1.From the beginning, the computer kept rebooting and the cursor got stuck,first every 5mins and then every one minute, so frequently that after seeing the logo HP the screen would flicker and computer start rebooting immediately.The cycle would go on for couple of times, then the window says Windows Not Properly Installed. Options given below: Advanced troubleshooting and Shut Down The computer came with windows installed,but from day1, it’s been saying Windows not properly installed and rebooting and the screen flickering.2. The specifications before buying said With MS Office installed, and when you open and check you find subscription is for only 30days.3. Graphics are poor when it’s supposed to be a full HD computer.4. I have lost all trust on electronic products bought from Amazon. You should have an option for Return not just Exchange or give a free troubleshooting service.Even though I have bought an extended warranty, I don’t have the time to wait and call for service every few days.

The name and quality of HP, 1 TB HDD, 4 gb RAM, latest 9th generation A9-9125 processor, 5 hrs. battery back up, fast speed (2.30 GHz of 9th gen. processor i.e. of today is equal to 3.5 GHz of the competition). Very good for multi-tasking etc. At the same time do not make the mistake of thinking it has similar capabilities to that of gaming laptops. For below 21K this is best and cheapest laptop you can buy.

This is a super fast machine. It’s my second day with this one and I have loaded it with Photoshop and video editing softwares. Tried running all of them together and everything was super smooth. Display is FHD but non-IPS.

Comes in a good packaging. Surprisingly no bubble wraps. But box and product had no damage.Comes with windows 10 preinstalled. Have to restart few times for initial updates. As many buyers have reported windows activation is not there. Dont panic. Just click on troubleshoot below the activation. Windows will be activated.Now before you start enjoying the laptop please do not forget to register the product. Otherwise you wont have warranty. There is no warranty card in the box. It is online process.Then do not forget to register for the software freebies which come with your registration benefits.It works quite fast as expected out of the box. As we know from the specs it’s supposed to be quite a beast in performance. Let’s hope it lasts me 5 or more years without issues.Dont have much pros and cons. Barely got my hands on the product. Will update after some usage.Important: some people complaining that charging port not working. Actually it might be issue with windows update. The sizing of this Amazon laptop sleeve is totally incorrect. I ordered 15.5inches sleeve for my 15inch laptop and I got this 18inches laptop sleeve, which is way too big. I sent it back for exchange thinking they have dispatched the wrong size. But, even after exchange I got the same piece with exactly same measurements. Which means you have to order 3 inches smaller than the actual laptop size. This sleeve is huge… I can use this as my weekender… Sizing gone wrong totally. Wasted my time.

I have kind of become a fan a Amazon Basics products now. Though I find the durability of their products a bit unsatisfactory at times, the fact I like about them is they are value for money products. It is like they have understood the mindset of the Indian customer and have brought in affordable products which are competitively priced with fairly decent quality. But this is just my opinion. Coming back to this product itself, I bought this 7inch tablet sleeve for my newly acquired Kindle Oasis. There was no good cover I could find for the Oasis and hence decided to go in for a tablet sleeve. While browsing for tablet sleeves I came across this one from Amazon Basics and didn’t think twice before ordering it. It’s been a few days since I received this product and it is doing it’s job of protecting my Kindle. So far so good and I have no reason to complain about the product.

First of all this laptop is powered by Ryzen 7 which is just perfect for CPU dedicated tasks. Gaming experience is way too amazing on this little beast with GTX 1660ti you can play games on Ultra Settings.This laptop has got 60hz screen which is enough for gaming. And it’s best for photo and video editing stuffs all the adobe software runs perfectly on this.It has 8gb of ram by default which is upgradable upto 32 GB .I upgraded my ram to 16gb by paying extra 2k which is just fine.Just go for it because HP finally got it right.

They are fooling us by giving i3 8th gen But its motherboard does not supports it. And it stucks at its base frequency.But now they have fixed it by BIOS update, but still it has some issues with 1903 windows 10 update.

