The product is good in terms of motor performance. We are facing a peculiar problem with it. The rubber attached on the legs came out within 3 days. So the mixer is thrilling while on run. I took it to the nearest service center and the guy said all the models sold on internet are outdated means there are new models which rectified the shoe rubber problem. He did the fix but again it came out. After some more days another rubber came out.Pros:1. Good machine with good condition.2. All the attachments are in good condition.Cons:1. Minor problem which may create bigger issue.2. Sound a bit more if you compare other models from Morphy rechards, philips etc.3. Service might be a problem as nearest Prestige centers don’t entertain online customers. Mixer grinder was given to authorized service centre(Velachery) 2 weeks ago but they are yet to repair and give it back in good condition..Not sure whether the problem will be fixed or not by them. Noise level is lesser when compared to Preethi but more than Bosch.Looks is not premium nor low too, average looking as its full plastic body attracts smudges, not glossy and not matt either. From the picture you can see the just opened mixer.Has a 0.5l chutney and dry masala grinding jar.Has a 1l wet and dry grinding jar.Has 1.5l blending juicer jar similar to PreethiHas 2.4l food processor bowl bigger than Preethi 2.1l jar.Has 2 blades for grating and slicing that needs to be attached to a plastic attachment that rotates, similar to Preethi (Bosch and eveready have better full blades with different thickness. The grating holes are medium and so is the slicing thickness. Slicing thickness or grating thickness cannot be changed, similar to preethi.This Philips model does not have a 1.5l jar (Preethi gives this additional jar which can be used for quick urad or medu vada grinding and appam or dosa batter grinding). You can do the same in food processor jar but am not sure how coarse or smooth the batter can come out.There is an attachment for citrus juicing. The blender and juicer jar might not give result like juicing in Sujata juicer or Philips juicer or Eveready/Bosch food processor’s juicer jar.With respect to service you have to take them to service center like Preethi unlike Everyeady or Bosch who pick up from home, there are pros and cons in both service types and i leave it to you to decide.The socket is a 2 pin and the cable length is a somewhat short – 1m (not too short but longer than Eveready FP 0.75m and shorter than Preethi’s 1.5m).The base has a reset switch like the Sumeet mixer grinder which needs to be pressed if overload happens and mixer stops.The mixer is sturdy while processing and the suction cups at the base holds good.It can knead 500g of atta at one time and not 5kg as shown in the pictures.The food processor jar’s polycarbonate material thickness is not great and can get cracks easily. But this is the case with almost all food processing jars (except Butterfly low power 500w mixer which has unbreakable jars), so you need to be extra careful with FP glass like polycarbonate jar.My unit had a crack in the Food Processor jar and so returning the item.My rating would be 3.5 🌟 for the price and comparing with Preethi and if considering this product as a mixer grinder which has lower noise than preethi but shorter wire, no 1.5l jar and not so sturdy fp jar (with Rs.6500 pricing). Prestige delight plus, as the name suggests, it is a delight to use this mixer. Easy to use, clear instructions and 5 years warranty is a good deal.The jars with handles are light and good. The handle could have been sturdier, but may be then the weight would hv increased.Anyway used the mixer today and had the desired powdered product instantly.Worth the money spent.

When i was grinding anything in mixer. Bottom of jar white lock jar breaking slowly slowly.i dnt knw why this happen. I was trying to contact prestige care nobody response me. While i m using right jar for pulses and dry red chilly. Prestige is brand bt i dnt knw why this happen. I thnk they give to me local product.

This product delivered on time. But the quality of this mixer is very poor. Out of three jars the gasket of two jars are broken. I tried to make banana shake, but banana pieces were not getting mixed. Prestige is spoiling the brand name by supplying inferior quality products. There are many other players in the market with better products in same price range. It was my first and probably the last experience with Amazon.

It sure is value for money. But still I feel it could be a bit less expensive. It does make a Lil extra noise. The vacuum cups at the base are very short lived and physically not compatible with the weight and height of the mixie. The jars perform their respective functions pretty well. Now it’s three months old and it stopped working abruptly. No smoke, no tripping and just dead.

