Made in India laptop. Item came in 4 days. Well packed and no damage. We selected this as a higher spec laptop, better than the usual ones that can do only office work and cost about 30K. This laptop has the latest and higher end processor i5-8th gen. Some cheaper ones have i5-7th gen. It has 8gb ram which should be sufficient for newer gen programs for next 5-8 years. Also has 2GB nvidia graphics card for smooth game performance. So it is good for both office work as well as game playing. We shortlisted several ones from Acer and Asus costing between 40K to 50K. Our broad specs were core i5 processor with 8 GB ram, 2 GB nvidia graphics card, Windows 10 built-in and budget max 50K. So got his for 47.5K after 1000 rs off due to 10% credit card discount. The laptop is very thin, but strong. The mousepad etc has a chrome garnish which looks elegant. The top cover is not plain black. It has a design and colur to give a rich look. A small charger and power cable included. Battery lasts about 5-6 hours which is very good. Fan is silent. Windows installation happened on first boot without any problems.Am planning to put ssd for about 5K. Few cons: No dvd drive but not really reqd these days. Can buy external.

Coming to the product best laptop under Rs.35k. i find online comes with i5 8250u and full hd display.Display quality is decent considering the price. Not expect any thing great from it. It is above average display. Now comes to the battery you can get 3-4 hours backup easily and can get upto 5hrs backup in very dim brightness. So battery life is good no issues here. I5 8250U handles the performance duties and it performs very good than i3 8th gen which you generally get in this price range. Speaker is loud enough for one room so it is ok i would say. Build quality looks sturdy and texture design on the top feels very premium. Type C port, extra ram slot and m.2 ssd slot also included so that you can enhance the performance further. Overall i would say its nice and value for money product. Also i would like to thanks amazon transportation service for delivering the laptop in less than 12 hours.
Good laptop for this price range,Bottom top case is Aluminium, No bloatware installed. Most importantly no heating issues Very smooth heavily locked down version of Linux preinstalled. It came pre-installed with Endless 3 (linux)os, Excellent battery backup for this price range, sometimes touchpad gestures not working by default. If you need gesture control, then you need to enable it from the bios.average sound quality no premium feature enabled like hp and dell laptops, screen is 1080p Matt display. After Windows 10 installation you must update the bios and video driver(Intel UHD 620) from the acer support website.Windows 10 Redstone 5 update is working like a charm.Laptop quality is average, for this price range it is a okay product. If you need a good laptop for long-term you must go for hp or dell brand product. The major pluses in this laptop is 8TH gen core i5 processor, USB type c port USB 3.0 power off charging, M.2 SSD upgrade option and semi-aluminum metallic body etc.Price to performance ratio is great 👍👍👍It’s GDP is only 15Watts, so battery backup is great like ultrabooksOtherwise this laptop is a average product only.Note: after installing Matlab 2017b it’s speed was reduced by 80% so beware guys…Fix: the above issue like the system slowdown is solved by doing a full defragment of hard drive. Never defragment if you are using a ssd. Conclusion: this laptop is only for basic needs only, professionals must avoid this laptop. After installing all the necessary Softwares and updating drivers including bios you must defragment your mechanical hard drive to fix the system slowdown.I purchased two laptops for some testing purpose, but I found it is not for professionals…Speaking of the display, its LCD screen is not a IPS display panel so viewing angle is a problem for you guys. The display in this laptop sucks. If you got it at a deal price for 29k to 33k it was a good purchase, butIf you purchase this laptop for normal price at 42k you are doomed, you are wasted your money guys, keep this in your mind before purchasing this laptop. No premium audio feature

I bought this for Rs. 27,500 including the cashback. I’m using it since 3 days. Some of the pros and cons -Pros-1. Feels quite premium laptop.2. Display is good and Full HD (1920*1080) which feels majestic while watching movies.3. Considering the price segment, it’s the best available as of now having an i5 processor.4. Good for normal programming purposes like web development or android. Haven’t tried installing heavy softwares yet.5. Sound quality is good.6. I’m using Ubuntu 18.04, works like charm in it. Windows won’t disappoint you either.7. Battery life is good till now, would have to observe as time progresses.8. Didn’t find any heating issues.Cons -1. No indicator for caps lock or numlock. Would have to install a driver for screen indicator.2. It’s a bit delicate. Will update more after a month of usage.
The laptop is manufactured around a year back. (See attached images) It’s an outdated product. There is no laptop serial number on product invoice hence unable to claim warranty. It works like Celeron. Very poor throughput. Better to purchase Dell or Lenovo brand from retail outlet.Amazon refused to accept return. No backpack.Sound and battery backup is good.