Paying 10k extra just for that screen is a complete waste of money so just go for 505dy instead.Both these laptops, the 505 as well as the 705 are online exclusive products so you won’t be getting these in the offline shops, believe me, I called up many and have already tried that. You can get the 504, etc, but not these two laptops.For those who are skeptical about buying electronics online, it doesn’t matter. Buying online is just as good as offline. However, you should trust third party websites, trust only verified sellers in Amazon. Offline you do get some price off but since this is an online only product, go for it. Don’t hesitate. Otherwise why would I spend such a long time writing so much, lol.Anyway, so this laptop was launched back in CES 2019 (An international event for tech enthusiasts) and it features the latest 12nm (nanometer) chip from Ryzen which is the 3550h (Fun Fact for your GK – h processors are better than u processors)The 3550h is slightly better if not equal to the 8th gen i5 8300hThe processor has Vega 8 integrated graphics which is itself a very impressive thing, a bit unnecessary since you will already get a dedicated GPU but why not.So the processor is really good, and powerful. More than enough for gaming and suitable for productivity.Now the GPU, it is the RX560x which is similar to the 1050ti, I’ve only played GTA5 so far and it runs like a dream. 1080p high at a constant frame rate range of 55-60 fpsNOTE : Always plug your charger while gaming, otherwise your game will not run smoothly at all. GTA5 without charger dips to 8,9,12, fps with content stuttering. Basically, it’s a nightmare.Don’t think of this as a problem, it’s a norm for gaming laptops. They are designed to behave like a PC so that’s why they need constant power for heavy work.There’s also a very important tip which is the most important thing about this review, I haven’t seen anyone note that point that’s why I was saying that all the other reviews are useless. The 6.5mm thing bezels are so sharp and it’s really surprising to see such slim bezels in a budget laptops coz slim bezels are usually only found in high end laptops.I compared this laptop with my friend’s 1.3lakh MSI in build and design, the bezels on this are considerably thinner which not only is much more pleasing aesthetically but also makes your screen feel much larger than it is.There is no SSD in this but only a 1TB HDDNOTE : Only the US version has the SSHD (Solid State Hybrid Drive) which is in short, better than a HDD since the hybrid drives mimics the intel optane design. Google it is you want to know more about it.You can install an SSD but it has to be an m.2 NVME one, you cannot use the m.2 SATA which might be bad news for some since NVME are quite expensive and much faster than SATA.At first I though, the 1TB HDD will be a bottleneck for this laptop but it’s not as bad as one might think. The laptop takes about a minute to boot and even after completing the entire game, GTA5 takes around 2 minutes to load. Pretty decent honestly.The ram is 8GB DDR4 2666MHZ not 2400MHZ, which is a good thing since obviously 2666 is faster than 2400 (you can do the math, lol), to take advantage of the CPU I do recommend adding another 2666MHZ ram to it since Ryzen really performs considerably better with Dual-Channel memory. You can upgrade it up to 32GB but for that you need to buy 2 sticks of 16GB which is make your already present 8GB useless, honestly for this CPU and GPU, 16GB is enough so just buy another 8GB of 2666MHZ DDR4 stick for Dual-Channel.There is no disk drive, which is fine since no one really uses those anymore. If you really need one, buy the USB portable ones (available on Amazon as well)I also ran Witcher 3 and it runs like a dream, I get 30FPS (while not charging) and 45-55FPS (while charging) 1080p HighBatman Arkham Knight gives me 60FPS (while charging) 1080p HighSo basically, always keep the laptop plugged while gaming!Note, the adapter can get very hot, like extremely hot, there have been times when I literally had to place a cold water bottle on top of the adapter to cool it down a bit. The laptop gets reasonably warm while gaming but the turbo cooling fans keep the laptop cool but since there is no method of cooling for the charger adapter whatsoever, the extreme hearing worries me sometimes.Now the final part, the drivers. So every GPU has drivers for it, different GPU’s require different drivers to be installed on your computer. Now, drivers are basically software which links your computer to your GPU and helps it recognize and better run the hardware. The driver for the Radeon cards and also for this 560x is the AMD Radeon Adrenaline and it didn’t come pre installed on this laptop which they should’ve done. Anyway, it’s easily and readily available on its website and the UI of the website is also pretty handy so you won’t have trouble finding and installing it.Why it’s so important, if you don’t use your dedicated GPU (560x) for say 20-30mins after you switch your laptop on, it stops recognizing it and it just disappears from both Adrenaline as well as Device Manager>Display Adapters. I thought getting the proper updated drivers would fix this problem but it didn’t. This problem is also acknowledged in Austin Evan’s review video of this laptop. At this point the laptop only shows the Vega 8 (Integraded CPU Graphics) as the only one existing and every game you run will use that making your 560x redundant.To fix this, simply restart your laptop. There is no other way to fix it apparently. I always have to cross-check if it’s still reading the 560x before running any game which can get a little repetitive and annoying after sometime.Anyway, feel free to ask any questions if you’d like!Edit (after 4 months of usage) – AMD has finally fixed the driver disappearing issue so that’s a relief. Otherwise the laptop is fine. I love the Night mode of the new Windows update. Also, I don’t know if I mentioned this above in my super lengthy review above but the Red Backlight of the Space Bar in particular doesn’t light up, don’t panic, it’s not a defect. It’s just made that way. Space Bar doesn’t have a Backlight to begin with which is a bit weird but fine. I was also facing regular rebooting issues with my laptop but the latest windows updates have really fine tuned all the flaws so yay! So basically, make sure you update all the 3 things when you but it, The Standard Windows Update, AMD Radeon Adrenaline Driver (which you would need to download so make sure you get the latest one) and finally, Update the pre-existing Vega 8 Driver from Device Manager>Display Adapters

