Used it for a day, so not really inclined to write a product review. I can however help you brace for the delivery and installation/demo experience.Amazon deliveryDelivery was on time (within days). The delivery folks dragged the machine along the floor rather than lifting it. Thanks to the good packaging, the product is still in good shape.IFB installation demo ( or rather the cross sales pitch)Got a SMS saying the demo is “pending due to Plumbing & Electrical Due” (copied verbatim) even before any customer confirmation call. Got a call the next day from IFB during which the “technician” said that the product warranty would be void if I choose not to use the IFB washing machine stand. He repeated the same thing when he came home for installation/demo. He even offered to connect me to his supervisor 🙂 to confirm that. Pathetic sales tactics.A quick glance at the other reviews shows that this is common.Anyway, the bad service experience was expected. I hope the product is as good as the other reviewer say :).

1. Except one, remain all wash modes has capacity only 3 KG though machine has 6.5 KG2. Machine running time is 2 hours(Daily wash mode) which is very long and power consumption3. It is not good model and not suitable for families & do not go for this model.

This machine is WXS model. The color is silver which we wanted the product photo was wrong. And the product description is also wrong color. This is not white and chrome this is silver and Chrome.We are happy we got the black door and silver combo. Black door looks awesome.The machine works well.It’s excellent.Do not buy from IFB point they are thugs. And cheap people. Buy from Amazon. As we got it for 26500. Discount plus buy back plus cashback on Amazon pay. 750 rs.The delivery was next day and the installation was 3rd day.The only issue was that the installation guy was dumb and stupid he was saying the inlet out let need to be changed but we called the plumber and he connected the same pipe inside. The installing guy was trying to make excuse or was just dumb.
