phone looks are premium.. There are lots of actually smart features inside which are useful in day to day use —- i wud say actually a smart phone.. Also got one-time free screen replacement in the offer period.. I’m happy using this phone since last 10-15 days… Thank You Vivo & Amazon for the same.

I simply liked it when i unboxed it and saw it at first glance. Its 16.15 cms display is quite impressive. Most of the time i watch movies while travelling to and from office . Hence I can have a better screen view now. The camera is also excellent.Overall a nice phone within a nominal budget. I’ll give it a 5 stars for now.

I was looking for a budget smart phone which can perform the entire task for me. I was using MI note 6 and looking for something fresh bcz I was bored with it’s UI. I explored the content available over internet and waited for it to buy after getting the right fitment against my requirement. I am so excited to share my personal experience after my early purchase of this device. I love taking pictures of mine and surrounding too. So great camera quality is one of my main priority, after using it now I must say that it has the best camera available in this budget. It’s plastic made but mirror finish back panel is the coolest thing in my blue colour device. I also appreciate the makers for understanding our further need and offering the tempered glass and transparent back cover for device protection. Once you will keep the device handy it will give you a feel of it. With the brand tag line of Vivo “Camera & Music” it really impressed me.I’ll surely recommend my fellow buyers to buy this cool device. But there is also something which can be improved so writing it in bullet points for your ease..Pros:-● It’s really a 100% value for money device.● Run on latest version of Android “9”.● In Box soft back cover and tempered glass.● Dedicated kid mode for safety against unwanted operational activity of kids● Finger print sensor in back of the device is at perfectly placed in the reach of fingers and open the device faster.● 5000Ah battery, allows to watch many hours online video● HD+ screen Resolution and balanced colour contrast makes the viewing experience really pleasure and never hurt eyes● Triple camera with AI and image editing options are among the best features for me● Fast charging support with 18 watt inbox adaptor● Snapdragon 665 processor is really a power pack performer even in multitaskingCons:-● Lags in PubG (However in a device with 4 GB it’s expected as the game itself take 2 GB space)● No headphones included● Front Camera struggles in low light. At the price of 10990 its a great phone for better multitasking. Vivo has finally started improving specs and is doing good with their phones in the segment.I hope my review helped you in making your right decision!

Very Good Phone….. feeling great on hands…good to hold…… Excellent Camera…… Great Display…..V Good Storage…. Very smooth functioning…… I was planning to buy Mi nite 7 pro….but watching reviews on YouTube changed my mind as oppo F11 is a complete package for me and basically camara is excellent and 128 storage is value for money…..Go and grab this excellent phone by oppo…thanks oppo and Amazon for such a good phone under budget…

  48. No difference between F11 and F11NPro except the pop out camera. All specs , displays , hardware , capacities etc are sane .I got Oppo F11 6 GB RAM 128 GB ( u get around 102 GB net of preinstalled system and other software ) memory phone for special exchange deal for around Rs13.4 K during Amazon Day sale .Now using for more than a month . Good phone , camera, performance and battery . Some bloatware exists which u cannot delete . Good battery life and very quick recharging . Need to be careful about permission , notification and default settings which may otherwise cause messaging and ad nuisance . Minimise it to suit your requirements .Delete the preinstalled Apps that you don’t want.My Anti Virus Norton software constantly raises the the virus alert for the preinstalled SMS Messenger which I cannot disable or uninstall . Issue cannot be resolved . Living with it .Definitely great Value for Money and performance .

  57. Hi readers,This phone is not compatible for video’s which are captured from HD camera, the video get stuck often and have blurred picture when take a screenshot of it . You never have an option from Amazon for return for this product as they only offer you a exchange which is annoying when the phone itself if not compatible, how will a return/replace will work. Better to go with Redmi or other branded phone which really would be worth buying .

I’m happy using this phone since last 10-15 days… Thank You Vivo & Amazon for the same.