If you really need one, buy the USB portable ones (available on Amazon as well)I also ran Witcher 3 and it runs like a dream, I get 30FPS (while not charging) and 45-55FPS (while charging) 1080p HighBatman Arkham Knight gives me 60FPS (while charging) 1080p HighSo basically, always keep the laptop plugged while gaming!Note, the adapter can get very hot, like extremely hot, there have been times when I literally had to place a cold water bottle on top of the adapter to cool it down a bit. The laptop gets reasonably warm while gaming but the turbo cooling fans keep the laptop cool but since there is no method of cooling for the charger adapter whatsoever, the extreme hearing worries me sometimes.Now the final part, the drivers. So every GPU has drivers for it, different GPU’s require different drivers to be installed on your computer. Now, drivers are basically software which links your computer to your GPU and helps it recognize and better run the hardware. The driver for the Radeon cards and also for this 560x is the AMD Radeon Adrenaline and it didn’t come pre installed on this laptop which they should’ve done. Anyway, it’s easily and readily available on its website and the UI of the website is also pretty handy so you won’t have trouble finding and installing it.Why it’s so important, if you don’t use your dedicated GPU (560x) for say 20-30mins after you switch your laptop on, it stops recognizing it and it just disappears from both Adrenaline as well as Device Manager>Display Adapters. I thought getting the proper updated drivers would fix this problem but it didn’t. This problem is also acknowledged in Austin Evan’s review video of this laptop. At this point the laptop only shows the Vega 8 (Integraded CPU Graphics) as the only one existing and every game you run will use that making your 560x redundant.To fix this, simply restart your laptop. There is no other way to fix it apparently. I always have to cross-check if it’s still reading the 560x before running any game which can get a little repetitive and annoying after sometime.Anyway, feel free to ask any questions if you’d like!Edit (after 4 months of usage) – AMD has finally fixed the driver disappearing issue so that’s a relief. Otherwise the laptop is fine. I love the Night mode of the new Windows update. Also, I don’t know if I mentioned this above in my super lengthy review above but the Red Backlight of the Space Bar in particular doesn’t light up, don’t panic, it’s not a defect. It’s just made that way. Space Bar doesn’t have a Backlight to begin with which is a bit weird but fine. I was also facing regular rebooting issues with my laptop but the latest windows updates have really fine tuned all the flaws so yay! So basically, make sure you update all the 3 things when you but it, The Standard Windows Update, AMD Radeon Adrenaline Driver (which you would need to download so make sure you get the latest one) and finally, Update the pre-existing Vega 8 Driver from Device Manager>Display Adapters

First of all this laptop is powered by Ryzen 7 which is just perfect for CPU dedicated tasks. Gaming experience is way too amazing on this little beast with GTX 1660ti you can play games on Ultra Settings.This laptop has got 60hz screen which is enough for gaming. And it’s best for photo and video editing stuffs all the adobe software runs perfectly on this.It has 8gb of ram by default which is upgradable upto 32 GB .I upgraded my ram to 16gb by paying extra 2k which is just fine.Just go for it because HP finally got it right.

They are fooling us by giving i3 8th gen But its motherboard does not supports it. And it stucks at its base frequency.But now they have fixed it by BIOS update, but still it has some issues with 1903 windows 10 update.

