Computer runs perfectly smooth. I have 2 monitors connected hdmi and vga ports, no problem whatsoever. (3 screens simultaneously with no problem) When I see bad reviews I guess they got a lemon or they are expecting too much. As for bad reviews with software problems, well that sounds like computer illiterates and has nothing to do with the quality of the computer. Great deal, do not think it can be beat. I bought it because I needed a fast system to build my code but this hangs even on Google Chrome (3 tabs). The worst thing about this laptop is you can only install Windows 10 operating system in it. HP doesn’t provide support for any other OS. I tried to install Linux (Ubuntu 18.04) in it but guess what it does not support system architecture of this laptop. They don’t even mention system architecture of any laptop list here. It has an i586 architecture which was developed in the year 1993. The latest Intel-based system architecture is i786 which you might not even find on Amazon or any online store.People get confused with 8th gen stuff which is nothing more than a hoax. You might find some reviews saying this is a very good laptop at this price range, breaking news they are wrong or they don’t even know what they are talking about. I have given my experience on this product now it’s your choice to buy this product or not.

Honest Review after using 3 months.I am Digital Marketer by profession and I need machine which can easily handle my heavy excel file and data work. I found this laptop good but still it is not at my level. If only accessing file, mails, PPT etc is concerned then it is the best laptop at this price range.I also have issue with the mouse pad, as the mouse which is coming up with this model is basic touchpad and not a multi touch pad.Rest everything is good.

1. Warranty status shows as already 5 months out. Only 7 months left in warranty. I have raised a dispute, yet to know the decision2. Takes ages to boot up and windows 10 is simply dead slow. Click on an icon, go have a tea and come back. You have still time to take a pee too.3. Display is too bright even at 30% brightness. Very low color saturation. You will hate seeing your photos on the screen4. No complaints on sound quality5. Has office 2016 preinstalled6. Intel HD graphics 620 and Nvidia Geforce

It took about 1 hour to setup itself it failed at multiple points during setup of windows itself after starting it froze immediately i waited for 2 hours then hoping it will recover from crash but it didn’t so i force restated after which it start repairing disk it went in for another 2 hours then i restarted again at this point it only showed blank screen. I guess tge problem with my unit is its hard drive got damaged in shipping.

battery is only 4025Mah, no way in hell it will run for more than 3 hours… where its mentioned 7-9 hours of back=up. Rest of the laptop is good.

I purchased this leptop under 34k in freedom sale , which contains 256gb SSD 8gb ram and Intel hd 620 graphics which makes this Laptops l awesome.. only one problem is that, I don’t know how to partitions c drive without formatting.

Worst laptop.Display quality is very poor.You will not get all colors.Suppose you will select red but it will display like maroon.You can compare the same with your mobile.I returned it twice considered it could be one of defective piece but every time I faced same problem.Hence later purchased Acer laptop and very happy with performance and display.Please please do not go with this laptop considering cheaper product..

Now it’s been a month I am using this laptop, and I am really impressed with the performance..Yes surely AMD Radeon 520 isn’t enough for gaming but games like CS GO , GTA 5 , Fifa 18 , etc. works really well and get an average of 80 FPS at 1080p medium settings..Really worth it..

For 40k bucks you can not beat this deal. I haven’t even installed the ssd yet. Running off the original hard drive. Works perfect. Little slow to load windows, but wakes from sleep in a second. Computer runs perfectly smooth. I have 2 monitors connected hdmi and vga ports, no problem whatsoever. (3 screens simultaneously with no problem) When I see bad reviews I guess they got a lemon or they are expecting too much. As for bad reviews with software problems, well that sounds like computer illiterates and has nothing to do with the quality of the computer. Great deal, do not think it can be beat. It is the best product to buy in this range. I have bought this laptop because of 8gb ram and 2gb graphics. I have bought at the cost of 33,104rs. only.

