Hitting problem this phone

The phone is my second one. 1.5 years back I bought the same phone. Review after 1.5 years of the phone. Phone is sturdy, good sound and good overall general working. But recently problems when the charge falls below 50% with the internet on. I am here to point out that I don’t use games. And I use only Whatsapp and Telegram apps.When charge goes below 50% it switches off and has to be connected to a charger to switch it on again.

Samsung has come out with all guns blazing.Of course you might be thinking there are phones with more features than this one, but the sheer brand value of Samsung makes it stand out from the rest. I am using this phone. And i expected its camera to be meh. But I was surprised. Its selfie camera also has wide angle mode! Although not much as compared to its back but still it says a lot about how the manufacturers are thinking.I had option between Vivo U10 and then Samsung M10s. I chose M10s because Chinese brands suck. They have no accountability. And obviously their screens are poor quality.Samsung is a pro in this game.PS I have bias against Chinese brands. As I should. I’d feel guilty watching army and defence videos from a Chinese phone. I don’t know about you.

All is good and the mobile phone is value for money now

it was good but sar value was high 0.76..and exynos processor.. too..little bit slow than snapdragon…you can go for m30s better price …and same rear camera features and processor also..you can buy from amazon on 29sept..2019 and sar value is 0.468…it was great compare to a50s… m30s was the best ….for..bourgeois…customers..

On 17 July 2018, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J8 mobile phone on Amazon.in as it is a dual sim phone built with new technology and looked promising considering the features and upgrades.However, within 2 months of purchase, the phone started malfunctioning. On my visit to the service centre, I was informed by the Customer Service Executive that the hardware of the phone has malfunctioned and the same needs to be repaired. I was shocked to find that a mobile phone which is worth Rs. 18,000-20,000 malfunctioned within 2 months of purchase. I told them that I don”t want my phone to be opened up and repaired within 2 months of purchase and requested them for replacement with a new device. The customer service executive informed me that I will have to speak to the Customer Care if I want a replacement. Accordingly, I called the Customer Care and explained the whole situation to them. The customer care informed me that they will escalate the matter, however, they cannot commit a replacement. As directed by the Customer Care, I submitted my phone with the Service Centre and a job sheet was created for my phone.Simultaneously, I also wrote a mail to the CEO Desk explaining the whole situation and demanding a replacement of the phone as it had malfunctioned within 2 months of purchase and the same was solely attributable to manufacturing. The representative from the CEO Desk called and denied any kind of replacement in the name of policies and asked me to accept the repair offer or they will return the phone as it is. I was forced to accept the repair offer as I had no other choice. The company was adamant and insensitive towards the problem being faced by a customer in the name of policies. I am sure no customer would want his mobile phone which is worth Rs. 20,000 to be opened up like a can of beans within 2 months of purchase.I am completely shocked and devastated by the adamant and insensitive behavior of SAMSUNG and that too when the malfunctioning of the phone is solely attributable to their manufacturing. If I had known that their mobile phone will perform so badly and I will have to face such problems with Samsung then I would have rather purchased device of some other company. I am really very unhappy and dissatisfied with the whole experience and will think thousand times before buying any samsung product next time.

Disappointed to see that the charger stopped functioning in less than 5 days of mobile delivery.

Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus : bought for Rs 24 K – 3 K = 21 K and finally I paid Rs 16.5 K after exchanging my old Motorola G4 Plus for Rs 4.5 K –> that includes Rs 2 K additional reduction if I exchange.This is definitely WORTH for the PRICE that we paid – say Rs 21K or 19K and I am really enjoying the UI that Samsung has. Except 4GB RAM ( better to have 6 GB ) – I am pretty satisfied with this phone and I am happy for the Battery life ( almost 48 Hrs ).Photo clarity is OK – when compared with other similar priced phones.Storage of 64 GB is really great – after a 10 day trip also , I did not clean my hard disk.Finger print is working good and yet to configure Face Recognition.Most attractive for me : Always ON Display 🙂 though small feature – I liked it a lot.Phone is not really getting HOT for the last 1 month though I speak less but browse a lot.Negatives : Seems like many times 75% of RAM is being used ( as per the notification that I receive from Clean Master ) – which is bad.Ear Phones are like very cheap in nature and not so much comfortable. If this is a luxury model ( A … ) that Samsung thinks then it should have better ear phones as well.

