The pump works for me. I required a mechanism for refilling my aquarium whenever I change the water. this submersible pump serves the purpose of pumping water from my bucket to the aquarium. The aquarium is placed at a height of 1000 mm plus the aquarium height of 300 mm gives a total water height of 1300 mm. the pump works well . I am sure one level smaller (14W) would have helped. I am happy with the purchase. Only feedback is, it will be highly appreciated if the connecting wire is longer with a plug. I had to purchase a plug and connect the wires before I could use it. since the wire is short I have to be careful that the wire joint does not dip in water during operation.

The plastic inlet pipe was broken on arrival. I got a local replacement. The pump works fine.

I want to return this product but helpless as no option in the app for return request – the product didn’t even work for a month and now I have to send it back to factory for repair work which is still more expense. Not worth buying

Was drawn to this product by all the positive reviews. Delivery was on time and packing was good. I had to attach a plug to it and place it supported with some stones as it was falling over due to the weight of the fount head.it worked really well for few days ,but ended up disappointed with this purchase.1)It doesn’t come with a plug.just a wire,no plug. I don’t understand what the manufacturer was thinking while deciding not to provide a plug.2)it was working fine but started malfunctioning within the first week . Initially it was periodic.few hours it would work well and few hrs it would just spit water out,like in the video. I thought it could be due to some power fluctuations and decided against returning it.Now it’s completely stopped working.just makes some sounds when turned on and the water gets pumped up by and inch max.Now that the return window is up, can’t do anything about it.
