Its not exactly as shown in the product description… Its recently produced but not exactly new as the packaging of this product is old. Have got myself a subscription of this product so got it for 180/-. Slightly disappointed though…😔
This product is definitely not a genuine one. I bought it only because I was already using it and knew the product well. Not only the consistency of the liquid, the colour and fragrance everything is different than original. I feel cheated with a duplicate or refilled version. Never buy!!

1. It hasn’t been long that I have started using this product for my clothes , so there is not much difference in the shine quality of the clothes2. But one can buy this product alone for the fragrance it adds to the clothes . The clothes smell so Gud after using this conditioner3. The reason I gave 3 star instead of 4 star which I want to give for this product is because of the amazon packaging . I had ordered this product as per my amazon pantry product , and the bottle had leaked within the amazon pantry box and resulted in wastage of some of the product
The product quality is good and the fragrance of the clothes after using this is really good.The only problem is that every time I order from Amazon I believe I am receiving less quantity as it is never full and by my estimation, I might be losing 50-75ml.I don’t think this is Amazon’s fault rather the manufacturer’s.Otherwise, the product is good and will last for at least 2 months.Also, the fragrance from the clothes will last for at least 1-2 days(depending on usage).

Don’t think of these as a conditioner. Think of them as a perfume for your clothes———When i was young (early 90s) and my cousins used to come from abroad, i always used to wonder how their clothes smelt so good and fresh. Fast-forward all these years and I had forgotten about it. Only when i recently bought this on a whim did i get reminded of how good it smelt.For whom is it meant:Typically these are used only for washing machines. otherwise it would be wasted. Amongst washing machines i have an old top load and a newer front load. In the top load, there is no middle section for passing additives, and water dissolves the additives and detergent at same time. I hardly got any nice smell using this.Therefore i would say – it is only *useful for front load washing machines with separate additives area.*For what clothes should i use:I use it for all my clothes, since i don’t segregate clothes before putting it in washing machine. But ideally you would want to put it for thinner clothes like shirts and inners rather than pants/jeans where smell is much less.How long will smell last:The initial smell is quiet strong (just after wash). A good amount smell stays till next use or a week. I have seen clothes washed nearly a month having hardly much smell even if not used in between.How long will bottle last:Typically one puts half a capful into the washing machine with one load. That would be about 15-20 ml. The bottle is 860 ml so it should last approximately 45-55 washes.Value for Money:At about Rs 180 that i got this for, it works out to Rs 3.5-4 per wash. Fairly inexpensive.Conclusion: If you have a front load washing machine definitely buy this. You may start feeling good about wearing even old clothes after a wash!

Well I have observed that it make clothes bit smoother but not that much.⏭️⏮️ Fragrance last long? Not really for whole the day but till 6-7 hours.⏭️⏮️ In winter season this product is more effective as that time clothes become rough and smelly. The smell after pouring it in the top loader is awesome, it gives feel that your machine has washed the clothes. ( I never think rotating the clothes is equal to hand wash )However I dont know if the bacterias are killed or prevented as I dont have microsope
I don’t see the purpose of using this product except that it leaves the clothes scented.I did not notice any freshness/ softness.Washing the clothes makes them fresh..come on..Fabric softener should make them soft and maybe protect the threads form getting weak or getting bubbles.This does none of that.It just adds an overly powering perfume to the clothes; which I am not a big fan of.. I have my personal perfume to spray on myself when I go out. I don’t want myself smelling of comfort fabric softener

The product did not meet its expectations. The fragrance is almost null after drying. The original Comfort range is much better.

The product manufacturer has already given a discount of rs 82 from mrp rs 370….so the value of the product is rs 288(see attached picture). Whereas amazon product price is rs 292 (save rs 78). Not sure what happened to that rs 4 ?? Though it is not a very big difference, still they should have priced it at rs 288.

