Already purchased 2 numbers from Amazon, one in march and in august. It’s a value for money product. Working perfectly fine when I’m writing the review in October. Only thing which I feel missing is the gorilla glass screen.

We need to call the customer service person, because my mobile Samsung On5 pro gold is having technical issues. Which was purchased on 24 Oct 2017.I need to download the invoice for getting warranty repair but unfortunately it is not possible due to technical issues with the amazon.Kindly help in this issue.Thanking you

On 17 July 2018, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J8 mobile phone on Amazon.in as it is a dual sim phone built with new technology and looked promising considering the features and upgrades.However, within 2 months of purchase, the phone started malfunctioning. On my visit to the service centre, I was informed by the Customer Service Executive that the hardware of the phone has malfunctioned and the same needs to be repaired. I was shocked to find that a mobile phone which is worth Rs. 18,000-20,000 malfunctioned within 2 months of purchase. I told them that I don”t want my phone to be opened up and repaired within 2 months of purchase and requested them for replacement with a new device. The customer service executive informed me that I will have to speak to the Customer Care if I want a replacement. Accordingly, I called the Customer Care and explained the whole situation to them. The customer care informed me that they will escalate the matter, however, they cannot commit a replacement. As directed by the Customer Care, I submitted my phone with the Service Centre and a job sheet was created for my phone.Simultaneously, I also wrote a mail to the CEO Desk explaining the whole situation and demanding a replacement of the phone as it had malfunctioned within 2 months of purchase and the same was solely attributable to manufacturing. The representative from the CEO Desk called and denied any kind of replacement in the name of policies and asked me to accept the repair offer or they will return the phone as it is. I was forced to accept the repair offer as I had no other choice. The company was adamant and insensitive towards the problem being faced by a customer in the name of policies. I am sure no customer would want his mobile phone which is worth Rs. 20,000 to be opened up like a can of beans within 2 months of purchase.I am completely shocked and devastated by the adamant and insensitive behavior of SAMSUNG and that too when the malfunctioning of the phone is solely attributable to their manufacturing. If I had known that their mobile phone will perform so badly and I will have to face such problems with Samsung then I would have rather purchased device of some other company. I am really very unhappy and dissatisfied with the whole experience and will think thousand times before buying any samsung product next time.

Disappointed to see that the charger stopped functioning in less than 5 days of mobile delivery.

Terribly slow phone! Please do not purchase this phone, it is soooo slow. I have only basic apps installed and the phone is almost dead. Calls dont pop up as it hangs. I dont know if this is a damaged handset sold by Amazon, but my experience has been the worst with this purchase. I repent having bought this phone from Amazon, it does not seem to be a genuine product.

Samsung j4 plus is a cut above the rest in every aspect. Keep it up Amazon for delivering it in one day’s time through normal delivery.

Battery stands brilliant, over a day.4. I wasn’t expecting the phone to have such fast charging capability. 30-40 mins of charge per day, you are good to go. Take s about an hour to full charge, that’s it!!!5. S Pen: Handwriting to text. I love the way it can convert my handwriting to text! Something I did not think would be so useful, but you can end up exporting the Samsung notes to Word documents. Brilliant!6. Air Actions are something I would use only for selfies. Its very convenient. Haven’t tried more air actions as I never needed them.7. Samsung’s ONE UI is a LOT better than the one we used to see on Samsung devices. No more SAMSUNG LAG! The phone is very snappy. P.S: I come from OnePlus which was Snappy but not as fast as this one.8. Gaming, heavy usage anything, this phone handles it very well.9. You get a phone case, headphones in the box unlike any other manufacturer these days.10. Insanely stable videos, and the editing mode. Just a boon I say!Cons:1. Finger print scanner could have been better.2. Facial recolonization is a joke. Phone will unlock with my eyes closed. Like seriously Samsung? Anyone can unlock my phone while I am asleep.3. Camera is not what you expect from a Flagship company like Samsung on a Flagship device. The shutter speed is low and that means you cant have snappy pictures. Having said that, the phone takes decent pictures. I just hope they increase the shutter speed in future updates.Overall experience:This is the best NOTE Samsung have made so far, its a complete package. If you have a budget of 80k (74k if you can avail cashback from ICICI and HDFC) for a phone, this is the best phone you can get. Not to forget its cheaper than the Iphone. I love the fact that Samsung launches the products on same price as in US when compared to Apple which sells at a premium of 20-30k min. Samsung gives you the best for the buck.I would rate it 5 stars.Hope my review helps! 🙂