great laptop.good battery backup, awesome gaming experience, value for money.thank you amazon
Was good I have used it for a Month working better
Great laptop… excellent build….booting speed is amazing…BEST LAPTOP IN THIS PRICE RANGE
Only 238.47 GB of Intel HDD is showing on ‘acer care centre application’ and on ‘my pc’ also. No 256 GB SSD or 1TB HDD is there.
Awesome product, fully functional. One thing to share is that you won’t be able so see hard drive in bios initially, you need to categorize first and you can do partition as per your needs. I was confused as I read few review about that here before. But all is resolved as I visited customer care at Acer. Go for it, worth buying
The laptop is very good. It feels very light in weight. Battery is good. It lasted 6 hours on lowest brightness. The keyboard also has backlit. This was not mentioned in the description so I mentioned it here. The laptop boots in just 14.5 seconds for me. The SSD works well. There is no other laptop offering 2TB with 512 Gb SSD plus 2Gb graphics card at such low price . I would suggest you to buy. The charger doesn’t seem to be a fast charger but it’s ok. There is no fingerprint sensor.
Product gave BSOD out of the box and inoperable from the last 3 days. Logged case with Amazon in 3 hours of receiving the product but there is no return option and have to follow a long process for replacement. Amazon also asked to contact Manufacturer and have them troubleshoot. As of now I have a great laptop with paper specs which does not function.Update23/7 : The laptop is sitting in a box, still unusable. Basically an expensive paperweight. Report has been filed by Amazon engineer to provide with a replacement 24 hours back. Amazon has mentioned it will take upto 48 hours for a replacement order to be generated, so need to wait more time.Update24/7 , 1:11AM : Still no update from Amazon and no return order has still been generated. Today will be Day 8 with a very costly paper weight and severe loss of production due to non availability of a working laptop. From the comments, I can see that there are many other happy customers who have bought this apparently so awaiting Amazon to sort this out so that I can post something positive.24/7, 9am : Still no replacement order found in my profile. Again need to chase Amazon.26/7 : A replacement was provided by Amazon for the faulty product after endless amount of contact and painful waiting period. The replaced product worked perfectly out of the box. The defective product was handed over to Amazon.5* for the product overall1* for the horrible experienceAlso, now the product is selling for the same price it sold during the “sale” days, so no real benefit.
Specifications are well given in product description and yes it has 2.5 TB STORAGE !!After one week of use, I found this purchase a value of money as -Design : Lightweight (easy to carry) with aluminium finish, gives a premium look (refer image). Keyboard texture design is silky, figures slips on keys which is a little weird. Keystroke is harder than usual. and yes, it has back-lit keyboard.Display: crisp and good visibility even at low light ( which increased battery life)Sound: wow .. nice clear and loud enough for music with a little drum beats. Mostly i kept sound at 60-80%. TrueHarmony tech really does its job very well. But in case of movies/ you have to put headphone or external speakers.Battery: It deliver about 6 hours of battery with office work, with music and work its about 5 hrs. Actually I didn’t feel need of charger for office sitting.Speed: With OS in SSD, IT boot within 5 secs which is ineradicable. No hate to wait to view desktop, just click the power button and VOLLA. HDD is slower compare to available in market, but as most of files and software can be put on 512 SDD, HDD is only being use for songs and movies thus speed doesn’t matterCons:Only one USB 3.0.5400 RPM HDDNO Recovery OS Media providedNVIDIA GeForce MX130 (Could have been mx150 or mx250)But at this price and 512GB SDD we can’t complain much.Verdict: Overall recommended to buy. As what i was looking in a laptop :- portability, storage and battery in 15″ laptop segment, I got more than I demanded within price. This is not a gaming laptop but a perfect work laptop.Tip: Make sure you make system image after first boot as per instructions manual from ACER which will be usefull in system recovery if anything bad happens as no separate recovery media is provided.

using it from last 4-5 months works great, i am a gamer and it works smoothly with best battery backup with a rich sound quality , best in range
If you want to use it for engineering software like ACAD REVIT PDMS or other designing then go for it of courseDon’t expect desktop like experience from any laptopOverall its a beast but Cons – MSoffice has to buy separately
In 36k, I5 processor with semi-good picture quality, good touch pad for mouse, Build quality not much good. Overall good in this range with I5 processor.
The laptop looks wise is fine & performance is also good. However, a little more information on the licenses of office, anti virus is expected in the description. This product does not come with office & anti virus licenses. Battery backup can be better. It only lasts for maximum of 5 hours when continuously used.
Pros : i5 Processor,8gb ram,1TB hdCons:No backlit keyboard,Webcam is poor(0.3 MP)Overall : Light weight laptop,pretty fast.Build quality is so..so..average(like all others in this range),Battery is good(did not use extensively aon)Will update after using a few months.
Ms office is just a trial versions don’t expect license copyUnsatisfied with keypad
Verry bad product i ordered it 1st time it is having logged in already by anather account,2nd one is also having same problem and both item’s seal has been already broken both times
I bought this laptop with 39500. And it is value for money.