The main drawback is of only one sim mobile if another is added the memory card couldn’t be added. Secondly there is no flash for camera It’s battery stays longer life after charging .

Is guess this is a defective piece as J7 PRO is a best mobile. I would like to check is there is any possibility to replace me with new one as it has been only 4 months and is under warranty.I bought this mobile liking its rich LED display and I’m facing issues with that display itself.

Superb quality and performance for general use. If U are a gaming person then it is not good in 2 GB. But all the performance with video quality and photo is good.

I have purchased Samsung A8+ on 12th Oct and the return window was showing as “closed 22 Oct 2018″. Yesterday on 23rd (11th day of the purchase), was started not working. I was switched off the mobile while going to a meeting and again switched on after the meeting. Then, the mobile showing- Encryption problem”. I have submitted to the Samsung service centre along with invoices and they told that- “it may be happen due to the interruption of updates” and it takes 4-5 days to come to a decision.I would like to draw your attention that, the phone simply become dead when I switched off.Since it was purchased “ONLINE” through Amazon, who will give the immediate support? The service centre is mentioning the lengthy procedure for which I have no time because I am travelling to Germany and France on 27th Oct. Usually, the return duration shall be one month on Amazon. Why it was closed in 10 days?It was a new piece and for simple reason, the phone was dead which was a manufacturing defect.I request you to consider the case and allow us for replacement in a day or two as I am the Prime customer. I have never returned any goods so far.

I purchased this during the Great Indian Festival Sale in Oct 2018 for 42k (with SBI discount and 0% EMI for 9 months).After a great deal of comparison and analysis on many phones, I decided to buy Samsung Galaxy Note 8 purely based on the comparable features against iPhone X. Moving out of iPhone was not an easy decision. However, I wanted to break out of the dependency. Having used Note 8 for 2-3 weeks, I now have mixed feelings towards – whether I should’ve stayed with iPhone or moving out of iPhone was for good. Anyways, here I am, using the 42k mobile.Pros:* Has great many features: good low-light photography (user must learn to take pictures turning off the Auto-mode to take better pictures), lot of productivity and fun tools generally as well as with the S-pen.* Good display but some commonly used apps like HDFC Netbanking and few other apps display the images/edges in a blurred way. iPhone was way better at this. This leaves your phone displaying contents on your screen only to some extent even with the highest resolution (3 modes available).* Lets you import all the data (contacts, pictures, compatible apps and most of your old phone whichever it is (even iPhone). This helped me set this phone so fast that I literally started using the phone immediately after I received.* Fast charging works well (as I was an iPhone user, this is new to me and definitely reduced the time I need to stay away from my phone while charging it).* The battery stays charged reasonably well (loses about 30% charge in 6 hours of normal usage with 4G connectivity in Power-saving mode, about 50% while in normal mode without power-saving ON).* Doesn’t get heated up while using or charging.* Large screen display is good and when uncomfortable, it has a feature to turn on ONE HAND mode by swiping up diagonally across the screen (can be changed to 3-tap of Home button).* Great Bluetooth connectivity and 3.5 mm jack for Aux cable (audio).* Samsung Pay lets you add your credit/debit cards and some wallets and lets you use it even while you don’t carry your physical card. This is an amazing feature that’s brilliant enough to give you freedom from wallets during some walks of the day.* Samsung Health app lets you measure Heart Rate, Stress, etc using the sensor near the rear camera. You will get some insightful readings and take care of your daily health.Cons:* Most important precaution to be taken if you decide to buy this phone is you should be ready with a screen protection workaround as you take it out of the box. They say it is Gorilla glass but my phone took a visible scratch on the screen within 30 minutes out of the box while importing data from my iPhone, definitely without any rough usage. It won’t withstand any casual handling. You MUST take care of the display very much. This was not the case with iPhone.* Speaker is very very poor. Even the ear phone will not let me hear the audio properly even with 100% volume. This is the most disappointing thing in this phone.* Selfie camera did not work well in low-light. So, don’t expect to have the same performance that the rear camera provides in low-light.* To add to this list is, Face recognition is pathetic and even the phone’s Security settings does not recommend it.* Fingerprint sensor at the back is really annoying, especially when the Face Recognition isn’t up to the mark. If you have used iPhone models (upto 8 Plus), you will be experiencing huge discomfort having to unlock your phone lifting it and keeping your finger at the back, near the camera. Be mindful, if you keep touching the rear camera’s lens, it will also eventually get scratches.* There’s a dedicated button below the volume buttons which is for Bixby – Samsung’s equivalent of Siri/Alexa. I haven’t used it yet but if there’s an option to assign this button for launching something else, it may be useful for the people who don’t need to use Bixby.* The Android apps get updated almost on a daily basis – not sure what keeps changing. This was not the scenario in iOS.* Note 8 has 6 GB RAM but keeps showing only 2.5-3 GB is free at any point in time during the day. And, when certain apps are open, the free RAM drops to 1.1-1.5 GB. This keeps me wondering what will happen if I start using games.Some words to consider:If you are an iPhone user right now and are looking for changing your phone, better stick with iPhone. Trust me – the price is definitely justifiable to a great extent even if not 100% convincing. However, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 definitely has some great productivity features and is a good purchase except when you are already in love with an iPhone, whichever model it is.Will update if I feel like adding some points later.