The main concern as a mother I face is a pile of baby laundry which needs utmost care. A good wash washes the impurities but only if it sanitized better, it would definitely be a game changer. And when a friend recommended to use this product, it was like a fresh feeling. The aroma is not strong and the satisfaction of a cloth getting sanitized was what made me feel good. And with a brand household name like that of dettol, one can never go wrong. Just a little amount makes a lot of difference and it’s not harsh on my baby’s skin. Give it a try to believe !!
I ordered this product on trust of brand Dettol but ,I think product is not original its seems fake . The bottle was not sealed and the product was watery.

quantity is only half in both bottles and it is not full and there is no seal of the bottle Actually the bottle should have 1.6 liters each and almost half quantity is missing and if there is seal for the opening it can be good and we can see whether it is tampered or not
Absolutely no fragrance. We have tried this product on 3 different washing machines. We have even tried a different fragrance (garden bouquet) from this manufacturer. Result was the same. No fragrance when used on the clothes.Very disappointed with this manufacturer and their products.
Smells better than Comfort, long lasting fragrance.Need to use a lil bit more per batch of clothes.overall a decent buy!

The product manufacturer has already given a discount of rs 82 from mrp rs 370….so the value of the product is rs 288(see attached picture). Whereas amazon product price is rs 292 (save rs 78). Not sure what happened to that rs 4 ?? Though it is not a very big difference, still they should have priced it at rs 288.
Absolutely no fragrance. We have tried this product on 3 different washing machines. We have even tried a different fragrance (ocean breeze) from this manufacturer. Result was the same. No fragrance when used on the clothes.Very disappointed with this manufacturer and their products.
Go with comfort conditioner only, this discounted product actually a nightmare, cloths are actually stinking instead of giving a pleasant smell, tried putting 2 cups instead of 1 which I used to put when using Comfort but no luck, still, it smells bad.

Bought it during Super Value Day Nov. It was delivered quickly. I had bought two bottles and the moment I lifted it out of delivery box, could feel that one was lighter than the other. Shone a torch and checked the levels, both different and neither bottle was full. I’ve been using this brand for some time and usually buy a few nos in store. They’re always full and always same amount of liquid. Something is wrong here. Definitely would not purchase again.
It doesn’t have a good strong fragrance. Not as strong as the blue color Lavender product.May be it has been diluted @ Amazon seller, not sure.
After watching ads on television 😆 I have decided to buy this product. And i have ordered two bottles.So here I am sharing my experience with this product.⏭️⏮️ I am using this product since last month and I think this product is just for fragrance purpose.⏭️⏮️ Regarding bacteria and all related thing I am not aware whether it does that thing or not because we are not scientists. 😅⏭️⏮️ Makes clothes Smoother or shiner ? Well I have observed that it make clothes bit smoother but not that much.⏭️⏮️ Fragrance last long? Not really for whole the day but till 6-7 hours.⏭️⏮️ In winter season this product is more effective as that time clothes become rough and smelly. The smell after pouring it in the top loader is awesome, it gives feel that your machine has washed the clothes. ( I never think rotating the clothes is equal to hand wash )However I dont know if the bacterias are killed or prevented as I dont have microsope
I don’t see the purpose of using this product except that it leaves the clothes scented.I did not notice any freshness/ softness.Washing the clothes makes them fresh..come on..Fabric softener should make them soft and maybe protect the threads form getting weak or getting bubbles.This does none of that.It just adds an overly powering perfume to the clothes; which I am not a big fan of.. I have my personal perfume to spray on myself when I go out. I don’t want myself smelling of comfort fabric softener
I used it for my baby’s clothes after being suggested by his nanny. I was skeptical about it before I saw the actual reaults. It made his rough double layered cloth nappies soft like anything. I’m impressed. Not suitable for rainy season though as it is not to be rinsed.
Used this product I can’t see any conditioning property. It just smells good I used it for that purpose only
It’s good for baby clothes only not so good for your clothes though. I thought scent will be strong but it’s not.Regular comfort fabric is much better than this one as far as softness and scent is concerned. That regular one is good for baby’s clothes as well. Not so impressed with this one. Just alright product, go for the regular one only.Thank god I didn’t buy that 1.6 litre pack.
Duplicated product. Diluted with water. No smell and has no effect on the clothes. Total waste of money. DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Strange that Amazon selling this product despite so many bad reviews. The item should be taken off from the list.

