the product is not good. the print quality is pathetic. dear amazon, i had bought this product in FEB 2018 with one year onsite warranty. 1) its shows expired on HP’s gites against the serial numbers. 2) trying to connect with HP services for last 3 days, unfortunately its very very difficult. they never call back..

Printer came alright. Shipping and delivery was excellent. It was packed well. Came with defected catradges but 2 calls to HP the Technecian arrived the next day.! Installation isn’t as easy. You have to let the ink prime for an hour. Its best to just call HP. Prints brilliantly the colours have perfect saturation. The blacks are nice and deep. One word of caution you need to print a page once in two or three days to prevent the ink drying out. So its best to only buy this if you have alot of printing to do on a daily basis.

Love the printer so far! Easy installation by myself only and printing is so smooth! Loved the fact that it gives so much output and we just have to refill the tank. Much better than costly cartridges!!!!
nice product, no maintenace required. I am using it since 2017 jan and i have not refilled the ink ( get 100 pages per month printed). but we need to keep printing every 2 weeks otherwise heads dries and we have to clean them
First I want to share experience which I gained in this that Amazon service is fabulous, cooperative and consumer friendly. The support in which way they provided me in replacing the package was very prompt and good. Now come to the product …..the poduct is very good. I had heard from friends that print quality is compairably not so good….but after using this printer I can say they were wrong. One think I noticed that there is some problem in connecting Android mobile through OTG if you want to take print outs directly from mobile. I am not sure whether it will work or not .

Issue #1) The Magenta ink doesnt work anymore, as a result all color pictures have a weird Green tint. I printed a test pattern with each color and confirmed Magenta isnt working, while the tank is 3/4 full.Issue #2) I printed a PDF file of 20 pages and the print was interrupted midway due to lack of paper in the printer. I did load more than enough but the printer has difficulty in pulling just one sheet out of a big bunch, hence it just spat out a bunch of plain papers without any print. When I reloaded and restarted the printing (instead of resuming), it got confused and started to print two pages on the same side on opposite directions. I guess someone missed to test this scenario in whatever the firmware is running this printer. Also I do loosen up the papers before loading to avoid multiple papers being pulled in at the same time.I have called in for service. Lets see what they have to say.
The print with ESPON premium glossy settings takes around 3-5 minutes but the quality is just awesome almost very close to studio quality. I am using this printer for my business purpose especially for High glossy photos.
