Worst product. There is lot of noise when operated.there is burning smell from the machine. I wish it is returned or replacement done

I sapose to give 1 rating but it is not taking, I got completely damaged product. Mixer knob is out side the mixer.

Quality is cheap as is the price. Even the lids don’t fit well and liquid/ semi liquid splashes out during use. Lid material is cheap plastic. Can’t be sure whether it is food grade or otherwise!

The mixer has stopped working into just one month of its purchase. I called Panasonic toll free number but nobody is helping us with the rectification of this issue. Please help us as this is an expensive product from a reputed brand and we don’t know how to fix the problem.

Product button have problem . When it’s off it is running. When the button when the button rotated to Whip,1,2,3 it’s not running.Even if I touch the button it is running . I am very disappointed with the product. . They mencenened “tested ok” I don’t know how they tested and certified.

I liked the safety feature of the mixer. I bought it for my mother but she returned it back to me telling it is not very user friendly when compared to her old sumit mixie. You should be extra cautious while keeping this mixie as the spare parts are expensive and duplicate of chutney jar , lids, gasket , and bushes are not readily available in the market. But these things always give way due to normal wear n tear. Nevertheless , it is a very good mixie with a very powerful motor.

UPDATE: 4 Jan 19I have received a replacement of the defective jar. I am not sure if This is the result of my review or their good customer service.But at the end of it all I am a satisfied customer since my complaint was resolved. So I am going to add two more stars.This product is 3.5 stars if I consider the price at which it is available in daily lightning deals. I will give 1 star extra for their CC.My original review 👇I am writing this review after using the mixer grinder for the past 3 months.At the price it is being offered regularly in lightning deal almost daily, I wasn’t expecting great quality and the set actually looks like a budget category mixer grinder.The grinder is average in build quality.The lids of the jars are medium quality plastic. The rubber seal is below average and has rough unfinished edges. You need to press the lid down while grinding happens or else be ready for some splashes and a painted kitchen 🙄The steel body of the jars has sharp rim and is ok in thickness.The first few times I used it, there was lot of burning smell and I washed and rinsed it many times to get rid of the grease in the rotating blade.The motor is powerful but noisy.I used the wet/ dry grinding jar more frequently and after 3 months some metal part started breaking off and coming into the batter.When two huge pieces of yellowish metal came out and the rotating blade became loose and I couldn’t use the grinder I contacted the customer care.Since there was emphatic assurance of support from the CC i had called up their number and I was told to send a mail to their official email IDThere was a prompt reply and somebody came to inspect the damage.But after that there were two to three calls from their end and they kept enquiring if someone had come.And then I received a mail that my ticket has been closed as my complaint has been resolved.Well, nothing ever was done to correct the problem or replace the unit and the ticket was closed.There has been no response ever since I replied to that mail and requested to open the ticket again and asked for an appropriate action.So friends, the customer care support is just a gimmick and no resolution happens to issues if any.Also, they tempt the customers with an offer for extension of warranty for another 6 months if we give them a five star rating !!The ratings you see here is the result Of this marketing strategy for a below average product.Hope my review is helpful to you.Thanks for reading it.

Look wise a good product going by it’s brand name. Powerful motor and looks sturdy built. Received the spatula and blunt pounding blade too…though not shown in pictures I uploaded. Height is 48 to 49 cms along with biggest jar when measured.Although the item received is as described by the seller but I received the Mixer Jar with a broken clip. Must have been damaged during shipping……other wise the mixer is working fine. Planning to stick with a fevikwik instead of going for a whole replacement of the product. Had a previous bad experience of returning goods online. What I received in return was more damaged one. So don’t want to take chances this time also. It will be time consuming too considering the pick up and to be delivered again. Rest of the review will update on product use.Cons after Product useThe blades are too tight and I am not able to change it. Cant loosen with the spatula provided. After few months of use the Jar’s rubber has melted and worn out (pics attached). Won’t recommend this mixer grinder don’t go by the brand. I have been using this machine for 3 wks and have found many fallacies to recommend not to buy it at all.1. It has a name called BOSCH which is thought to be a class blindly, under this name they have created a poorly engineered craft and fooled their customers.2.The lids of most jars has a poor design and loose fit that spills substance almost every time it is grinded.Specially liquids at a higher speed…this puts extra burden to clean kitchen desks.3. The caps provided for ad-ons during processing just have a friction grip rather than a locking grip, so one has to hold it tight to be get a leak proof grinding and mixing.4.Sounds well above the normal mixing decibels specially at 1000 watts, we can’t keep it working for more than 1 minutes for one go.5. Cost is higher c/f other equivalents.6.Latch lock of the lids make washing a cumbersome job.It should have been a twist and lock system.7.Lids have prone-to-break plastic that too aren’t available separately.Good things are1.Sleek and compact design and nice looking.2. Option for higher speed and rapid processing.3.Nice juicing jar that adds taste to juices buy aerating them..I want to return it back to BOSCH for free to make mine one an experimental piece to better their engineer capabilities wherein people are believing blindly.