Product came without electrical connections. All the wires were cut inside. We had to fix ourselves. Worst Service by the seller.

I had ordered the Prestige Elegant Mixer Grinder 4 jar from seller Nexus Corp. The product had already been used and some residues were found inside the jar. Also the quality of the product was very poor when compared to the same model available in the prestige showroom. Either it is duplicate or this sub-standard mixer grinder is specifically made for online sale.

We have used this Mixer for 6 months now and we have observed that Mixer is more noisy than 500 W mixer and the plastic quality is very cheap quality. I would highly discourage people from buying it. If given option, I would exchange this mixer with better one.

I purchased this product recently as it was coming from a branded name and had a innovative concept of using one jar instead of three.While the concept is good it is seen that the liquid is spilling out uncontrollably when we use.I wonder if there is a mistake in my usage or equipment.Also would be nice if i can know about service support for rectifying the same

The lid is so loose, everything spills out of the container when I use the mixer.

I brought this product “Prestige 41366 Delight 800-watt Mixer Grinder (Grey)” Only coz it is 800 watts it will grain idli and dosa batter. I have red almost all the reviews and FQA, I found in FAQ someone answered that it 800 watts and it meant to work as designed.However it keeps on switching off while in run/grain and I need to release the over load button at the bottom all the time and finally I end up feeling that its an useless purchase. If any tips and tricks please help.

The product is good in terms of motor performance. We are facing a peculiar problem with it. The rubber attached on the legs came out within 3 days. So the mixer is thrilling while on run. I took it to the nearest service center and the guy said all the models sold on internet are outdated means there are new models which rectified the shoe rubber problem. He did the fix but again it came out. After some more days another rubber came out.Pros:1. Good machine with good condition.2. All the attachments are in good condition.Cons:1. Minor problem which may create bigger issue.2. Sound a bit more if you compare other models from Morphy rechards, philips etc.3. Service might be a problem as nearest Prestige centers don’t entertain online customers. You have to find authorize service centers.Final verdict: Visit to your nearest electronics seller, choose model after running it there itself. Look out for deals online or in the store itself and then buy your any electronics product.

Stopped working after 8 months of purchase due to motor problem. Mixer grinder was given to authorized service centre(Velachery) 2 weeks ago but they are yet to repair and give it back in good condition..Not sure whether the problem will be fixed or not by them. Customer service is pathetic as per the current experience.Mixer grinder is very much part of daily life.. eagerly waiting for update from service centre.

I brought this product in Jan 2017.It standrad very bad.Not working properly just after 1 week.Makes horrible sound and grinding also not good.Not worth for money.Please dont buy this product.And the seller is SHOP 24 .My honest suggestion dont go for this,this is very worst product at this price.

When i was grinding anything in mixer. Bottom of jar white lock jar breaking slowly slowly.i dnt knw why this happen. I was trying to contact prestige care nobody response me. While i m using right jar for pulses and dry red chilly. Prestige is brand bt i dnt knw why this happen. I thnk they give to me local product.

Hi don’t buy this product…within a months it’s broken..it’s waste of money. Only the brand name apart from that nothing worth.. my mixie motor and top rotor in broken, all jars are have leakage at bottom ..not a quality product. One of the worst mixie in prestige…these companies are making quality less products in less so that their people to buy high price products. This is all a strategy.Worst product !!! Waste of money !!!

I always want to buy mixture,grinder but never bought because their bulky size. After searching for multiple mixture ordered this prestige mixture and I am extremely happy after buying this. Pros -1- small in size, 2-we can make chutney like mint chutney, 🍅 chutney, ginger garlic pasteEtc 3-grind regular use spices like we can make garam masala4-can make Cold coffee, banana shake etcCons- every time I think of making somethings new 😘

Worst ever purchase from Amazon.I purchased this product thinking the brand is good but came as a surprise to me when after few uses the plastic started breaking off and its un usable. Not even a month while my old mixer lasted 8 years. Pathetic quality sometimes felt it wasnt even genuine. Better walk in to a store and buying such products.