I bought this long time ago in 2016 @8400/- after all discounts, when it was priced @10k/-And even after 2-3 years Amazon is selling this product in every great indian festival with decreasing price every year 😂😂.In 2016 it was ok deal because the product was new But,It’s 2018 now and i am editing this review after 2 years lol😂😂 Just to stop You from buying this outdated phone. It’s worst deal even at 6700/- below.it won’t match 2018 standards.One more thing you should know that why they are selling such long time ago launched product??? because they have stocks 😂.And some of them Have Serious Motherboard issue. which causes sudden motherboard loss anytime.Hope u will understand that it’s not made for 2k18. so please don’t buy it.Enjoy your Day!!! The phone is my second one. 1.5 years back I bought the same phone. Review after 1.5 years of the phone. Phone is sturdy, good sound and good overall general working. But recently problems when the charge falls below 50% with the internet on. I am here to point out that I don’t use games. And I use only Whatsapp and Telegram apps.When charge goes below 50% it switches off and has to be connected to a charger to switch it on again.

ZERO STAR Please all dont buy this product it has screen issue , returned the phone after 2 hour of usage. the screen gets 3 to 4 lines on display & phone automatically switch off. this phone are not proper original genuine piece. its feels like it may have been all ready used by others.. i got defect used product i will never ever buy online again…

Delivered within 24 hours.Looks awesome.Battery was 49% when I switched on..and after 2 hours of continuous use it is 42% now.Camera is awesome.Sound is loud.Display is amazing.Mine is Opal black one.

I just picked up an amazing phone which is Samsung m30 and I’m so happy to make the right decision.Talking about this phone, this comes with great battery life and I can strem all my favourite songs and play games without worrying that it may go off. The camera is very good, captures great pics doesn’t let me down. My friends take my phone and go on clicking selfies. I already have 400 plus photos in my gallery. The storage capacity is not a worry either, thanks to the 128gb varient.The display is really very good. Everything so bright and nice. It is not at all heavy and the gaming performance is great. I’m loving it! 🙂

Samsung is such an unethical brand. Never expected this from Samsung. Within 10 days reduced price by Rs.2000. Cheating their customers who have trusted them and purchased it immediately after launch.

In this price range there are a lot of phones better than this.•Build Quality- The build quality is average, nothing appreciatable.•Camera Quality- Camera gives accurate color reproduction. That’s good. But detailing is not up to the mark.•Sound Quality- The sound quality is pretty better.•Processor- The processor is not much powerful. Not for any kind of gaming. Heating issue comes on constant use of phone.•Battery- The battery life is quite bad. It have a juice of one day only if you make calls or surf a little otherwise you have to charge twice the mobile.•Price- In this price range I won’t recommend it to buy. There are a lot more phones better than it in same price segment.•Overall Performance- The phone is an average phone. If you make calls only then you can buy it but strongly recommended not to buy. There are a lot mobiles in this price segment.

Touch is so insensitive. Touching C hits spacebar. Picture quality and speaker quality is very poor. I connected to my Bose Mini II SoundLink speaker and BlueTooth connection gets lost every 4 minutes. Most of the times, I am unable to hear phone calls too. I have to restart the phone to make it work again. SD card will be detected only if phone wants to. Not that when I need. The is 100% faulty product delivered by the seller through Amazon. Is there no one to ask the seller why you sold a faulty product to the innocent customer like Gowtham?

Is there no one to ask the seller why you sold a faulty product to the innocent customer like Gowtham?

Bought this phone a lot ago. Just providing review after selling it second hand. This is an averange low end device. In this price range there are a lot of phones better than this.•Build Quality- The build quality is average, nothing appreciatable.•Camera Quality- Camera gives accurate color reproduction. That’s good. But detailing is not up to the mark.•Sound Quality- The sound quality is pretty better.•Processor- The processor is not much powerful. Not for any kind of gaming. Heating issue comes on constant use of phone.•Battery- The battery life is quite bad. It have a juice of one day only if you make calls or surf a little otherwise you have to charge twice the mobile.•Price- In this price range I won’t recommend it to buy. There are a lot more phones better than it in same price segment.•Overall Performance- The phone is an average phone. If you make calls only then you can buy it but strongly recommended not to buy. There are a lot mobiles in this price segment.

Working as expected. Good enough for smartphone starters. But the charger cable was not original. It works only when bent upwards.

