I have received the gel bottle with the cap broken and it had leaked into the bag with rest of the items . Cleaning up the whole thing was a big task. Need to have better wrapping around the caps rather than unnecessary cardboarding and bubble wrapping everywhere else in the whole box.

I think there is a compromise on product quality either from Your end or from distributior end or somewhere else. The viscosity of the liquid is very poor and is like water also the froth is very poor. If this happens then I really need to think again before purchasing is from Amazon

There was no problem with the delivery or packaging. However, the soap does not create any lather and feels non soapy. Even if I pour out a lot of the solution on my utensils it does not seem to work. I ve tried using it in different ways but nothing is working. Useless product. The discount is misleading because the product is completely useless. Additionally, this item can not be returned. It’s a complete waste of money.

The product is good and therefore I always buy it from Amazon. But there is a problem with the cap of it. Most of the time the cap is a bit loose and since it’s not sealed, a small amount of the liquid spills in the package.

I have received the gel bottle with the cap broken and it had leaked into the bag with rest of the items . Cleaning up the whole thing was a big task. Need to have better wrapping around the caps rather than unnecessary cardboarding and bubble wrapping everywhere else in the whole box.

I think there is a compromise on product quality either from Your end or from distributior end or somewhere else. The viscosity of the liquid is very poor and is like water also the froth is very poor. If this happens then I really need to think again before purchasing is from Amazon
It is very bad, all glasses are become scale, opeque , look pictures, left glass afterwash with Finish Dishwasher, right one is with Vim liquet by hand!!! See difference!!!

There was no problem with the delivery or packaging. However, the soap does not create any lather and feels non soapy. Even if I pour out a lot of the solution on my utensils it does not seem to work. I ve tried using it in different ways but nothing is working. Useless product. The discount is misleading because the product is completely useless. Additionally, this item can not be returned. It’s a complete waste of money.
I ordered this product, but didn’t notice that this was already expired, after a month I logged a complaint with bosch company regarding dish washer not cleaning properly, when the technician arrived he noticed that it was an expired Product of 2017…very unhappy with the quality control of Amazon