I am not going to lure you with all the specifications that you can easily find on the product’s description. This review is all about my initial impressions of Vivo U20 smartphone, its overall performance and feasibility.I bought this cellphone (6 GB RAM/64 GB Storage / Blazing Blue) on the first flash sale for Rs.11,990. The product got delivered to me on the very next day inside a well-sealed box, which is impressive.✤ BOX CONTENTS:Vivo U20 phone, fast charging adapter (18W), USB to Micro USB cable, transparent mobile case (good quality), SIM ejector pin, and user manual.✤ NEGATIVES (a few):• This mobile overheats (43°C – 45°C) near the rear camera within 30-40 minutes of graphics-intensive gaming and heavy multitasking. It’s more or less a common story with most of the devices at this segment.• No USB Type-C port.• It comes pre-loaded with many bloatware (apps). Most of these apps can be deleted but re-appear after a reset.• The quality of the photos via the wide-angle lens and in low lighting condition is not up to the mark.• Slow-motion and time-lapse videos are grainy.• Vivo’s Funtouch UI lags occasionally.• The audio tends to distort a bit at 80%-100% volume.✤ POSITIVES (too many):• This smartphone looks stylish and premium. I love its gradient ‘blazing blue’ colour and superior glossy finish of the plastic body. It’s large, a tad heavy (195 Gram) but feels sturdy in hand.• Vivo U20 packs a large 6.53-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080px) display with 2.5D curved edges. It’s protected by ‘Panda MN228’ glass. The display is sharp, bright, and it looks stunning (394 PPI). It has a moderately thin bezel (85% screen-to-body ratio).• This phone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) and Vivo’s Funtouch OS 9.2 on top. The UI has a fresh design with some new and customisable features like ‘file safe’, ‘easy touch’, ‘bike modes’, etc.• Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 675 processor along with Adreno 612 GPU and 6 GB RAM make this phone a powerhouse. It can handle CPU intensive works like video editing, multitasking and gaming pretty well.• This device houses 64 GB of internal storage. You can add a microSD card up to 256 GB to expand the storage. It also has USB OTG support to connect external drives.• 5000 mAh battery gives this device an incredible ‘battery life’. With regular usage and moderate gaming, the phone stays operational for more than 36 hours (tested). It has a ‘Low power mode’ and ‘Super power saving mode’ as well to boost the battery life.• Vivo U20 supports Dual Engine Fast Charging. It takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes to charge the mobile from 0 to 100% with its18W Fast charger.• The sound/audio output (at 60%-80% volume) from the mobile’s speaker is decent and comparatively better via ear/headphones.• The phone unlocks pretty fast via the rear fingerprint sensor. It also has a face unlock feature which works like a charm.• Dual 4G SIM (Stand-by) support comes handy.• Value for money.✤ GAMING PERFORMANCE:This phone can easily handle most of the popular graphics-intensive games like PUBG, Arena of valor, Asphalt 9 in high settings. Besides that, it has an ‘Ultra game Mode’ and ‘Esports mode’ which have highly optimised features for smooth and uninterrupted gameplay.✤ CAMERA & PHOTOS:- Vivo U20 houses triple rear camera panel which includes a 16 MP primary lens (f/1.78), one 8 MP 120° wide-angle lens (f/2.2), and a 2 MP (f/2.4) macro lens.- The ’16 MP selfie camera (f/2.0) takes decent quality photos, and also add a mild bokeh to the selfies when captured via portrait mode. It has HDR and also can shoot Full HD videos 30 FPS.- Photos from the primary rear camera in daylight (with HDR) look sharp and beautiful. Macro images (shot in bright light) seem decent as well.✤ VIDEOS:- This device can shoot good quality 4K (2160p) videos at 30 FPS and 1080p videos at 60 FPS.- It has a ‘slow-mo’ and ‘time-lapse’ mode to shoot videos at 720p. Besides that, you can also shoot Full HD videos at 30 FPS using the 8 MP wide-angle camera.✤ DIMENSION ~ 16.2 cm (length) x 7.6 cm (width) x 0.89 cm (depth)✤ WEIGHT ~ 196 Gram✤ CONCLUSION:Despite some minor issues, I would still highly recommend this smartphone to others. It’s an elegant and powerful device packed with many outstanding features which comes under a lucrative price.Happy shopping.

