LAVA A97 2GB+ is a Third Class Category Smart Phone which I bought from Amazon. After Delivery when I am trying to start the Phone, the phone unable to start properly. After Setup your A97 2GB PLUS page I select Set up as new and then come a new page which is show only Just a Second and then nothing come after 2/3 hours any page. Today I have receive from LAVA A97 2GB+ from Amazon at around 12.30 PM and I am very very frustrated because A new LAVA A97 2GB+ not working in the very first day. This is a very unreliable activity from Amazon & LAVA. Now I am helpless. Amazon said me that they unable to replace my phone. Lost for Money phone on this Category.
very bad product, front camera image is blurr and not clear. Front camera not working after 20 days of purchase. don’t know what to do . I feel myself trapped in a cage.
First for AmazonAwesome service quality, I booked this product on 31st Dec, and they moved my product from Bangalore to Kolkata even on 1st Jan, and delivered on 2nd Jan morning before I left for work. Awesome Amazon!!!Now for LavaNot a good product, you don’t sell a product which fails to start in first attempt. Not a good product.After I managed to start the phone, I see a flood of worthless useless Chinese apps preinstalled. Now I need to clean them up wasting my time. This makes no sense, And I don’t like this approach.I opted for Lava, as I am still using my 3 year old Lava IRIS X1 with its awesome battery backup and beautiful service.Not sure how this one will stand its service but I don’t recommend others buying this phone.I will come back to update this review after using the phone few months.