Best mixer. I have owned a Phillips super silent 600W mixer and a Preethi Crown 550W. This is the best of the three. It is just as silent as the Phillips mixer. Preethis don’t even come close. The Crown would wake up my entire apartment and the dog next building. The chopping, blending are excellent. The juicer is awesome. I have made watermelon, pineapple, apple, orange, musk melon, papaya juices. The seeds in the watermelon do get grind, but the taste isn’t affected at all. I have ground peanut butter in the mill jar. I don’t use it for grinding batter as I have an Ultra wet grinder for the same. It was a huge dilemma to choose either choose Panasonic or Ultra Vario+ mixer. Ultra have fabulous products as well as excellent service. But that was about 2000 more expensive than this one. All jars in the Panasonic can be left to run hands-free, except the smallest chutney jar. That you would need to hold. No leaks at all. Hoping this would last for a very very long time. I cannot comment much about the service centers in Bangalore. Did not need an opportunity to visit one.

I bought this for making smoothies and milk shakes mainly. There are 4 jars and each of them work well. The motor is powerful and does a good job. I have till date made milk shakes, batter for idli and dosa and ground spices. The results have been good however, I think the blades in the blender jar could have been better and the locking mechanism of the blender jar cap could be better. I have had a few chunks left in the smoothie sometimes and the milk tends to leak out from the jar cap if you fill more than two cups.I am not a huge fan of the motor base design but it does the job.The stainless steel wet grinding jar tends to heat up while grinding ingredients so I usually add cold water to grind.Other than that I’m quite happy and I have used many good brands in the past including a nutribullet and nutrininja so I know my machines a bit. The attachment jars and blunt blades are of good quality.

If you drop any jar it will break. The pondering effect what they claim is an utter waste. While making dosa batter is getting too hot which makes the taste very bad. Very cheap product not recommended to buy…Feeling bad

The jar was pricey hence thought of buying a new mixer altogether as it was quite old. Knowing and having used a Panasonic AC400, this time opted for AC220 as i use mainly the mill jar and the chutney jar. The motor and performance are the same. the only difference is the number of jars that come along with the product. The noise levels are at lower decibels and double safety features are something to go for. Overall its been a good experience with Panasonic.

I like it verymuch. Bcos if u can lock the cup seating propely,then the machine else not run.It is very safety one.

Very bad product. Defective piece delivered. Never expected Amazon to deliver a defective product. Big pot is not working. The gears are broken and rusted. No bill and guarantee card provided. Moreover the delivery boy kicked the parcel inside my house saying there is packing so there will be no damage.

After month’s of research and deliberation I bought the Panasonic MX-AC555 mixer grinder in Jan 2019. It was meant to be a sweet surprise to my family in the new year. Brand loyalty of PANASONIC along with the unique lock and safety features that this model offers, coupled with high wattage and 5 jars.. it seemed the perfect choice for my family.But this joy was very short lived and within weeks of using it we discovered 02 MAJOR FLAWS/DEFECTS with the product:1. The black rubber gasket that comes with each lid, leaks a very bitter chemical into whatever you are mixing and grinding in the jars, initially we could not understand why some portions of the juices and shakes would suddenly taste very bitter, but once we checked the liquid from all parts of the jars we realized that the black gasket of the lids is leaking the chemical in the food, the moment the food touches it, it turns bitter. This is very harmful to health and spoils your food, so PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS HARMFUL AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM PANASONIC.2. Second problem is High Wattage comes with very high noise levels and it is very annoying. I do not know if this is only in my product or not, because I don’t have a second piece to check, but at least in my home, the noise levels are terrible.Loud noise of the machine you can still live with, but more than anything else, considering THE HARM IT CAUSES TO YOUR HEALTH, BY LEAKING CHEMICALS INTO YOUR FOOD, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.I HOPE PANASONIC TAKES STEPS TO REPAIR/REFUND ALL SUCH FAULTY PIECES.