I have purchased Samsung A8+ on 12th Oct and the return window was showing as “closed 22 Oct 2018″. Yesterday on 23rd (11th day of the purchase), was started not working. I was switched off the mobile while going to a meeting and again switched on after the meeting. Then, the mobile showing- Encryption problem”. I have submitted to the Samsung service centre along with invoices and they told that- “it may be happen due to the interruption of updates” and it takes 4-5 days to come to a decision.I would like to draw your attention that, the phone simply become dead when I switched off.Since it was purchased “ONLINE” through Amazon, who will give the immediate support? The service centre is mentioning the lengthy procedure for which I have no time because I am travelling to Germany and France on 27th Oct. Usually, the return duration shall be one month on Amazon. Why it was closed in 10 days?It was a new piece and for simple reason, the phone was dead which was a manufacturing defect.I request you to consider the case and allow us for replacement in a day or two as I am the Prime customer. I have never returned any goods so far.

Is guess this is a defective piece as J7 PRO is a best mobile. The main drawback is of only one sim mobile if another is added the memory card couldn’t be added. Secondly there is no flash for camera It’s battery stays longer life after charging .

I purchased this during the Great Indian Festival Sale in Oct 2018 for 42k (with SBI discount and 0% EMI for 9 months).After a great deal of comparison and analysis on many phones, I decided to buy Samsung Galaxy Note 8 purely based on the comparable features against iPhone X. Moving out of iPhone was not an easy decision. However, I wanted to break out of the dependency. Having used Note 8 for 2-3 weeks, I now have mixed feelings towards – whether I should’ve stayed with iPhone or moving out of iPhone was for good. Anyways, here I am, using the 42k mobile.Pros:* Has great many features: good low-light photography (user must learn to take pictures turning off the Auto-mode to take better pictures), lot of productivity and fun tools generally as well as with the S-pen.* Good display but some commonly used apps like HDFC Netbanking and few other apps display the images/edges in a blurred way. iPhone was way better at this. This leaves your phone displaying contents on your screen only to some extent even with the highest resolution (3 modes available).* Lets you import all the data (contacts, pictures, compatible apps and most of your old phone whichever it is (even iPhone). This helped me set this phone so fast that I literally started using the phone immediately after I received.* Fast charging works well (as I was an iPhone user, this is new to me and definitely reduced the time I need to stay away from my phone while charging it).* The battery stays charged reasonably well (loses about 30% charge in 6 hours of normal usage with 4G connectivity in Power-saving mode, about 50% while in normal mode without power-saving ON).* Doesn’t get heated up while using or charging.* Large screen display is good and when uncomfortable, it has a feature to turn on ONE HAND mode by swiping up diagonally across the screen (can be changed to 3-tap of Home button).* Great Bluetooth connectivity and 3.5 mm jack for Aux cable (audio).* Samsung Pay lets you add your credit/debit cards and some wallets and lets you use it even while you don’t carry your physical card. This is an amazing feature that’s brilliant enough to give you freedom from wallets during some walks of the day.* Samsung Health app lets you measure Heart Rate, Stress, etc using the sensor near the rear camera. You will get some insightful readings and take care of your daily health.Cons:* Most important precaution to be taken if you decide to buy this phone is you should be ready with a screen protection workaround as you take it out of the box. They say it is Gorilla glass but my phone took a visible scratch on the screen within 30 minutes out of the box while importing data from my iPhone, definitely without any rough usage. It won’t withstand any casual handling. You MUST take care of the display very much. This was not the case with iPhone.* Speaker is very very poor. Even the ear phone will not let me hear the audio properly even with 100% volume. This is the most disappointing thing in this phone.* Selfie camera did not work well in low-light. So, don’t expect to have the same performance that the rear camera provides in low-light.* To add to this list is, Face recognition is pathetic and even the phone’s Security settings does not recommend it.* Fingerprint sensor at the back is really annoying, especially when the Face Recognition isn’t up to the mark. If you have used iPhone models (upto 8 Plus), you will be experiencing huge discomfort having to unlock your phone lifting it and keeping your finger at the back, near the camera. Be mindful, if you keep touching the rear camera’s lens, it will also eventually get scratches.* There’s a dedicated button below the volume buttons which is for Bixby – Samsung’s equivalent of Siri/Alexa. I haven’t used it yet but if there’s an option to assign this button for launching something else, it may be useful for the people who don’t need to use Bixby.* The Android apps get updated almost on a daily basis – not sure what keeps changing. This was not the scenario in iOS.* Note 8 has 6 GB RAM but keeps showing only 2.5-3 GB is free at any point in time during the day. And, when certain apps are open, the free RAM drops to 1.1-1.5 GB. This keeps me wondering what will happen if I start using games.Some words to consider:If you are an iPhone user right now and are looking for changing your phone, better stick with iPhone. Trust me – the price is definitely justifiable to a great extent even if not 100% convincing. However, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 definitely has some great productivity features and is a good purchase except when you are already in love with an iPhone, whichever model it is.Will update if I feel like adding some points later.

