I am very happy with this speaker. Colour changing LED is very nice and the colours are also very appealing to eyes. The speaker has superb bass and easily outperforms many similar products in this price range. I own a flip 3 and this is a far more better product than it. Highly recommended!!

The function buttons which are all located one one side are simply awesome.The biggest problem with this headphone and with others made by Sony including the new XB 700 is the foldable part of the ear cups. They are extremely fragile and breaks even if you handle it with gentle care. One of the cups of my headphone broke just a month after purchase and when I contacted Sony service they flatly told me that they cannot be repaired. They provide a replacement cover for one year and then you’re left in the lurch.

I find that iTunes provide better clarity than Microsoft Windows Groove. If the quality of music is bad and if it is rendered through cheaper phone or mp3 player then the acoustic on the headphone will be loud which will cause headache.If the volume is kept low, the music can be enjoyed great with this headphone.Last but not least, with over 35 years of experience in acoustics, I would recommend better and know brand headphone than cheaper alternatives. This should be a lifetime investment and with Sony, you will not be disappointed. of course if you can ditch out more cash, Senheiser and Bose are greater alternative too.

It’s a great headphone and very comfortable to wear. The sound quality is excellent and these on ear headphones actually reduces noise by 75%. I simply love the sound and the balanced output. The function buttons which are all located one one side are simply awesome.The biggest problem with this headphone and with others made by Sony including the new XB 700 is the foldable part of the ear cups. They are extremely fragile and breaks even if you handle it with gentle care. One of the cups of my headphone broke just a month after purchase and when I contacted Sony service they flatly told me that they cannot be repaired. They provide a replacement cover for one year and then you’re left in the lurch.

The finish of the headphone is very good with the controls easy to navigate, while over the ear. The swivel is very smooth and provides fluid rotation. Each earphone speakers turn to about 120 degrees for flat configuration – easier portability. The ear cushion is thick and does not hurt the ears. The headband also has cushions and can be adjusted for tight fit. Again extending of the headband is smooth with smaller stops for accuracy.Sound quality is just great. You will have to hear it to understand the audible frequencies the headphone can deliver.For test I normally use iPad / iTunes and Phil Collins – “Another day in paradise.” The song sequence has lots of instruments which cover low to high frequencies. Hence I use this song as reference. With Sony headphone I can not only listen to all the instruments, but also the thumping bass which was what I was looking for. Sony has delivered what it has advertised. I know my money is well spent.Battery life is phenomenal. If you are looking for a good bass sound quality, do not by this. It doesn’t have good bass & sound is also low. I can’t hear any thing till I increase the volume up to 50% & for clear listening I have to increase the volume up to max 100%. There is no padding on head band which hurts the skull when I use it. Also there is no carry case provided which is a pain to carry it while travelling.

The product description mentions you can connect headphone externally but there is no facility like that.Misguides the customer.
