Not good product as per PHILIPS bran. Motor is powerful bbut jars and wire are of 3rd class cheap product. Cover is very lose. The base which connects jar for rotation is of low quality plastic, and can break anytime.Not Happy with products.

It does not have led light indication when power is turned on. For 3600 rs it realy bad quality product. I had returned it. And purchases prestige mixxer for 3800rs in local store which is excellent product. On must go for prestige…

The motor is extremely noisy. The juicer doesn’t filter properly and the waste does not stick in the waste collector and just spills all over

Although the product was bought in Feb, the product has been used only since May. Every time I use the mixer, a burning smell starts emmiting and the jar stops working.

The primary driver of this product is cost savings stretched to the maximum! Right from the packaging material to the jars and the mixer grinder itself, lot of emphasis has been placed to cut cost, thus the product is available at a very competitive price.You do not get to see glossy and colorful packaging materials thus making it a little sober. The size and the quality of the jars are functional enough considering the cost and I really applaud the company for this. The mixer knob does not have a smooth and soft rotation and needs to be handled gently. Else, the customer may end up breaking the knob itself.You may have to clean the jars multiple times before using for the first time as the greasing odor takes a while to escape. The company needs to work on this as you don’t find the odor for such a prolonged period of time with a premium mixer grinder.For sure, at this price point and the company’s focus on online marketing, this really is a breeze to buy!!! India is the fastest growing major economy in the world and there are a lot of people in the rural side who wouldn’t have owned a mixer grinder in all their lives. Moreover, internet penetration is happening at an unprecedented pace. For them, this compelling price point will make them jump to buy.

Didn’t received spatula with the product even though it was written that the box contains spatula…..!!!

Within 15 days from purchase , product is stop working and after the complain given on 13th Aug, service person came and repair the same but again it stopped working today 27 Aug. Pls replace me with new one

The product is not worth of the price.The product finishing is not good, The packaging is very poor. The pulp collector moves away from it’s position, when the jucing process is on. I observed several scratches on the seive and on plastic body. Other jars are looking very ordinary.Overall the product has not met my expectation.

After reading so many negative reviews i still opted for this grinder trusting on philips brand. But as everyone said it isn’t good enough. Product didn’t lasted even for a month. Machine made a weird noise and didn’t start after that. Struggling with service centre contact as well.

Small Jar does not grind coconut. Hence could not use it at home. Had to return it. Product is not upto the mark.

Material is made out of plastic.. the motor’s blade broke the very first time the mixie was switched on..hence, now the jars cannot be fixed to the motor..not worth buying this product

Worst ever purchase from Amazon.I purchased this product thinking the brand is good but came as a surprise to me when after few uses the plastic started breaking off and its un usable. Not even a month while my old mixer lasted 8 years. Pathetic quality sometimes felt it wasnt even genuine. Better walk in to a store and buying such products.

Kindly replace the mixi it got broken actually one female called me from amazon and asked about mixi performance since i have used thrice it is ok when i used fouth time only mini jar the mixi is broken. kindly replace another brand mixi.It is really a very poor quality I have ever purchased. The mixer grinder is notfullfiled the ejxpectation level. All the jars have only 2 blades each. So , heavy spice like Dhanya, turmeric and Jira are not grinding so well. I also have a prestige mixer grinder and all its Jars have 2 blades each and it’s grinding better than this butterfly Mixer grinder.

I brought this product in Jan 2017.It standrad very bad.Not working properly just after 1 week.Makes horrible sound and grinding also not good.Not worth for money.Please dont buy this product.And the seller is SHOP 24 .My honest suggestion dont go for this,this is very worst product at this price.

The plastic used for this product is not good resembles like plastic items from road side sellers.I would suggest you to check on stores before going to purchase through online.The body of mixer and the base of the jars are made with low quality plastic.Always the base wheels are getting damaged. very thin and cheap quality contact wheels.

I brought this product “Prestige 41366 Delight 800-watt Mixer Grinder (Grey)” Only coz it is 800 watts it will grain idli and dosa batter. I have red almost all the reviews and FQA, I found in FAQ someone answered that it 800 watts and it meant to work as designed.However it keeps on switching off while in run/grain and I need to release the over load button at the bottom all the time and finally I end up feeling that its an useless purchase. If any tips and tricks please help.

The product is good in terms of motor performance. We are facing a peculiar problem with it. The rubber attached on the legs came out within 3 days. So the mixer is thrilling while on run. I took it to the nearest service center and the guy said all the models sold on internet are outdated means there are new models which rectified the shoe rubber problem. He did the fix but again it came out. After some more days another rubber came out.Pros:1. Good machine with good condition.2. All the attachments are in good condition.Cons:1. Minor problem which may create bigger issue.2. Sound a bit more if you compare other models from Morphy rechards, philips etc.3. Service might be a problem as nearest Prestige centers don’t entertain online customers. You have to find authorize service centers.Final verdict: Visit to your nearest electronics seller, choose model after running it there itself. Look out for deals online or in the store itself and then buy your any electronics product.

Stopped working after 8 months of purchase due to motor problem. Mixer grinder was given to authorized service centre(Velachery) 2 weeks ago but they are yet to repair and give it back in good condition..Not sure whether the problem will be fixed or not by them. Customer service is pathetic as per the current experience.Mixer grinder is very much part of daily life.. eagerly waiting for update from service centre.
