Excellent picture quality, HDR videos look awesome, sound is good.[EDIT]Now let’s get real, there are some major issues1. One major issue is with wifi, it takes forever to connect.2. Ultra hd videos played through Netflix, Amazon Prime or Youtube plays very jerky. Audio drops all the time. Problem is not related to internet speed.3. 4K videos doesn’t play through USB.4. The person who came for installation didn’t know how to make ARC work between TV and HTS. He struggled even called his office but no one could help. He even said the problem is with my Philips HTS. I had to show him how to make it work. Please give them proper training.
I bought this product from Cloud tail, I agree sony is best in TV’s. But after installing and switching on the product it asked for update of android version. After updating it to latest version of android. I faced little lagging between switching of apps and remote control. Strangely we experienced google play app running in background even after opening Netflix and playing. Which made me to force stop play music app. When i connect hard disk to tv. I takes min 5 to 10 minutes to load contents and display. Today even repeated selection of play option in play music it is not playing minimum after 15 times selecting play option it started playingNow the real issue comes with amazon after i raised cancel and return request. They r going to send technician to check it. If he feels it is good when he visit we have to bear with it what ever the issue after his report and face problem later date and waste our time to get it serviced.Value for money:- Not at all , In flipkart, croma we can get it at 5000 lesser than price sells in amazon during the republic sale .
Worst product I have bought in my life. I trusted Sony brand but please don’t buy in amazon as they give defect product. After 1 month I bought the tv there was defect in mother board inside the tv and I am struggling to get the tv replaced. Please buy in showroom