Superb
Can buy external.
using it from last 4-5 months works great, i am a gamer and it works smoothly with best battery backup with a rich sound quality , best in range
If you want to use it for engineering software like ACAD REVIT PDMS or other designing then go for it of courseDon’t expect desktop like experience from any laptopOverall its a beast but Cons – MSoffice has to buy separately
great laptop.good battery backup, awesome gaming experience, value for money.thank you amazon
Was good I have used it for a Month working better
Good enough
Performance and battery life is good. boots within in 10 sec.but display and audio quality are poor

I am already Acer user but this laptop totally disappointed me in the built quality. In this model cons are more than pros ,here are the list of pros and cons.CONS:Poor screen quality and display.Camera is crispy and worse than my previous Acer dual core laptop. I will share the pics.Keyboard is having alot of gaps which you can see the rear view of the laptopBackside panel is having plenty of grils exposing the mother board components to dust, moisture and mites.Brightness decrease and increase buttons are working wrong. No backlit keyboard but images bluffing the customers. No indicators of Caps lock and num lock.Display bent and very delicate material is used no proper symmetry is maintained at the edges. No proper base in the speakers.MsOffice is not original.it is asking for activation.CONS:Configuration is goodBattery is ok ok.
This laptop is good for nothing Laptop. I ordered this Laptop in June 15 and just in 3 months time, in october itself problems started. The power key stopped working. And if you press any other key continuously it will stay ON but the moment you stop pressing a key the laptop shuts down abruptly. I checked in google and found out that several persons came with that issue and they all were using ACER laptop. Strange that such an issue is there and ACER has till now not taken care of this problem. initially I had faced lots of issues of battery draining at night but I rectified it by reinstalling latest windows version. Before reinstalling Windows, I registered the existing windows with a hotmail id. Which means you have to create a hotmail id or use an existing one to login to your system using that id else you will lose your licensed copy of windows which comes preinstalled.
Poor camera, avg battery life , poor performance (very laggy) at normal usage can’t believe it’s i3 8th gen 8130u processor… Full HD display is good ..viewing angles are also good…
great laptop.good battery backup, awesome gaming experience, value for money.thank you amazon
Was good I have used it for a Month working better
Good enough

After 5 days of use:Pros:Looks are goodwent for i5 rather than ryzen. I5 processor is fast for multitasking(choose between ryzen and intel(ryzen 7 is slower than intel i7 . i have two desktops))Display: 60 Hz refresh rate, viewing angles are good(ryzen has 120 Hz refresh rate IPS display)GPU: very good performanceBattery: at least 5 hours with backlit on(movies, web browsing)Nice exhaust system also u get a year of 25 gb dropbox space.touchpad is good.Cons: worst webcam i have seen(doesn’t matter to me as i hardly use it)Audio: has waves maxx audio pro but speakers are not much loud, nice response to earphones,HDD(1TB 7200 rpm) is on the right side and u can feel the heat and vibrations on palmPerformance can be enhanced by using SSD and a 8gb ram stickcan say bit overpriced for 57k if u get it around 50-52k u can go for it. as of now no complaints from the device
The product started crashing in 1 week of use. I want to return the product, however Amazon is not letting me do it.I would not recommend ppl to buy from amazon such high worth items like laptops etc because of the complications involved in it. Not able to return it!
Laptop is great 👍, I will directly get to the points. So you can decide to buy or not.Display: 4/5 Superb display. This laptops has a really good display and the colours are accurate, also viewing angles are great.4 stars only because it has got some backlight bleed issue though it is little in my unit but irritating. Also it does not have 120hz display but no need of that because it’s juts NVIDIA 1650, you wont hit 100 FPS in most games. So, 60hz is good enough for games.Trackpad: 5/5 It’s good though not great as APPLE MAC but can’t complain. It’s just good at it’s price point. (I don’t use trackpad just mouse)Performance: 5/5 I will say performance is good, don’t go for ASUS TUF only because you will get Ryzen 5 in ASUS TUF at this price, which I think is not that great as intel i5 9th gen. (But if you don’t have that much CPU work ASUS TUF is also a better option)GPU: 5/5 Nvidia 1650 just performs great in games. But graphics setting should be only high to get 60fps otherwise 40-55 fps in ultra settings in most games.Design: 5/5 Looks awesomeBuild quality: 5/5 It’s plastic build but it’s finish is smooth which is good. You won’t get any aluminium built laptop under this price.Speaker: 3.5/5 I have much sound experience. So, i will say speaker are good & loud enough for movies & games. But not good for music.Storage: 4/5 No ssd but you can install later.Keyboard: 5/5 Good key travel. Keys feels very soft and comfortable to type. It only has res backlit. (If you want RGB go for ASUS TUF though red backlit is also good).Thermals: 4/5 Temperatures were descent on this laptop. Laptop doesn’t get hot (but depends where you live). To me thermals very quite impressive.Edit: I am facing backlight bleeding issue. But this issue is common in ips displays.