The specs of the phone is already given in the products details so let me give my review based on the factors that I considered for purchasing this mobile. I compared Redmi Note 8, Realme 5s and this Vivo U20 which are similarly priced on various factors and finalized Vivo U20. Here is my review on how Vivo U20 fares against its competitors based on my usage and perspective.I bought the racing black color version but it was not like Jet black and rather had a dark blue tone to it and some texture that reflects light.—————————-📐 BUILD & DESIGN—————————-The Redmi Note 8 uses a nice glass back, whereas Vivo U20 and Realme 5s uses a polycarbonate back finish. The realme has a nice crystal design on the back which shines better.Anyways most of us including me will be using the case so the design of the back is not much of importance for me.The Redmi Note 8 uses a P2i nano coating and is supposed to be splash and weather proof which Vivo U20 and Realme 5s don’t have anything specified>> Winner: Redmi Note 8 is a bit better in my perspective.————————-📟 DISPLAY————————-The Vivo U20 has the best and biggest display with Full HD+ and 6.53″, and Redmi Note 8 also sports Full HD+ but Realme 5s has just HD+.The display protection used in this Vivo U20 is Panda Glass MN228 which as per the claim is better than Gorilla glass 5 used in Redmi Note 8. Realme 5s uses only Gorilla glass 3+.>> Winner: Vivo U20————————-🕹️ CPU & GPU————————-Vivo U20 uses the latest Snapgragon 675 processor which has better single core and multicore scores than the other 2 phones. To be exact, 504 vs 308,315 in single core and 1638 vs 1306/1371 in multicore in Vivo 20 vs Redmi/Realme.The GPU that comes with SD675 in Vivo U20 is the Adreno 612 which is better than Adreno 610 used in other phones. So gaming performance on Vivo U20 is much better than other 2 phones.>> Winner: Vivo U20———————————–📼 MEMORY & STORAGE———————————–Vivo U20 uses the UFS 2.1 64GB storage which is much faster than storage used on other 2 phones. This leads to apps opening much quicker, snappy multitasking and smoother app usage. All phones has micro SD expandable storage.Memory wise 4Gb version might not be great for heavy users and I went ahead with the 6Gb version.>> Winner: Vivo U20————————————🔋 BATTERY & CHARGING————————————Vivo U20 sadly uses the MicrUSB like Realme 5s and not Type C in Redmi Note 8. Its 2020 and MicroUSB is not acceptable in my perspective.Vivo U20 has 5000mah battery like Realme 5s, whereas Redmi Note 8 has only 4000mah batter.Vivo U20 uses 18W fast charging like Redmi Note 8, whereas Realme 5s uses only 10W charging.Vivo U20 has the advantage of fast charging and bigger battery but looses on the microusb charging.Redmi Note 8 has the advantage Type C charging and fast charging pun but looses on battery capacity.Realme 5s has the advantage of bigger batter but looses on microusb charging and 10W charging speed. But Realme 5s gives the highest battery life due to its lower resolution HD+ screen which takes lesser power.>> Winner: Realme for longest battery & Vivo U20 for overall.————————————📷 CAMERA————————————All phones are budget segment so I know I can’t expect flagship range photos but all these phones does offer decent camera quality.Redmi Note 8 and Realme 5s uses 48,8,2,2 mp quad camera setup for main, wide, macro and depth, whereas Vivo uses 16,8,2 triple camera setup for main, wide, macro, and does not have the 2mp dedicated depth sensor present on the other 2 phones and uses software for depth sensing.Redmi and Realme uses the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 48mp sensor and Vivo U20 uses the Sony IMX 499 sensor.By default Redmi and Realme does not use the 48mp and has to be set in settings and Vivo always uses 16mp camera settings. All main camera are paired with F1 .8 aperture.Vivo U20 has a 16MP front camera whereas other 2 phones have 13MP.Saturation: In daylight photography, Redmi Note 8 has punchier and ore saturated colors, Realme 5s by default is not punch and when Chroma Boost is used it increases the dynamic range and saturation. Vivo 20 has a more realistic colors. Many of my friends preferred the pics from Redmi.Sharpness: On sharpness and details point of view Vivo U20 performed better, but when 48mp mode is used Realme 5s was on par with Vivo but Redmi Note 8 sharpness was just okay.Portrait: Portrait shots on Redmi Note 8 was better due to better edge detection by dedicated 2mp depth sensor and software processing, next was Realme and Vivo edge detection via software alone wasn’t great but overall picture was more detailed in Vivo.Night Shots: Redmi Note 8 has better detailed night photos but its was over shapened so a closed looks lead to more grains.Night Selfie: Vivo U20 has a better low light selfie, followed by Realme 5s. The low light selfie in Redmi Note 8s is miserable in my opinion.>> Winner: In Rear Camera performance Redmi Note 8 was a bit better, In Front Camera performance Vivo 20 was much better. On overall all-rounder performance Vivo U20 is a tad better than Redmi Note 8.————————————🔊 SPEAKER & AUDIO————————————Vivo U20 has a louder speaker output than Redmi and Realme. The audio output via headphones sounds better on Redmi Note 8 than Vivo and Realme.>> Winner: Redmi Note 8 & Vivo U20————————————📻 OTHER FEATURES————————————FM: Redmi Note 8 and Realme 5s has a FM radio and Vivo U20 does not have.IR Blaster: Redmi Note 8 has an IR blaster on the top of the phones, Realme and Vivo does not have.>> Winner: Redmi Note 8————————————📱 OS & SOFTWARE————————————Vivo U20 uses the Funtouch OS which is a slightly similar to apple interface when considering some features.Redmi Note 8 uses the MIUI 10 and hopefully should be getting the upgrade to version 11 soon.Realme 5s uses ColorOS 6, and hopefully should be getting the upgrade to version 7 soon.>>Winner: All 3 run on top of Android 9 and all 3 OS requires some time to get used to.————————————🥈 OVERALL————————————All 3 phones are good and offer decent specs and performance at this price range. But I picked Vivo U20 as it was better than Redmi Note 8 in terms of processor, storage, battery and a bit on camera. Though Vivo lacks feature additional features like FM and IR blaster those are something which I don’t use regularly so spending 1k more on Vivo than other phones seems worthy to me. Not the best budget phone but at this price range, I felt Vivo U20 has got a good score in almost all areas and to me its’s a budget all-rounder.
