Mobile has hang issue and front camera quality is bad and it hang during the phase change.i.e. from back to front camera. phone heats during the call and charging . I requested to amazon for return but they are denying for return.Only one option I have to go to consumer court.

Only not very happy with the camera quality , had been using the Moto X Play n the camera was awesome.Very very disappointed with this phone.The backcase cracked with a small drop. Even the cheapest phone has never to deal with a cracked backcase. Don’t buy

Very disappointed by Moto G6 play. I am using moto from early ages Moto g first gen but this phone is below average in Thia price range with zero innovation. Don’t fall in trap either go for xiaomi of onplus they are offering latest technology in same price.
Its giving my fingers a burning sensation though i m nt using fingerprint sensor. Shortly after starting to use it i found my index finger lost a layer of skin. During using samsung i never faced such problem. Whichever finger i use it gets burning feeling. Seroously thinking about returning it. Otherwise the phone is okay.
Every thing is ok with this phone battery life camera quality and all but the only problem is i am getting that it restarts when its cache memory is approx 500MB. And not so user friendly like redmi means to clear cache i have to open every app and clear its cache and one thing more it gets restart when u play 2-3 matches of PUBG back to back

I bought this phone 10 days back, this phone has big heating and battery problem. It gets heated very frequently and almost full battery gets drained in 2 hours of normal usage. Very disappointed !

I need to wait for 30 to 40 seconds in that to most of the time it closing automatically showing phone is not responding. I didn’t expect this from one plus. Totally waste product…
Everything is best except the thing that one plus hasn’t provided headphones with handset..n even cleaning cloth is not there…only one transparent cover case is available..phone doesn’t have headphones jack n hence it should have provided headphones..mine is mirror Black..

Well this was first time when I bought a refurbished phone. And I was pretty doubtful while buying it. But now after using it for 3 weeks I must say that I have got a genuine product. I really wanted to give 5 stars but I am not coz of very minor scratches on camera glass. Also like to add that its not as snappy as one plus or Samsung but that might be due to qsc 821 as a chipset. Its a 2 year old chipset so we can’t compare it with qsc 835 and 845. Rest it’s a good phone to use and camera is quite impressive. So all said it a nice buy in 18k instead going for xiomi or honor kinda brands. Cheers and keep exploring.

Got this phone as part of festival deal at very reasonable price. Little disappointed with the stock Google on it. Migrated from Lenovo K4 Note to Moto G6 Plus and completely missing the features provided by Lenovo utilities. Camera outer lining started decoloring in 2 weeks due to engraved camera. External SD card cannot be used as adoptive memory to extend internal memory which was available in Lenovo phone. Photos on Lenovo K4 Note are better then this phone. Many other little features missing on this phone.

While I purchased the international version, it does work Perfectly on Cricket service. I am pleased with every feature it has that I have learned in the last few days since purchasing. Im pro apple, but this has swayed my mind a lot! I love it!

Got this phone as part of festival deal at very reasonable price. Little disappointed with the stock Google on it. Migrated from Lenovo K4 Note to Moto G6 Plus and completely missing the features provided by Lenovo utilities. Camera outer lining started decoloring in 2 weeks due to engraved camera. External SD card cannot be used as adoptive memory to extend internal memory which was available in Lenovo phone. Photos on Lenovo K4 Note are better then this phone. Many other little features missing on this phone.

Mobile is working fine. But after one week I noticed mobile is not charging and went to mobile shop and got cheked the Moto turbo charger and they said cable is not working, it’s gone. I didn’t expect this bad charger from Moto company. I have raised complaint to Amazon customer service to replace mobile charger they responded intially and they told they will call me back. But none of them called. I didn’t expect bad service from Amazon.

While I purchased the international version, it does work Perfectly on Cricket service. I am pleased with every feature it has that I have learned in the last few days since purchasing. Im pro apple, but this has swayed my mind a lot! I love it!
Tried to cancel was too late. I am glad it was too late great phone and great price. The sell included charger plug converter for US that worked great. This is international model and it does all I want in the US.

Very disappointed by Moto G6 play. I am using moto from early ages Moto g first gen but this phone is below average in Thia price range with zero innovation. Don’t fall in trap either go for xiaomi of onplus they are offering latest technology in same price.
Its giving my fingers a burning sensation though i m nt using fingerprint sensor. Shortly after starting to use it i found my index finger lost a layer of skin. During using samsung i never faced such problem. Whichever finger i use it gets burning feeling. Seroously thinking about returning it. Otherwise the phone is okay.
Every thing is ok with this phone battery life camera quality and all but the only problem is i am getting that it restarts when its cache memory is approx 500MB. And not so user friendly like redmi means to clear cache i have to open every app and clear its cache and one thing more it gets restart when u play 2-3 matches of PUBG back to back
