    i bought this voucher in a bit of a hurry….. and i waited for around 2 weeks before i tried to activate the voucher. These are two big mistakes that i committed.now i can”t return it – as the return window of 10 days has lapsed.UPDATE: I had couple of rounds of conversations with Amazon / OneAssist. They saw merrit in my case. I was able to get a full Refund for my purchase…I’d rate Amazon on Top in terms of customer satisfaction. Among all E-retailers in India – Amazon is the only place where you can get your concerns / queries addressed without making a call. It’s really great for someone with a speech / hearing problem (like myself). So my loyalties will always be with the site that is most Accessible. Full marks to Amazon on this…As for OneAssist – they granted me a full refund – despite the fact that the return window for the item was over / closed. I’m really grateful to them for considering my case favourably. I got a full refund within 1 week of raising the concern. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m a Happy man. :)If it was possible for OneAssist to include my brand of TV in their list of covered brands – I could have actually used my Protection Plan Voucher. In that case – I’d have revised my rating to 4/5…Anyway, now I’m revising my rating to a 3/5….. :)Further, it turns out that my brand of tv is not covered by OneAssist. There is practically no way of knowing this information beforehand.     I had bought one assist TOTALy (zero) PROTECTION plan for my fire tv stick.. My remote wasn’t working so i called them up and to my surprise they said the remote isnt covered in the above policy.. I falled for TOTAL PROTECTION..Besides I feel amazon should BLACKLIST ONE ASSIST from its market place to avoid spillover effects on amazon brand.. I got my device replaced as luckily it was in AMAZON WARRANTY

    My requirement was 1 year extended warranty i.e. after the expiry of manufacturer warranty of 1 year. However I got the call from one Assist customer care more than once, asking for enrollment at the earliest. When I filled the online enrollment form They had asked me to enter invoice date which was 15/10/2017, after that I got message saying my warranty period is from 15Oct17 to 14Oct18. However manufacturer warranty is already there for the same period. So I am not sure about, should we go for this extended warranty, which covers same period of manufacturer warranty. One Assist call center people should give their customers proper instructions about the activation period.

    I wanted to lodge a claim for repair om my my Micromax Tab. Could not ppen its App since26/05/2019, tried its toll free phone , the personnels attending calls , cut off the call after a while.Finally,talked today. I am given a list of documents to be uploaded on their site (which never opens) and complete a few further formalities and then by 15 days they will get the phone attended!Pray God to save us from such ‘solutions’ which desolves online customers

    Please do not purchase this, just because we purchased this, we have to download the app, then activiate it, which is not there. So much space in the mobile for this warranty. Call centre service is bad. They say download the app and then chat, chat is not available in the app. This is one of the most worst purchase of my life. Hoe did the manufacturer expect us yo maintain a app, because we purchased there product. Amazon should remove this product from the web.

    this is a warranty – they send you a message saying although you have paid its not activated and you are not covered they ask you to go to download an app – you cannot do it as it has an error 404 message – they give you a helpline that rings but no one responds when you call – it appears to have all the earmarks of a scam – DO NOT BUY

  38. Washing machine was purchased in July 2018. Warranty by Haier is up to July 2020, i.e for 2 years. One assist was chasing that the extended warranty would start after one year of washing machine purchase. These chaps just waste time. Avoid such service providers. Haier should give company service warranty bundled at additional cost, AMAZON shouldn’t give a third party extended warranty

    i placed the order for my iphone because it clearly states that it is compatible for apple iphone 11. and both times i have recieved a non apple plan and now my date of purchase is mopre than 10 days. both amazon and one assist have been un able to help me .

  77. THE REPAIR AMOUNT IS 2300 Rs and they are asking me to pay 2000 Rs. I mean wtf, there are no laws to protect us from such a cheat company

  78. Even after submitting all the details (activation codes etc.) haven’t received any confirmation yet. I am not even sure if my plan is activated or not. (24 hours + haven’t received any confirmation email or SMS also). Now i ahve to go through hassle of chasing their customer care.

    Tiz was bought wiz Alexa which I returned bcz of its efficiency.. donot understand how to apply refund of insurance primuum paid nor did amazon bothered to refund the amount .. pls help in getting insurance amt refunded

    Customer last on their mind. I bought a. new phone and . an . “insurance policy” against damage protection from this. company. What. I received was just a. brochure and. no Activation code.One Assist did not pick up the phone for repairs in spite of giving time.Customer service escalations give templated email responses and could not help. with. activation code.I think it is bad for the reputation of Amazon to have such sellers who instead of providing documentation about policy. and. T&C and signed agreement – do. not. bother to. even. send activation code and just. wish. to. fleece customers.

    Activation is so lengthy and troublesome and the call centre is same. Hang on for 15 mins but nobody talked. Do not know what will happen if any claim will come on the way. Amazon should not the up with such party.

  87. Utterly disappointed, not at all good for my Verna fluidic diesel.Only good thing is noise level reduced but pick up dropped, poor performance in high revs and top speed dropped to 100kmph.

    Not for beyond 8000kms. My VW TDI ran very smooth. Switched back to 5w40 from shell.

  90. very good engine oil. though avoid using it for diesel engines. diesel engine oils are represented by “c” prefix and not “s”. this one is “sn” which means its good for petrol engine whereas the diesel rating is a3/b4(doesnt mention the api rating but im assuming it not be more than cf). if you plan to use it for diesel engine go for a rating atleast ch4(castrol gtx diesel) or higher..diesel engines have egr and turbo and petrol engine oils cant provide good protection for them, that why life of these engine oils is shorter when used in diesel engines.

    I have always used this oil for my car. Earlier it use to be part synthetic but now it is fully synthetic. I got it in prime sale so it was really cheap as well.

  92. One of the best engine oil for our daily use. Reduce sounds and engine noise. It also reduces engine stress. You can feel when driving.
