So got it replaced.Pros:Looks good, very compactJar quality is good, all three jars are good and build quality is nice.Very powerful, 750 watts can churn anything you throw at it.Cons:Extremely noisy, while purchasing it I thought that one can expect a 750 watts mixer will make noise for sure, but I never thought it will be so unbearable that I have to think twice before operating it. It makes very irritating “kit kit……” sound. Initially I thought that I must have received a faulty piece so I got it replaced, but again same unbearable “kit kit” sound finally I sent it back and got my refund.

Quality is cheap as is the price. Even the lids don’t fit well and liquid/ semi liquid splashes out during use. Lid material is cheap plastic. Can’t be sure whether it is food grade or otherwise!

Worst quality. The multi purpose jar caught rust in just 3 months. The chutney jar lid flips open while grinding even after applying enough pressure on the lid and on the 1 power mode.No wonder why this product is always on deal as it is one of the worst product.

UPDATE: 4 Jan 19So finally I have received a replacement of the defective jar ! I am not sure if This is the result of my review or their good customer service. The rubber seal is below average and has rough unfinished edges. You need to press the lid down while grinding happens or else be ready for some splashes and a painted kitchen 🙄The steel body of the jars has sharp rim and is ok in thickness.The first few times I used it, there was lot of burning smell and I washed and rinsed it many times to get rid of the grease in the rotating blade.The motor is powerful but noisy.I used the wet/ dry grinding jar more frequently and after 3 months some metal part started breaking off and coming into the batter.When two huge pieces of yellowish metal came out and the rotating blade became loose and I couldn’t use the grinder I contacted the customer care.Since there was emphatic assurance of support from the CC i had called up their number and I was told to send a mail to their official email IDThere was a prompt reply and somebody came to inspect the damage.But after that there were two to three calls from their end and they kept enquiring if someone had come.And then I received a mail that my ticket has been closed as my complaint has been resolved.Well, nothing ever was done to correct the problem or replace the unit and the ticket was closed.There has been no response ever since I replied to that mail and requested to open the ticket again and asked for an appropriate action.So friends, the customer care support is just a gimmick and no resolution happens to issues if any.Also, they tempt the customers with an offer for extension of warranty for another 6 months if we give them a five star rating !!The ratings you see here is the result Of this marketing strategy for a below average product.Hope my review is helpful to you.Thanks for reading it.

After reading so many negative reviews i still opted for this grinder trusting on philips brand. But as everyone said it isn’t good enough. Product didn’t lasted even for a month. Machine made a weird noise and didn’t start after that. Struggling with service centre contact as well.

Over all product is very good…only two problem firstly, it is a food processor it has to do all task but it is not good for juice making as only mosambi an d orange juice is made from this product…Secondly, noise level the main problem of this product it make very high level of noise that if any heart paitent is in your house don’t buy it I’m very serious about this.

Noise level is lesser when compared to Preethi but more than Bosch.Looks is not premium nor low too, average looking as its full plastic body attracts smudges, not glossy and not matt either. From the picture you can see the just opened mixer.Has a 0.5l chutney and dry masala grinding jar.Has a 1l wet and dry grinding jar.Has 1.5l blending juicer jar similar to PreethiHas 2.4l food processor bowl bigger than Preethi 2.1l jar.Has 2 blades for grating and slicing that needs to be attached to a plastic attachment that rotates, similar to Preethi (Bosch and eveready have better full blades with different thickness. The grating holes are medium and so is the slicing thickness. Slicing thickness or grating thickness cannot be changed, similar to preethi.This Philips model does not have a 1.5l jar (Preethi gives this additional jar which can be used for quick urad or medu vada grinding and appam or dosa batter grinding). You can do the same in food processor jar but am not sure how coarse or smooth the batter can come out.There is an attachment for citrus juicing. The blender and juicer jar might not give result like juicing in Sujata juicer or Philips juicer or Eveready/Bosch food processor’s juicer jar.With respect to service you have to take them to service center like Preethi unlike Everyeady or Bosch who pick up from home, there are pros and cons in both service types and i leave it to you to decide.The socket is a 2 pin and the cable length is a somewhat short – 1m (not too short but longer than Eveready FP 0.75m and shorter than Preethi’s 1.5m).The base has a reset switch like the Sumeet mixer grinder which needs to be pressed if overload happens and mixer stops.The mixer is sturdy while processing and the suction cups at the base holds good.It can knead 500g of atta at one time and not 5kg as shown in the pictures.The food processor jar’s polycarbonate material thickness is not great and can get cracks easily. But this is the case with almost all food processing jars (except Butterfly low power 500w mixer which has unbreakable jars), so you need to be extra careful with FP glass like polycarbonate jar.My unit had a crack in the Food Processor jar and so returning the item.My rating would be 3.5 🌟 for the price and comparing with Preethi and if considering this product as a mixer grinder which has lower noise than preethi but shorter wire, no 1.5l jar and not so sturdy fp jar (with Rs.6500 pricing). My rating is 3 🌟 if considering this one as a complete food processor.Philips also owns Preethi and both are the same company but different brand names and have a couple of similarities.If you are deciding between Preethi Zodiac or Philips Avance, go with Philips if you want lesser noise, go with Preethi Zodiac if you want the extra 1.5l wet grinding jar, go with Preethi Zion if you don’t need the juicer jar and spend lesser than Zodiac. But if you are looking for a complete Food Processor that has different thickness slicing grating dicing blades and lots of kneading then i would recommend look for a 1000W Food processor.

I purchased this product in November 2018, The product first of all arrived in an open condition but I checked the mixer and since all was working did not ask for an exchange.Within 1 month of use the Mixer broke and all smoke started coming out from the mixer.Really do not know if the Product given was defected or the product itself is that way but really not a value for money at all. the Preethi Mixer on the other hand which was purchased by a known source is working really well and has not face any issues yet.

Received on or before promised date undamaged. Product is powerful sturdy , great quality jars as well as main motor.I would recommend this product for home use.

Compare to another company with same because I bought two. One is of bajaj and another was eveready.I found eveready is good in terms of price and some where the design and strength of jars. But in terms of warranty bajaj is giving 5 yrs where eveready gives 2 yrs.

Great Product from Amazon .I am received this product today there is no problem on the product. Everything is fine & ok.But I want to tell on thing to Amazon take extra care of packing material.As Amazon did not give any extra packing It may be damaged during shipping time.so please Amazon take extra care of it.
