Sound is less. Look is good. Finishing is good. But in the molding ends are not finished properly and checked. I got one lid with sharp edge at the molding end and I have to exchange it. Fruit juicer is a waste attachment. I tried the Fruit Juicer with pomegranate. The quantity of juice comes out from this Juicer is very less. Most of the seeds goes in waste or we have to recycle it again in normal method to get some more juice without the attachment. For that, no need to go for the Juicer attachment.

Worst, 2nd time got repaired in less than 1.6 years, service center is available at only one location, any repair need to visit the service center twice one for delivering and pick up simletenously… Repeated break down… Not worth

Blades damaged within 3months, both Small and medium Jars blades broken. Worst service centre ever. Need amazon support for the issue. Other wise dont sell the butterfly product it will affect your brand name

The packaging was perfect and delivery was prompt as promised. 4 starsThe product is fault less, no scratches or damages. Individual units very well packed in boxes. 5 starsThe main unit is very sturdy and has rubber bushings for better support and grip. All the jars have smooth blades and meets expectations. The engaging gear has 6 teeth which is anytime better than 4 teeth. As can be seen the mixer has 3 speed settings and 1 whip mode. The noise is normal not very loud and not very silent.Will post the review again after some use.

The mixer grinder is notfullfiled the ejxpectation level. All the jars have only 2 blades each. So , heavy spice like Dhanya, turmeric and Jira are not grinding so well. I also have a prestige mixer grinder and all its Jars have 2 blades each and it’s grinding better than this butterfly Mixer grinder.

Received this product on October 3rd. Within 20 days of occasional use, product started giving smoke. Asked for service and they have replaced the motor. Can’t believe, motor getting repaired within 20 days!I am skeptical about how many days this mixer will be functional?

The grating holes are medium and so is the slicing thickness. Slicing thickness or grating thickness cannot be changed, similar to preethi.This Philips model does not have a 1.5l jar (Preethi gives this additional jar which can be used for quick urad or medu vada grinding and appam or dosa batter grinding). We werr using unbranded table top grinder for last 7years. It was not perfect, had some frequent issues, planned to buy new one.We have purchased butterfly for it is known brand name and mainly for lower price.The build design and materials looks good on outside.When the item arrived, we have opened and found the items were in good condition no damage. It was brand new item.Then when we plugged in and pour some water and turned on, drum was vibrating severely.The attachment from drum to the grinder has lot of clearance, hence no balancing while rotating and severe vibration. When we pour some grains to grinds, it wheels are throwing some grains out with water splashing all over place. Finally we tried to fit that lid it was not fitting perfectly. Again some design flaw.Overall this is no where near to my previous grinder except the look.Thanks to Amazon, next day I have returned and got the refund in Amazon Pay. This is the first item I have returned in Amazon for last 6years.We have purchased double priced Elgi Ultra Grind+Model and it was excellent. Will provide review shortly.

Stone was fully damaged…. I think butterfly has to initiate the packing audit in their production factory.becuae there was no damage in the outer box. So , damaged pieces are packed in an assembly line.Good support from butterfly .. they responded very fast and grinder is working fine..its stopped working suddenly. Very poor qauality product.

Have to return this twice as every time a defective product was delivered.First time the product didn’t even turn on then asked for a replacement.Second time when it was replaced it wasn’t working as expected. Speed 3 wasn’t working and whip function wasn’t working. There was no difference in motor speed between 1 & 2.Such a defective and completely unreliable product.There’s no minimum testing of the product being done prior to packaging or delivery.Better to choose another brand. Can’t trust Butterfly anymore!!!Returning again for refund.

This is a very bad quality product, the smallest jar’s handle got broke with in 2 weeks of usage. 4k range product (like Philips mixer) lasts for 8-10 years, this is 5.5k range products which got broke with in 2 weeks of usage.I got this product on 4th Aug 2017 and handle broke on 17th Aug 2017.The plastic material used for covering the jar are very bad quality, handle is attached to this plastic, which is pathetic design.These guys are not giving an option to refund or exchange, which is sad. Never buy this product………………

Have to return this twice as every time a defective product was delivered.First time the product didn’t even turn on then asked for a replacement.Second time when it was replaced it wasn’t working as expected. Speed 3 wasn’t working and whip function wasn’t working. There was no difference in motor speed between 1 & 2.Such a defective and completely unreliable product.There’s no minimum testing of the product being done prior to packaging or delivery.Better to choose another brand. Can’t trust Butterfly anymore!!!Returning again for refund.

On codition after a week i will update but For 4 jars they have provided 3 caps.

It has an elegant look with wide jars. But little noisy when compared to my previous mixer grinder. From past 3 months I’m using it, until now it is fine. Have to see in future.

This is a very bad quality product, the smallest jar’s handle got broke with in 2 weeks of usage. 4k range product (like Philips mixer) lasts for 8-10 years, this is 5.5k range products which got broke with in 2 weeks of usage.I got this product on 4th Aug 2017 and handle broke on 17th Aug 2017.The plastic material used for covering the jar are very bad quality, handle is attached to this plastic, which is pathetic design.These guys are not giving an option to refund or exchange, which is sad. Never buy this product………………

Today I received the product. Very nice, but I’m getting burning smell. Overall I’m satisfied. But Juicer jar is not sitting properly.

The mixer grinder is notfullfiled the ejxpectation level. All the jars have only 2 blades each. So , heavy spice like Dhanya, turmeric and Jira are not grinding so well. I also have a prestige mixer grinder and all its Jars have 2 blades each and it’s grinding better than this butterfly Mixer grinder.

Very cheap product and plastic part attached to jar came out within two months. Do not buy or you will suffer.

Not good product as per PHILIPS bran. Motor is powerful bbut jars and wire are of 3rd class cheap product. Cover is very lose. The base which connects jar for rotation is of low quality plastic, and can break anytime.Not Happy with products.
