Too early to say the life span of this product but it certainly seem to be doing its job. It comes pre-calibrated and all you have to do is follow the instruction manual that comes with. The packaging is neat (comes with a cover), so one can carry it around without worrying for any damage, etc.

Not satisfied with warranty & service its having problem with device these people telling that the warranty only for electronic parts u have to pay Rs. 350 /- for visiting of their service person.. What is the reason..Product parts and body (cheap plastic) are made of very cheap material but I came to know about this part when the technician has visited my place to install the product. The technician was also very rude tried call the number 8468999903 given in Amazon and they are not responding to phone call.

i ordered the product on march and i received on 27th march. When i called to RK service center for installation, he replied there is no availabilityR.K. Then i asked: Why you sold your product in my location (532213). He suggested you can install any local technician. Warranty will be applicable to your product. I called local technician and installed and i paid rs. 400 to him.Initially functioned well. After 45 days pure water is not coming only waste water is coming from its out point, then i called the technician, who installed it. He told that that main cramp is not functioning that’s why you are not getting water and its cost is rs. 2500. You can contact to the manufacturer he may replace because it may be covering one year warranty. and he charged rs 350 for nothing.Today i called to the RK Service center 1800 313 3660 no response….. whole day is the motor is running i am getting only two lt, of water

Prior to buying this I had a generic Rs 200 TDS meter. It worked well for 1 1/2 years but it’s battery recently went dead. I inquired at numerous watch shops to get the battery but failed to acquire. No watch shops kept that sort of odd battery.I became very frustrated and was forced to buy a new TDS meter. This time after much research I chose this TDS meter even though it is very expensive as compared to the other generic TDS meters sold on amazon. The reason was simple. I did not want to discard this TDS meter like my previous one once the battery goes off.Basically the best part about this TDS meter is it uses CR2032 battery (the one that you can find in your computer cabinet as well – popularly known as CMOS battery) and easily available at any shop for Rs 15-20.The meter has a fancy temperature reporting as well. Honestly it is useless for me. I am not sure why would one want to measure temperature of the water but the seller has decided to offer as he is charging a premium price for this :PAnother thing the case supplied is of plastic. The case could have been better with a artificial leather case or a cloth case as my previous TDS meter had.Anyways, buy with confidence!If my review is helpful, please consider helping others as well by hitting helpful 👍 button. Product seems to be genuine and working as expected. However the accuracy can be confirmed only when I take a reading at the same time as the water purifier service technician. That part is still pending. But anyway, so far I am satisfied. If anyone wants to try out a cheap TDS water meter, this can be given a try for sure. Thank you Amazon.

Guys…good thing at this price …Local store are selling it at 300…From this i could know my tap water TDS is 370 and after RO is just 30.Easy to use ..just press the on button and let the two electrod touch water …it gives you the Digit….Temp button also tells the temprature…And Delivery was on time…packaging was good ….thanks Amazon…

I was initially in doubt while choosing this product. All available TDS meters are almosy same in 200 INR price range. When it arrived , quality exceeded my expectations. It works fast & accuracy is up to mark. I have tested it on water from 25 TDS to 1350 TDS!Choose this one if you are in confusion.

Basic TDS meter with thermometer to read water temperature. Has a nice hard plastic body with digital display. It also has a clip-on carrying case. Unless you need some really complicated and advanced stuff, this is good and affordable for basic reading of water TDS. 👌SUPERB in Budget very handy and simple…

If I am paying more I expect quality, look etc as the major factors to buy. This is pure conning. Misguiding picture.

It’s a fake product, as it gives any ambiguous value to the water tested. Test is few times and the readings of the same water would differ from over 100 points.Not surprising that it is showing readings of aquaguard filtered water worse than bore water with iron.