The machine looks good.But when i used the the small jar for grinding the cinnamon seeds, it was getting over heated in just 1-2 minutes, that even we can’t place our hands over the jars’ steel part. (it’s not the motor , the jar that gets over heated).The machine looks good.But the jars, though the steel part is good, the plastic parts aren’t well finished. Especially at the bottom nut holding areas in the plastic.I returned it on 2nd day after purchase because with that amount of heat, it might affect the motor / mixer once long terms of use.Having said that, THANK YOU AMAZON FOR MAKING THE RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS SIMPLE AND EASY.

After month’s of research and deliberation I bought the Panasonic MX-AC555 mixer grinder in Jan 2019. It was meant to be a sweet surprise to my family in the new year. Brand loyalty of PANASONIC along with the unique lock and safety features that this model offers, coupled with high wattage and 5 jars.. it seemed the perfect choice for my family.But this joy was very short lived and within weeks of using it we discovered 02 MAJOR FLAWS/DEFECTS with the product:1. The black rubber gasket that comes with each lid, leaks a very bitter chemical into whatever you are mixing and grinding in the jars, initially we could not understand why some portions of the juices and shakes would suddenly taste very bitter, but once we checked the liquid from all parts of the jars we realized that the black gasket of the lids is leaking the chemical in the food, the moment the food touches it, it turns bitter. This is very harmful to health and spoils your food, so PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS HARMFUL AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM PANASONIC.2. Second problem is High Wattage comes with very high noise levels and it is very annoying. I do not know if this is only in my product or not, because I don’t have a second piece to check, but at least in my home, the noise levels are terrible.Loud noise of the machine you can still live with, but more than anything else, considering THE HARM IT CAUSES TO YOUR HEALTH, BY LEAKING CHEMICALS INTO YOUR FOOD, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.I HOPE PANASONIC TAKES STEPS TO REPAIR/REFUND ALL SUCH FAULTY PIECES.

The jar was pricey hence thought of buying a new mixer altogether as it was quite old. Knowing and having used a Panasonic AC400, this time opted for AC220 as i use mainly the mill jar and the chutney jar. The motor and performance are the same. the only difference is the number of jars that come along with the product. The noise levels are at lower decibels and double safety features are something to go for. Overall its been a good experience with Panasonic.

It’s very nice mixi from panasonic just consumes 550 W. The body as simple and performance looks vast. I bought this product second time, as i already using another mixi from panasonic since 8 years with out any repair so far. gusy with out think choose panasonic mixi which gives an excellent cost value. One more thing, the panasonic mixi gives less sound or decent sound.(it is not noisy)

Wonderful and class product. I have purchased two nos of the same product. My wife didn’t like other brand except Panasonic. This is the class product. No doubt.

Best mixer. I have owned a Phillips super silent 600W mixer and a Preethi Crown 550W. This is the best of the three. It is just as silent as the Phillips mixer. Preethis don’t even come close. The Crown would wake up my entire apartment and the dog next building. The chopping, blending are excellent. The juicer is awesome. I have made watermelon, pineapple, apple, orange, musk melon, papaya juices. The seeds in the watermelon do get grind, but the taste isn’t affected at all. I have ground peanut butter in the mill jar. I don’t use it for grinding batter as I have an Ultra wet grinder for the same. It was a huge dilemma to choose either choose Panasonic or Ultra Vario+ mixer. Ultra have fabulous products as well as excellent service. But that was about 2000 more expensive than this one. All jars in the Panasonic can be left to run hands-free, except the smallest chutney jar. That you would need to hold. No leaks at all. Hoping this would last for a very very long time. I cannot comment much about the service centers in Bangalore. Did not need an opportunity to visit one.

