    Firstly, I am glad I have purchased this phone!For people confused between xs and xs max, take the xs, why? because xs max doesnt give you more screen space, it just enlarges the icons and the text. Even after upgrading the ios to 12.0.1, there seems to be no difference, I think the screen could have been used to fit in more text compared to the Xs. having said that, im used to big phones, the Pixel 2xl, the 6sPlus, so if you are a big phone person, go for this phone with eyes closed.If you are confused between apple and android flagships, let me tell you, I was on HTC for 3 years, then shifted to iphone 6s plus for 3 years and briefly shifted to pixel 2 xl, and now finally to Xs Max, which I intend to use for the next 3 years. having used both, I definitely feel iphones are quite premium and offer the best tech. I mean when I think about it, who invented face ID? who designed the notch? Almost all phones come with these features these days and after adapting to iphones technology, the other phones are going a step ahead, so definitely, apple is the trend setter! Comparing pixel 2xl with Xs Max, I found that the pixel 2 xl and even the pixel 2 get damn hot, definitely not the issue on the iphone. Iphone looks much better too! GREAT DISPLAY! Also great touch interface! its really smooth. Having said that, Its all personal choice!I really love my purchase! and now I know why some people are reluctant to switch to android from iphone!

    It’s a must upgrade from iPhone 5S to iPhone 7. Excellent speed and battery life and everyone knows about camera quality. No doubt those who can’t afford it will never have a chance to use this phone. These people are everywhere crying out loud about price tag, but once you buy it and use it you will know it’s worth. Amazon is excellent in delivering packages securely to customers.

    AmazonDON’T BUY APPLE PRODUCT FROM AMAZONWish to share the experienceBought iPhone XS MAX 256GB GOLD from Amazon.Got the phone as per scheduled.Externally phone was excellent.When started using it felt an issue, With Camera, Pictures were not at all good.They were dull.Went to an Apple Store and compared with Display Phones and showed the same issue (very obvious difference between Phone from Amazon and the store) to the Store manager, he said “we had few customers like this, the issue should be sorted out with Upgrade”.Upgraded the phone with 12.1 IOS (3.3GB) almost twiceWent to Apple store to check again, Same issue continued.We Contacted Amazon to replace the product, they diverted to Apple website, through which they diverted to Support Executive Chat, He read our issue and promised to replace itHe wrote an I quote it””MarvinBeing that you are having that experience with the iPhone XS Max what I can do for you is to have the device replaced”” ( I have the CASE ID number of the Chat)He gave us an address nearby Unicorn Authorised service centre in Pune.We went there after 2 and half hours they said u need to upgrade it, the was upgraded there again.No difference in the issue was notes.They came up with new find, UNICORN CENTRE executive said _**APPLE HAS PRODUCED 3 DIFFERENT TYPES PHONES WITH DIFFERENT TINTS DISPLAYS1. WHITE2. YELLOW3. BLUE**_And ours is Yellow tint display , hence the problem.We told them that this is not been told BY APPLE AT ANY PLATEFORM.The service centre told us to talk to Apple customer care, we spoke to them for nearly 3hrs.Even the service centre person _spoke to Apple executive in closed doors(without letting us in the cabin)_The Apple executive reassured us that he will help us to resolve the issue, and had very weird replies1. There is no issue with phone(as per service centre check), but dont worry we will sort out the issue.2. If service centre says no problem noted in the Phone that means we can’t do anything. *3. U have bought Apple from Amazon, which is not a authorised seller of Apple(this is recorded in Apple executive talk)*4. The online chat which we had with Apple executive , who promised the replacement is from different region. *What he said can’t be applied to the India region.*They suggested talk to Amazon executive, who in turn suggested to take a *Service Deniel Letter*Next day we went to the service station again and asked for the same letter.Again multiple checkings were done and personally the executives were accepting about 3types display tinge and difference between three types of displays and quality of Pictures taken by different phones are different but they were not ready to give in writing and *service deniel letter* was denied.Again multiple, long, private discussions between Apple Executive and Unicorn Service Centre Executives occurred, all sorts of help was offered by both, but main issue about *display and picture quality* and *replacement* was kept as it.Finally option of Consumer Court was put by Us, to which they said Apple Legal team will handle it, we can go ahead with the same.And we returned from the service centre without letter and refusal to replace the Phone.This is how *APPLE* is cheating with customers.AmazonAppleAnd Apple Authorized Service Centre(Unicorn) all are trying to tell us to contact the each other to Replace the phone but all are neither Willing To Accept the Tint issue nor actually ready to help.We wanted replacement and not refund for 3 days.But after three days of struggling and negative approach from Apple Amazon and Unicorn, now we wish like asking for a Refund rather than Replacement.