Overall a good laptop for business users.Battery Life: Lasts me a whole day. My fair usage is running excel/ accounting software/chrome for most of the time. Fast charging is supported and can fully charge the laptop in under 30-45 minutes.Processor: latest i10 i5, does not feel stressed under any type of multitasking that i throw at it.Ram: 8gb ddr4 sufficient for daily usage.Hard disk: nvMe 512gb HDD, being latest and fastest than sata. Boot/Shut down times under 5 seconds.Display: 14″ ultra compact with minimal bezels. all aluminium chassis feels sturdy with minimal flex. Matte display is 1080p full hd with high contrast ratio which makes it visible under direct sunlight also. However colour gamut might disappoint enthusiasts as the ips panel may feel washed out.Keyboard: Excellent to type like with key stroke travel similar to lenovo thinkpads. Backlit in 2 stages.Bloatware: Minor bloat ware which can be un-installed.Weight: Under 1.3 kg makes it extremely light and easy to carry.Acer update: software updates are taken care of.Pricing: I found the pricing to be on the right side based on the hardware/i/o provided.Overall a good compact laptop for the people on the go as it is featherweight, has an all day battery life, supports fast charging, has all the latest hardware including the i10 proc, nvMe sata, ddr4 ram, fast charging support.
Pros -1. Great Keyboard. (Keys feel responsive and have decent travel)2. Great Full HD IPS 14″ Display (at least for the price) with good viewing angles and good color accuracy.3. Okay trackpad (mostly feels smooth, rarely doesn’t)4. Snappy for daily tasks (Youtube, Netflix, email)5. Extremely fast boot (thanks to the SSD)Cons -1. Overheats when opening around 5+ tabs on Google Chrome. You can feel the heat while typing and using the trackpad.2. Ubuntu 20.04 doesn’t detect the sound card.
What is the first thing you will notice as soon as the laptop is taken out of its packaging? How light weight the laptop is. It is probably the lightest laptop I have used. Comes with very good configuration. But its light weight makes it really easy to use and carry around.Product finish and quality is also something to appreciate. Screen is wide and has a very thin border space. Keyboard and trackpad are practical. Backlit keyboard is a very useful thing for those of us who use it in low light areas. There are decent number of ports which should work for most users. My daily usage is around 1 hour and typical tasks are with browser, document editing, spreadsheets and software coding. This laptop does all these task really well. Good processor, RAM and SSD comes very handy. There is very little heat during most of my usage time.Couple of things you will not like – (1) charging cable is of poor quality, (2) in-built speaker sound is disappointing. But overall, this is a great value for your money. You get lot of things that are available at a price point much less than its competitors. And to repeat it again – this is a super light laptop!!
I ordered with black colour but it comes with silver colour.
It hasn’t got backlit keyboard. Everything else is fine
great laptop.good battery backup, awesome gaming experience, value for money.thank you amazon
Was good I have used it for a Month working better
Good enough
The product started crashing in 1 week of use. I want to return the product, however Amazon is not letting me do it.I would not recommend ppl to buy from amazon such high worth items like laptops etc because of the complications involved in it. Not able to return it!

Good
Sound Quality poor! Very badThe laptop crashes alot 😕
Very smooth has everything u need

Screen is big enough for home use and especially for students. Light weight, and people who works in numbers have a normal right hand side numeric keypad which is a plus sign.Drawback is an internal speaker sound, no keyboard backlight, nor light for caps, num lock, scroll lock. For that matter you have to press the button and see on the screen. If you can ignore the drawback, then at this price it’s worth to buy this model.
Drawbacks:Webcam is only 0.3 megapixels, which is quite low if you have to use webcam frequently for online video calls. Screen also looks a bit greasy because of anti glare coating, which is clearly noticeable on a white background.Other than that, performance is excellent and fast. Laptop works smoothly and screen resolution is also pretty good.
What generation is the laptop i5

It’s a good product for basic college ND office work laptop. Works good. But sound quality is not upto the level. Speakers r too low. ND 8gb ram could have been given.
The laptop was good byt the photos werw misleading as they were showing a backlit keyboard while the actual laptop isn’t.
Performance not good.operation problem.started hanging in two days itself, before starting proper use
