This is a case of cheating. It is not mentioned anywhere that this printer is only windows compatible. In todays day and age, a printer is a very basic item. It is absurd that the manufacturer doesnt provide a driver for Mac OS. Are Chinese companies dumping their products in india?
Received the printer in perfect condition. It works as expected, no complaints. However, I came across an Advisory that was issued by Ricoh India that advises users not to buy any Ricoh products from e-Commerce websites. Very bad quality in both scan and print. Also lines appear on prints after taking prints for 5-10 mins also ink is getting light after 50-60 prints…..