Look wise a good product going by it’s brand name. Powerful motor and looks sturdy built. Received the spatula and blunt pounding blade too…though not shown in pictures I uploaded. Height is 48 to 49 cms along with biggest jar when measured.Although the item received is as described by the seller but I received the Mixer Jar with a broken clip. Must have been damaged during shipping……other wise the mixer is working fine. Planning to stick with a fevikwik instead of going for a whole replacement of the product. Had a previous bad experience of returning goods online. What I received in return was more damaged one. So don’t want to take chances this time also. It will be time consuming too considering the pick up and to be delivered again. Rest of the review will update on product use.Cons after Product useThe blades are too tight and I am not able to change it. Cant loosen with the spatula provided. I did decent research before buying a mixer grinder and finally decided to buy this one. After using this mixer for a week, here are positives and negatives I found about this machine.Pros:1. Seriously powerful motor. No Jokes.2. Motor is heavy (weight wise) and seems of tough built quality. I bought prestige 750 watts mixer also and its motor’s & jars weight was half of what philips has provided and was giving a feel like a toy.3. Good steel quality of jars.4. Good plastic quality of lids.5. I tried a variety of things from Haldi to Ginger, it can grind everything within seconds (if you are using the right jar).6. Suction cups at bottom really work and keep the mixer stable.7. I like its Knob. It has contrast color and is in front to give clear idea of when it is powered on and off. So, it saves you from accidentally powering on main switch when the knob is already turned on.8. Compact and trendy. I like its design.9. Juice jar works great for extracting juice of fruits that have more juice and less pulp. I tried water melon juice and it was delicious.10. Philips service is nice. I called them up and they came just next day with the right tools. (I will tell you in cons section why I called them)11. The mixer produces a loud but smooth sound. Inspite of loud sound, it is not irritating. You should also note that the more powerful motor you purchase, the louder it would be because of high RPM. So you should rather target on smoothness of sound rather than silence.Cons:1. The most frustrating thing with this, and over 80% mixer grinders available on internet is that THEY DO NOT HAVE LID LOCKS. My last mixer was of Maharaja Whiteline. That mixer grinder had “Twist to Lock” lids. So, you can use it without putting hands on the lid. But Philips mixer is not that case. It just has a rubber around the lids which somewhat makes it tight. But it will blow off if you don’t put your hands on it.Add: Philips also have twist to lock lid in juicer jar.2. Although the mixer’s motor has smooth sound, but the jars produce frustrating sound when they are about to stop. You can replicate that sound easily during whip. When it is moving at constant speed, no noise. But when you stop it, last 3 seconds are very frustrating. It has ticking sound has if you have 2-3 small stones in the mixer. I called the service guys but they said this sound is normal and expected. I don’t expect this type of quality from philips. Jars blade is not touching anywhere inside, but the sound is rather coming from an internal, rotating mechanism. Bad, really bad.3. Mixer tends to heat (jar, not motor) when used for more than 30 seconds. If you use for 2 minutes for dry grinding, you’ll not be able to touch the jar.So, here we have all positives and negatives about this machine. Inspite of having issues, I have not requested return. This is because all the machines I found were having some faults. The faults philips have is most tolerable. I will be happy with the purchase if the sound produced in jars is not mechanically damaging it. I am worry free as of now because it has 2 years guarantee on jars and 5 years on motor.As far as lid lock is concerned, I adjusted myself because it grinds anything within 10-15 seconds. So, I don’t mind holding the lid. Juice and shakes takes time and that jar has lid lock. So, I am kind of fine with it.My final suggestion is, you can go with this mixer grinder if your priority is fine and powerful grinding and you are willing to spend around Rs. 4000. Problems would be tackled because the service is doorstep and responsive.Do not buy this if you need a juicing facility also. It’s juicer jar is just a toy in front of a dedicated juicer mixer grinder. For juicing, you can buy Philips HL7576 without thinking much.

This is very good mixer/grinder in this price range from Philips. Packing is very good package includes Mixer grinder, Wet jar, Dry jar, Chutney jar, Leak proof jar and Spatula. Warranty on product 2years. COMES WITH 4 JARS WHICH ARE Chutney Jar: .5L, Middle Jar: 1L, Wet Jar 75L, Pul Extractor Jar 5L WHICH OF THREE JARS ARE Superior Stainless Steel jars & all are leak proof. material quality of mixer is very good Sturdy ABS body & color I bought Elegant Lavender and White looks cool in kitchen. Easy to use & clean, takes less place in kitchen & also it has suction feet’s which ensures less vibration. High quality blades which can grind almost every ingredient in kitchen, 750 watt motor is too noisy.

Sticker in the mixer says 1000w..but under mixer it was peinted 550w.. Originally it was 550w..but not 1000..spent extra eamount thinking its 1000w.moxer wise its good

I liked the safety feature of the mixer. I bought it for my mother but she returned it back to me telling it is not very user friendly when compared to her old sumit mixie. You should be extra cautious while keeping this mixie as the spare parts are expensive and duplicate of chutney jar , lids, gasket , and bushes are not readily available in the market. But these things always give way due to normal wear n tear. Nevertheless , it is a very good mixie with a very powerful motor.