it was good but sar value was high 0.76..and exynos processor.. too..little bit slow than snapdragon…you can go for m30s better price …and same rear camera features and processor also..you can buy from amazon on 29sept..2019 and sar value is 0.468…it was great compare to a50s… m30s was the best ….for..bourgeois…customers..

I purchased this beast at slightly less than 30K INR, for the 64 gig variant, which retailsat around 60K INR . The price had dropped to 43K in the Big Billion Sale days, and I got discount of 11500 INR in exchange of my two month old Redmi Note 5 Pro along with an additional discount of 2000 for purchase via SBI Debit card. This phone is at the time being sold at 57900 INR (before exchange discount) on flipkart.As you can understand, this deal was an absolute bargain and while I was not intending to purchase a mobile as I had recently purchased one, but I simply couldn’t resist from buying the latest flagship at 50% off!I had some reservations regarding the steep discounts and the fact that this phone had only about 30 ratings here did not help, but I took a leap of faith and boy, did it pay off so well!I am not going to dwell into the many amazing pros it has, for you can simply check out hundreds of review videos out there on YouTube. The only drawback I noticed was the sub par battery life, as it seems to run out of juice in around 11 hours. It helps that it comes with fast charging, that fully charges the phone in around 100 mins.However, I cannot stress enough as to how happy and satisfied I am with this phone, even more so considering I bought it at 50% off!

Don’t buy this product, it got only 2gb ram, os consumes 1.4 gb ram, left only 400 mb which is not enough to run apps smoothly, and also amazon won’t take back the product. Fully disappointed with product.

Bought this phone a lot ago. Just providing review after selling it second hand. This is an averange low end device. In this price range there are a lot of phones better than this.•Build Quality- The build quality is average, nothing appreciatable.•Camera Quality- Camera gives accurate color reproduction. That’s good. But detailing is not up to the mark.•Sound Quality- The sound quality is pretty better.•Processor- The processor is not much powerful. Not for any kind of gaming. Heating issue comes on constant use of phone.•Battery- The battery life is quite bad. It have a juice of one day only if you make calls or surf a little otherwise you have to charge twice the mobile.•Price- In this price range I won’t recommend it to buy. There are a lot more phones better than it in same price segment.•Overall Performance- The phone is an average phone. If you make calls only then you can buy it but strongly recommended not to buy. There are a lot mobiles in this price segment.

Touch is so insensitive. Touching C hits spacebar. Picture quality and speaker quality is very poor. I connected to my Bose Mini II SoundLink speaker and BlueTooth connection gets lost every 4 minutes. Most of the times, I am unable to hear phone calls too. I have to restart the phone to make it work again. SD card will be detected only if phone wants to. Not that when I need. The is 100% faulty product delivered by the seller through Amazon. Is there no one to ask the seller why you sold a faulty product to the innocent customer like Gowtham?
