It takes ages for any folder to open, even more when it comes to the browser. By the time you reboot, you can watch an entire half of a football game. I never expected this from Dell. Received laptop on 26th October2018 , after trying to installing windows on it the screen was coming totally blank, call customer care to exchange the product as it is defective one they told me send there engineer , but as my product is in replacement mode they are not doing it in fact appoint engineer on 31st October 2018.i paid my hard earn money for useful product not for defective pcs don’t buy any Dell products online.Let’s see what’s to come .

The laptop is not able to run windows 10. I need to delete it and again I have install windows 7 and antiivirus which is cost 2000 rupees minimum. Please don’t buy.

My previous laptop also from Dell Inspiron series , I used it for 11 years, still running, excellent quality ,no major repair during it’s life except fan change,excellent build quality. That’s why I preferred Dell again this model also looks good , good build quality ,core i3 7th gen, FHD display , 4gb RAM and 1TB hardisk good specs at this price range. It’s been 2 weeks I’m using it, so far everything looks good. Intially boot speed bit slow, I removed all Dell preinstalled applications boot speed significantly improved. Not heating up much this is best laptop for home use (not for multi media and games).if you need good performance then upgrade RAM with another 4GB and an SSD as this laptop comes with 2 RAM modules and M.2 NVME SSD slot. This laptop comes with liscenced versions of Windows 10 home version , Office 2019 home & student version and McAfee antivirus application (15 months) as preinstalled.

One of the best laptop under 30K..Guys my “Honest” review after 1 month use of the laptop.. Don’t expect speed processing because it’s i3 (7th generation).. It’s absolutely fine with day to day work. It’s anti glare display is fine enough it’s HD not FHD little bit compromise here.. At first week it’s working little bit slow because major updates are going on background after that it’s working absolutely fine.. Not recommend to gamers.. Over all Laptop is best for those who do day to day work like social media and browsing and gaming too but not heavy graphics game..I am using it for office and until now nice experience.. Dell services never disappoint you..

Don’t buy this product it’s slow like an snail. Hopeless laptop, quality is low too. Did not except an product like this from DELL.

CONS:1. It is too sluggish. So even with stock factory version, with not one extra program installed, it is currently operating at 85% memory after all updates. I am assuming AMD processor is the reason.2. NO OFFICE. They just installed a dummy trial version. I am surprised that did not figure in any reviews which I had checked before buying.3. Actually at 20k I was not expecting much. It is rather bulky but decent keyboard etc. Decent display. The one thing that does not work is it literally goes into meditation every time you need to open a new program such as excel etc.4. The process to return it was too long. I had to literally call Amazon for 30 days to return the product. I had to install all Windows and Dell updates, and then call back. The updates had no significant impact on performance of the computer.5. I am in the cycle where a technician has been scheduled to visit me. The technician typically will have a look to see if everything is fine. Most likely I may not be able to return the product. Will update if I am able to.PROS:Lookwise seems okay for 20k. The body is great. Cant say the same about brains.

They are fooling us by giving i3 8th gen But its motherboard does not supports it. And it stucks at its base frequency.But now they have fixed it by BIOS update, but still it has some issues with 1903 windows 10 update.

Windows activated but MS office not activated…. Nobody responded till date….

physically it looks good but I don’t know whether the configurations and inside buildup are authentic because it doesn’t work properly sometimes and even get hung. This kind of functional failure is not supposed to have occurred in such a latest configured and powerful machine. I would prefer to buy this kind of stuff from an authentic website like Dell official site.

Window 10 is very slow on 4GB RAM. There should provide options to customize to increase RAM or select windows options..that is restriction..

The office is office online and it took a bit of time to understand and authenticate as each component needed to be done online. the other problem was cashback as it was later on added to my amazon account instead of being instant as advertised( I am very happy that I got it). It is a excellent peice at that price range and i bought it after researching for 2 days (it was very urgent). I am happy with it and the delivery.

Delivery time was good, delivered when stated. The laptop is good looking, the touch screen is good and battery life great. The computer is fast. I bought it for school and it has all the specs I wanted. The only disappointing thing is that it came in S mode, therefore i cannot download anything, it also did not come with Word, Excell or powerpoint which i need for school. A friend of mine said he can help with taking the system out of S mode and download the programs i need.Update- The laptop is out of S mode and I can download the programs I need. The laptop is still working great. Am happy with my purchase.

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing this laptop. Mine will not boot up properly after two weeks of working. I’m on with Dell right now. I have an error telling me the hard drive is not installed. I have 2 warranty options, one is $229 and one is $269. I can do a one time fix for $139 right now which is what I’m going to do. I was told be Dell that this laptop is one year and 166 days old and out of warranty. I’m traveling this week and I need my laptop working properly. I am going to buy through Dell directly. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. This laptop is being returned at the end of this week.