Touch is so insensitive. Touching C hits spacebar. Picture quality and speaker quality is very poor. I connected to my Bose Mini II SoundLink speaker and BlueTooth connection gets lost every 4 minutes. Most of the times, I am unable to hear phone calls too. Even Though I am not a Andriod Lover, I bought this just to use Samsung pay.This phone is great phone at this price point.

I bought this long time ago in 2016 @8400/- after all discounts, when it was priced @10k/-And even after 2-3 years Amazon is selling this product in every great indian festival with decreasing price every year 😂😂.In 2016 it was ok deal because the product was new But,It’s 2018 now and i am editing this review after 2 years lol😂😂 Just to stop You from buying this outdated phone. It’s worst deal even at 6700/- below.it won’t match 2018 standards.One more thing you should know that why they are selling such long time ago launched product??? because they have stocks 😂.And some of them Have Serious Motherboard issue. which causes sudden motherboard loss anytime.Hope u will understand that it’s not made for 2k18. so please don’t buy it.Enjoy your Day!!! But recently problems when the charge falls below 50% with the internet on. I am here to point out that I don’t use games. And I use only Whatsapp and Telegram apps.When charge goes below 50% it switches off and has to be connected to a charger to switch it on again.

Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus : bought for Rs 24 K – 3 K = 21 K and finally I paid Rs 16.5 K after exchanging my old Motorola G4 Plus for Rs 4.5 K –> that includes Rs 2 K additional reduction if I exchange.This is definitely WORTH for the PRICE that we paid – say Rs 21K or 19K and I am really enjoying the UI that Samsung has. Except 4GB RAM ( better to have 6 GB ) – I am pretty satisfied with this phone and I am happy for the Battery life ( almost 48 Hrs ).Photo clarity is OK – when compared with other similar priced phones.Storage of 64 GB is really great – after a 10 day trip also , I did not clean my hard disk.Finger print is working good and yet to configure Face Recognition.Most attractive for me : Always ON Display 🙂 though small feature – I liked it a lot.Phone is not really getting HOT for the last 1 month though I speak less but browse a lot.Negatives : Seems like many times 75% of RAM is being used ( as per the notification that I receive from Clean Master ) – which is bad.Ear Phones are like very cheap in nature and not so much comfortable. If this is a luxury model ( A … ) that Samsung thinks then it should have better ear phones as well.

Nice Good Phone.i trust only samsung phones nd again a best good phone i got A6 plus is best phone but only 1 feature i dont like no fast charging nd the charger is also not fast charger nd ear phone is out dated which is available with 5000 rs samsung phone also. So for 22000 they have to give fast charger big length data cable and AKG earphones. Disapppinted with charger data cable nd earphones. Phone is good but accesories are too poor and cheap with 22000 RS phone.

Received this yesterday!First of all I got no headphones (Doesn’t matter because I already have 4)Fingerprint scanner is not working (Anyways I don’t need it)Splashed water, kept it aside for some time – working without any issuesProduct is 100% OriginalAll other functions working very properly.My suggestion if you’re going to buy this phone, go for it, grab this deal quickly, because headphones and fingerprint scanner are not necessary, what is necessary that you got a Original device, I am also planning to buy a Galaxy Note 3 but its unavailable. Hi seller, if you’re reading this, please make the Galaxy Note 3 available soon if possible! 🙂

I like very much this mobile phone, menu’s are user friendly. Around Rs.10,000 this is the best mobile phone . Before I made a decision to buy this mobile, I did good technical survey of the models available from other vendors of this price range. Then I took a decision to buy this phone.

I purchased this beast at slightly less than 30K INR, for the 64 gig variant, which retailsat around 60K INR . The price had dropped to 43K in the Big Billion Sale days, and I got discount of 11500 INR in exchange of my two month old Redmi Note 5 Pro along with an additional discount of 2000 for purchase via SBI Debit card. This phone is at the time being sold at 57900 INR (before exchange discount) on flipkart.As you can understand, this deal was an absolute bargain and while I was not intending to purchase a mobile as I had recently purchased one, but I simply couldn’t resist from buying the latest flagship at 50% off!I had some reservations regarding the steep discounts and the fact that this phone had only about 30 ratings here did not help, but I took a leap of faith and boy, did it pay off so well!I am not going to dwell into the many amazing pros it has, for you can simply check out hundreds of review videos out there on YouTube. The only drawback I noticed was the sub par battery life, as it seems to run out of juice in around 11 hours. It helps that it comes with fast charging, that fully charges the phone in around 100 mins.However, I cannot stress enough as to how happy and satisfied I am with this phone, even more so considering I bought it at 50% off!