Horrible product. The liquid is watery like its been diluted with water and then sold. It’s unacceptable that Amazon is selling products like these.
Don’t think of these as a conditioner. Think of them as a perfume for your clothes———When i was young (early 90s) and my cousins used to come from abroad, i always used to wonder how their clothes smelt so good and fresh. Fast-forward all these years and I had forgotten about it. Only when i recently bought this on a whim did i get reminded of how good it smelt.For whom is it meant:Typically these are used only for washing machines. otherwise it would be wasted. Amongst washing machines i have an old top load and a newer front load. In the top load, there is no middle section for passing additives, and water dissolves the additives and detergent at same time. I hardly got any nice smell using this.Therefore i would say – it is only *useful for front load washing machines with separate additives area.*For what clothes should i use:I use it for all my clothes, since i don’t segregate clothes before putting it in washing machine. But ideally you would want to put it for thinner clothes like shirts and inners rather than pants/jeans where smell is much less.How long will smell last:The initial smell is quiet strong (just after wash). A good amount smell stays till next use or a week. I have seen clothes washed nearly a month having hardly much smell even if not used in between.How long will bottle last:Typically one puts half a capful into the washing machine with one load. That would be about 15-20 ml. The bottle is 860 ml so it should last approximately 45-55 washes.Value for Money:At about Rs 180 that i got this for, it works out to Rs 3.5-4 per wash. Fairly inexpensive.Conclusion: If you have a front load washing machine definitely buy this. You may start feeling good about wearing even old clothes after a wash!

1. It hasn’t been long that I have started using this product for my clothes , so there is not much difference in the shine quality of the clothes2. But one can buy this product alone for the fragrance it adds to the clothes . The clothes smell so Gud after using this conditioner3. The reason I gave 3 star instead of 4 star which I want to give for this product is because of the amazon packaging . I had ordered this product as per my amazon pantry product , and the bottle had leaked within the amazon pantry box and resulted in wastage of some of the product
Everybody knows very well about comfort fabric conditioner.. I’ve been buying this from Amazon for almost a year. But this time I’m writing this review just because it is unusually watery. I have a doubt that it’s diluted with water. Little sad coz I’ve subscribed for this product while purchasing this time.. Amazon, kindly check into these adulterations.
I bought 1.5 L but volume inside bottle is 1 L. This is absolutely cheating. That’s why there is no returns for this. Please take action against this
I was a little apprehensive about ordering pouch,wondered if it will reach me intact.But I’m very happy that it came nicely packed and without leakage or damage to the pouch in transit.Personal experience : I’ve a breastfeeding baby. If you’re a mother like me you’ll also know that breast milk leaves an unpleasant smell on clothes. Washing them nicely also still leaves an unpleasant smell. So what I do is I soak cloths in Comfort After Wash for at least 15 to 20 minutes rather than the recommended 5 minutes. That way cloths not only feel soft but smells lovely,no unpleasant smell of breast milk there at all on drying. But if soaked only for 5 minutes, unpleasant smell of breast milk still lingers though cloths feel soft.Cost comparison :*860ml container has MRP of Rs.210.*1.6 litre container has MRP of Rs.358*2 litre pouch has MRP of Rs.399.Now my personal calculation based on their MRP is that in 860ml container, you’re getting approx 4ml for 1 rupee.For 1.6 container,you get 4.5ml for 1rupee.For 2litre pouch you get 5ml for 1rupee!And Amazon give further discount ,So you see it’s more cost effective to buy the pouch.Seal on the packs:The two plastic containers of 860ml and 1.6litre comes without seal. So there’s no telling if it’s tampered with or not. But in 2litre pouch,the little screw cap has a seal that breaks on opening ( like bottle caps) so you’re absolutely sure of its authenticity.I’ve uploaded a picture of the pouch alongside the plastic container ones to show it’s relative size.

Worst worst worst…. Previously I used this product that was too good. But This is first time I am buying through online very worst quality. I think they took some quantity of liquid and added some water. Please don’t buy this kind of product. Please Amazon take the quality check of your this type of product. Very disappointed.Zero stars.