Otherwise why would I spend such a long time writing so much, lol.Anyway, so this laptop was launched back in CES 2019 (An international event for tech enthusiasts) and it features the latest 12nm (nanometer) chip from Ryzen which is the 3550h (Fun Fact for your GK – h processors are better than u processors)The 3550h is slightly better if not equal to the 8th gen i5 8300hThe processor has Vega 8 integrated graphics which is itself a very impressive thing, a bit unnecessary since you will already get a dedicated GPU but why not.So the processor is really good, and powerful. More than enough for gaming and suitable for productivity.Now the GPU, it is the RX560x which is similar to the 1050ti, I’ve only played GTA5 so far and it runs like a dream. 1080p high at a constant frame rate range of 55-60 fpsNOTE : Always plug your charger while gaming, otherwise your game will not run smoothly at all. GTA5 without charger dips to 8,9,12, fps with content stuttering. Basically, it’s a nightmare.Don’t think of this as a problem, it’s a norm for gaming laptops. They are designed to behave like a PC so that’s why they need constant power for heavy work.There’s also a very important tip which is the most important thing about this review, I haven’t seen anyone note that point that’s why I was saying that all the other reviews are useless. It’s about the drivers, I will come to it later on, shortly.The battery life is not so good but honestly, its not that bad either. I mean, gaming laptops, even the higher end ones, all of them face this battery issue. So it’s understandable. Luckily this laptop has an excellent Power Saving mode so if you turn it on and switch off the backlit keyboard lights, and turn down the brightness to say, 50% you can easily get 5-6 hours of working hours on this laptop.The build and design is very impressive and the biggest selling point, at least for me was the slim bezels. The 6.5mm thing bezels are so sharp and it’s really surprising to see such slim bezels in a budget laptops coz slim bezels are usually only found in high end laptops.I compared this laptop with my friend’s 1.3lakh MSI in build and design, the bezels on this are considerably thinner which not only is much more pleasing aesthetically but also makes your screen feel much larger than it is.There is no SSD in this but only a 1TB HDDNOTE : Only the US version has the SSHD (Solid State Hybrid Drive) which is in short, better than a HDD since the hybrid drives mimics the intel optane design. Google it is you want to know more about it.You can install an SSD but it has to be an m.2 NVME one, you cannot use the m.2 SATA which might be bad news for some since NVME are quite expensive and much faster than SATA.At first I though, the 1TB HDD will be a bottleneck for this laptop but it’s not as bad as one might think. The laptop takes about a minute to boot and even after completing the entire game, GTA5 takes around 2 minutes to load. Pretty decent honestly.The ram is 8GB DDR4 2666MHZ not 2400MHZ, which is a good thing since obviously 2666 is faster than 2400 (you can do the math, lol), to take advantage of the CPU I do recommend adding another 2666MHZ ram to it since Ryzen really performs considerably better with Dual-Channel memory. You can upgrade it up to 32GB but for that you need to buy 2 sticks of 16GB which is make your already present 8GB useless, honestly for this CPU and GPU, 16GB is enough so just buy another 8GB of 2666MHZ DDR4 stick for Dual-Channel.There is no disk drive, which is fine since no one really uses those anymore. laptop looks good but has multiple draw backs. Wi-fi is not up to the mark. It is failing to detect the SSID even it is with-in 30 to 50 mtrs. Sometimes machine fails to start even after battery has sufficient charging and starts only power cable plug-in.

There is no sound in the laptop even after installing necessary drives.Please suggest solution otherwise I will return the item.

No doubt that x360 is one of the finest looking laptops in this range and no one is going to get disappointed by purchasing it, unless you are really picky with your tech. But just so you know, this is not an all new product, it uses THE body of the previous gen x360, and only the CPU is upgraded to 10th gen. So it comes with the same flaws as the previous gen.Note: The only other option, which comes close to this laptop is this lenovo laptop here amzn.to/2O27WzJ .But it features a full HD display and comes with same office and windows 10 bundle. and yes its SSD.Also at the time of reviewing the product is sold @ 45k-WHAT’S BAD?1) The speaker gets muffled when in tablet mode. So, better placement of speakers would have been nice.2) Upgrading the ram by yourself will void the warranty.3) The pen uses AAAA batteries which are ridiculously expensive and only come in 2 packs. That means by the time you exhaust one battery, the second will expire.4) For an i3, the laptop heats up fairly quickly and the fan stays on the whole time.5) The type c port does not support charging which is a bummer because it makes using a power bank unlikely.6) Display is still not good for a 45k laptop ,the viewing angles could have been better.-WHAT’S GOOD?1) The touch screen is awesome.2) Best use case is for studying and MS Office work.3) The latency of the pen is very less almost on par with the Apple pencil.4) The track pad uses windows precision drivers.5) Speakers are good but only in laptop mode.6) MS office is includeD.7) The laptop is light as a feather and easy to carry. My laptop was at 92% battery and I binge-watched a show for 6 hours without the need to plug in the charger.14) The keyboard is also well-spaced and you can get used to the spacing in a short while. My main work involves typing (content writing) and I didn’t feel any change in my typing speedOverall a great deal, although the display is a deal breaker for me. So if that’s the case with you, please check the lenovo lap I suggested above, it features the same package but with a better display. Using it from 2 months.. no issues till now… Battery backup is excellent… Very powerful due to SSD…only con I can say is flap/screen angle is very limited.. but otherwise this laptop is really best.

Now it’s been a month I am using this laptop, and I am really impressed with the performance..Yes surely AMD Radeon 520 isn’t enough for gaming but games like CS GO , GTA 5 , Fifa 18 , etc. works really well and get an average of 80 FPS at 1080p medium settings..Really worth it..

Beautiful finish but there are some scratches along the edges.. The packing was really good.. No one could ever feel whats inside.. Oh also, the package weighted perfectly fine too.. Thanks #Amazon.. 👍🙂
