Nice phone in performance wise but get heats a lot while charging

I cannot understand why people are giving such negative reviews for this phone.I have been using this product for over 1 year now.Its best part is its battery ,it charges fully in just within 2 hours and has a battery backup of almost 12 hours.Camera is very good just annoyed sometimes with its hanging and the phone is very heavy and cant find its accessories in the local market.
