Hd resolution, keyboard lights, antivirus 1.5yrs, office 1 yr 2016, dropbox 20gb free.3. Touchpad is smooth, only little to left.4. 2TB HD is awesome. Can store wtever you want.5. Speaker is average, below the system. Gives echo effect.Cons:1. Not good for games like crysis, far cry5, gta unless you upgrade your ram. Please use 2133mhz ddr4 sodimm laptop ram only. Preffered 8gb.2. Bootup time is more.3. AMD 2gb graphics IS good.4. Virtual os real slow on partition.5. Heat dessipator is below, so heating issues.Overall its average, not meant for gaming and development with heavy softwares. Unless u upgrade ur RAM. Hope this helps.

I bought this laptop on 28 Feb 2018 as a gift for my mother. Within 2.5 months, the laptop stopped working. Upon contacting Dell, we come to know that the parts are damaged by water. And this has happened without us dropping any water or storing it in adverse conditions. Amazon, after a point, refused to even ACKNOWLEDGE the problem and Dell claims that the warranty will not cover it. It is evident that the parts were faulty before being shipped and the problem is either from Amazon or Dell’s end (somewhere in the supply chain due to faulty storage methods or other reasons). Apalled by the awful customer service and faulty products. I am never buying any electronics from Amazon again and I strongly urge you to reconsider if you are thinking of buying this laptop since there is no support from either Amazon or Dell. Go for HP instead.

Considering the Price Tag of Rs 60 990 /- with Specs -3.1GHz Intel Core i5-7200U processor8GB DDR4 RAM2TB hard drive15.6-inch screenwith Graphic card AMD Radeon R7 M445 Graphics of 2017Advise -I would advise all to skip this laptop as the graphic card is older and it not worth for gaming / graphics work . Nvidia card atleast GT 940MX would have been better .Also 2 GB hardisk is very good but , its 2018 and indian people would like to see SSD in laptop when investing 60000 Rs in laptop machinenowadays atleast 1060 -1080 Nvidia GTX cards are must to survive good gaming with a budget of 60000Look for other alternatives with SSD and good Nvidia card atleast . Also FHD display and backlit keyboard————————-I am not saying this card is bad , it can run major games but will have to compromise performance considering the weaker card of AMD , keeping in mind this is not VEGA SERIES CARD .

Got a great deal, performance well, still costs cheaperfter upgrading to ssd, now need to upgrade to 8gb ram

Worst thing happend… Amazon deliverd this product which was refurbished… Battery was not working good.. Performance was poor and they are not returning money also.. Dont trust

That’s why I preferred Dell again this model also looks good , good build quality ,core i3 7th gen, FHD display , 4gb RAM and 1TB hardisk good specs at this price range. It’s been 2 weeks I’m using it, so far everything looks good. Intially boot speed bit slow, I removed all Dell preinstalled applications boot speed significantly improved. Not heating up much this is best laptop for home use (not for multi media and games).if you need good performance then upgrade RAM with another 4GB and an SSD as this laptop comes with 2 RAM modules and M.2 NVME SSD slot. This laptop comes with liscenced versions of Windows 10 home version , Office 2019 home & student version and McAfee antivirus application (15 months) as preinstalled.

Please note that I got this laptop (Dell Inspiron 5567)13th Oct but till now (22Oct) I am unable to use it as there is some problem in M.S office which is factory installed. M.S office is not being activated and there had been four sessions between Dell and Microsoft to resolve this problem of M.S office activation, the Case no. of latest session is 1000194105. As you are the seller and to whom I paid my money I want you to take it up with Dell or Microsoft to resolve this problem. I can wait only another two days to let you resolve this problem and make the purchased laptop fully functional else you must take it back and refund my full payment. Windows activated but MS office not activated…. Nobody responded till date….

physically it looks good but I don’t know whether the configurations and inside buildup are authentic because it doesn’t work properly sometimes and even get hung. This kind of functional failure is not supposed to have occurred in such a latest configured and powerful machine. I would prefer to buy this kind of stuff from an authentic website like Dell official site.

I bought this laptop on 28 Feb 2018 as a gift for my mother. Within 2.5 months, the laptop stopped working. Upon contacting Dell, we come to know that the parts are damaged by water. With good configuration, the laptop is worth the price. It comes with McAfee 1 year subscription. It has been almost 1 month I have been using it.No major issues I have observed. The screen used to blinks that was solved by Dell Support guy by updating BIOS. Also, for MS Office Home and Student 2016, you first get 1 month trial period which you can extend for life time with Dell Support. They do by syncing your Microsoft credentials with the help of Microsoft support representative.Sound is really good. Keypad along with back -it is amazing.

I bought this for 53499 and as soon as I bought it , it went down to 49499I am sooo disappointed

Good product. But one problem is there in description about processor that, processor speed is 3.1 GHz but actually it was turbo bust up to 3.1GHz. At leptop properties shown 2.5GHz processor speed.

The specification was processor of 3.1 and i received 2.3 so please that is one of the things that prompted me to buy the product. I can say am disappointed.

With all the performance, came the thermal issues which a lot of people are talking about.It was placed on a laptop cooling pad before it burnt down, it gave out flames(Very violent flames out of the battery pack) from every opening that it had and even after all of it Dell has the audacity to say and I quote “It seems your product is out of warranty, it is not eligible for a replacement”After posting it on reddit , getting people to talk about it and almost filing a lawsuit against Dell, did they offer me a refurbished unit…after all the danger it put me under.But the way they reacted confirmed, they’re pretty cheap, trying to blame me for it even when they didn’t evaluate the situation (first conversation I had with them).

Good and working well.Pros:starts in 3 seconds.Finger print sensor.Touch works well, DELL active pen is also writing well.Backlit Light.It’s Intel UHD 620 Graphics (not HD Graphics as mentioned in description )512 GB SSD ( available 426 GB ) good for programmers.Full HD Screen. ( not like hp only HD screens)Extra slot is available for another 512 GB SSD or 1 TB Hard Drive. You can upgrade it by yourself.Extra slot is available for another RAM, I added 8 BG more ( so total is 12 GB with me now )All software works well.Cons:Volume is little low for some youtube videos. I had to buy 1000 rupee Bluetooth speaker.Laptop case for safety is very important, laptop can broke if it gets shock. If using backpack make sure there is stuffing in the base of bag to absorb shock.It’s Chinese laptop, like all other brands, there is no laptop made in India available.Possibly for made in India you would need assembled PC.So buy cheap and use for longer period of time.If laptop brakes down only give it to authorized dealer for repair. Don’t take any chance with local laptop repair shop. they will destroy motherboard and ruin everything in laptop. I already faced it, my Samsung laptop is dumped now because I didn’t go to authorized dealer.RAM and Hard disk you can get upgraded from local laptop repair shop, that’s easy for those duffers.Important:make a USB backup of windows, or you will have to pay good money if windows crashes.Google inspiron-14-5482-2-in-1-laptop_users-guide_en-us.pdf.This PDF will give you details on this product and USB backup.Active DELL Pen is 15,000 rupees if you buy from outside, so don’t spoil it.Buy a Laptop case with Pen holder.