1. Warranty status shows as already 5 months out. Only 7 months left in warranty. I have raised a dispute, yet to know the decision2. Takes ages to boot up and windows 10 is simply dead slow. Click on an icon, go have a tea and come back. You have still time to take a pee too.3. Display is too bright even at 30% brightness. Very low color saturation. You will hate seeing your photos on the screen4. No complaints on sound quality5. Has office 2016 preinstalled6. Intel HD graphics 620 and Nvidia Geforce

It took about 1 hour to setup itself it failed at multiple points during setup of windows itself after starting it froze immediately i waited for 2 hours then hoping it will recover from crash but it didn’t so i force restated after which it start repairing disk it went in for another 2 hours then i restarted again at this point it only showed blank screen. I guess tge problem with my unit is its hard drive got damaged in shipping.

I wanted to buy a laptop with 16 GB RAM and fast SSD. You usually dont get that config in this price range, You need to shell out like 75k plus to get that config. So i did lot of research and found out that only HP gives M.2 slot in this price range, which can be used to insert SSD and you can keep the existing HD as well. So i have upgraded my machine with these two new additions.Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMMSamsung 970 Evo Series – 250GB PCIE NVME – M.2 Internal SSDYou usually dont get that info on product description. I had to refer laptop manuals to make sure that this laptop has M.2 slot.FYI – All HP laptop with ds00XXX series has M.2 slot.

Pros: Premium look + took 2 to 4 minutes initial boot time but later on drop to 1 minute that’s fine. + speaker quality is good + opened multiple tabs but didn’t hang once obviously becz of 8GB ram it has. + Got Windows 10 installed & easy steps to install drivers. + Graphics are good + charge 100% within 2 hours.Cons: Build quality is not Good (Getting scratches) + sometimes Touchpad doesn’t work + MS office 30 days trial only + battery last for 3.5 hours with normal usage with 60% brightness.Overall find value for money. paid online on 11oct,2018 got 10% cashback as well.bought at Net Rs. 47k can definitely recommend to others .

Overall, this is a brilliant laptop. It’s mainly for those who need a thin and light laptop for work. Boot times are phenomenal, the screen is above average (although a little on the ‘dimmer’ side). The 8th generation Core i5-8250U is a true quad core with 2 threads per core. In short, performance has never been so good especially for an ULV chip like this. The laptop is light, compact, well built and fast. I’ve summarised the advantages and disadvantages below :-Advantages :-1) Excellent performance2) Light and easy to carry3) Fingerprint sensor is extremely fast and accurate4) A laptop that’s built to last5) Dell support – I had an issue with MS Office 2016 activation and called Dell. They contacted Microsoft and the issue was resolved immediately.6) Backlit keyboard. Well designed keys.7) Comes preinstalled with lifetime subscription of MS Office 2016 Home & Student as well as 15 month subscription of McAfee Antivirus.Disadvantages1) Battery life could have been better. I get about 5-6 hours on average.2) Not a good option for gamers – This goes without saying, although the CPU is good enough for most games, the iGPU isn’t. This laptop simply isn’t meant for playing AAA titles and other graphics intensive tasks like video editing.3) Thermal design system – Although I haven’t faced any issues yet, the exterior design for cooling system seems flawed. There’s only one vent on the bottom of the laptop. This means that using the laptop on a bed (or anything that blocks this vent) will definitely cause the laptop to overheat.

Laptop is nice. It is compact with very good build quality and nice look. Laptop is fast. Booting is quick. Smooth operation. Battery backup is average. Positioning of audio jack is not at comfortable place. But we can’t complain much because there are always design trade offs. Audio is loud enough.We get trial version of Microsoft office Out of the box. But don’t worry. We can activate the full version by logging into Microsoft account.Regarding cash back: at the time of purchase they promised 1750 instant discount and 4250 cashback from HDFC. I got instant discount but didn’t receive cash back.they told that I would get the cash back by step 19th. This is 20th September. I got only message that cashback credited but not the cashback.But i got 3000 amazon cashback offered immediately after the product is shipped.I got Rs.3859/- from HDFC on 20 the SEP AN after lodging complaint with HDFC customer care. So the effective price of laptop with HDFC & Amazon pay offer is 51.5k
